This dish turns out to be breathtakingly aromatic and healthy. Its taste turns out to be balanced, delicate, pleasant. At the same time, the calorie content of the finished baked goods is quite low. 100 g of finished casserole contains only 170 kcal.

To prepare a healthy and satisfying PP cottage cheese casserole, we do not need any special products that have minimal calorie content and a not entirely pleasant taste, like some “treats” for the diet.

apples – 3 pcs.;
cottage cheese with a minimum percentage of fat content – 500 g;
oatmeal – 1 tbsp.;
low-fat milk – 70 ml;
egg – 2 pcs.;
raisins – ½ tbsp.;
butter – 20 g;
salt – 1 pinch;
granulated sugar - optional.

First, you should prepare all the necessary products. As you may have noticed, there is no sour cream, semolina or flour in the recipe. You should not use cottage cheese with a fat content higher than 5% for making casseroles. Sweet apples are suitable for the dish, but fruits with a slight sourness will fit no less organically into the composition. When it comes to oatmeal, choose the classic version rather than the instant product.

First you need to pour fresh milk over the oatmeal. Everything should be mixed and left to infuse thoroughly. The raisins will need to be thoroughly rinsed with hot water. Then you should pour boiling water over it and leave for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, you can work on the apples. The fruits will need to be thoroughly washed in running water and peeled. The fruits should be cut into 2 halves to remove the core. Prepared apples should be cut into small slices or cubes.

The next step in preparing PP cottage cheese casserole in the oven is preparing the eggs. They need to be broken, separating the yolks from the whites. Sugar will need to be added to the cottage cheese. You also need to pour in the yolks, after which the mass is thoroughly ground.

The whites will need to be sprinkled with a pinch of salt. Everything is whipped with a mixer so that the foam is dense and strong. Now you need to discard the raisins in a sieve. The berries are thoroughly dried with napkins and added to the curd mass. There you need to transfer the preparation based on oatmeal.

The preparation for a healthy casserole will need to be mixed thoroughly. Sliced apples are also added here. You need to add whipped whites to the “dough”. Everything should be mixed carefully.

Next, you need to turn on the oven and bring it to 180 degrees. The pan in which you plan to bake this cake is greased with oil. Our mixture based on cottage cheese, apples, oatmeal and other correct ingredients is transferred into it. Bake the cake for 45 minutes.

Then the PP curd casserole is left in the oven for another 20 minutes with the door ajar. This simple technique will make it soft, tender and very lush.

When the dish is completely prepared, it will need to be cut into pieces and served along with natural yogurt, honey or low-fat kefir.

Do you want to try a very healthy cottage cheese casserole? Some people count calories, others can’t eat sweets and fatty foods... Today I’m preparing a classic dessert dish from low-fat 2% cottage cheese, with a minimum of sugar (raisins will give the sweetness). The casserole will turn out very tasty, filling, but low in calories. I believe that cottage cheese and baked goods made from it are very tasty and healthy food! And it’s all so simple: reduce the amount of semolina and sugar to a minimum, choose low-fat cottage cheese. Instead of butter, we use vegetable oil to lubricate the multicooker bowl. I sometimes replace raisins with steamed dried fruits or peaches. The taste changes, but the dish remains dietary!

  • 500 g 2% cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 g semolina
  • 30 g sugar
  • 100 g raisins
  • salt on the tip of a knife
  • 1-2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil

Carefully break the eggs.

I separate the whites from the yolks. I add a pinch of salt to the whites and beat with a blender into a stable foam.

Wash raisins thoroughly with cold and hot water.

I fill it with hot water for 5 minutes.

I add cottage cheese, semolina, and sugar to the yolks.

Using a blender, mix all the products until smooth.

I add raisins and mix everything again. Carefully spread the whipped whites onto the curd mixture.

Using a spoon, from top to bottom, stirring in one direction, add the whites to the mixture.

I grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil and spread the curd mass.

I close the lid of the multicooker and set the “Baking” program for 45 minutes. I wait for the multicooker’s signal to end the mode and, placing a flat dish against the bowl, carefully turn our casserole over.

Warm and cold curd casserole is especially good with raspberry or strawberry jam, sour cream or delicate kefir curd cream.

Recipe 4: PP cottage cheese casserole with banana and quail eggs

Very tasty and quick to prepare casserole. Exclusively dietary dish. If you're watching your weight and don't like overly sweet casseroles, make this one! In addition, quail eggs are very healthy. This recipe contains no sugar, butter, flour or semolina. It can serve as a wonderful dietary start and end to your day.

  • Cottage cheese 200 gr
  • Bananas 1 piece
  • Quail eggs 6 pcs
  • Vanilla to taste
  • Ground cinnamon to taste
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp.
  • Salt to taste

Ideally, you need to separate the whites and yolks, and beat the whites with lemon juice until stiff peaks form. (I didn't do this, but I ate the casserole right away and it didn't have time to fall off and become stale, so use your own discretion).

Mash the yolks with cottage cheese and a pinch of salt. If your cottage cheese is too hard, add a little milk. But I didn't need it.

Mix both masses.

You can add cinnamon and vanilla to taste.

Cut the banana into thin slices. I only needed half a banana for my tiny mold.

We place the resulting products in the mold in layers, starting and ending with the curd layer. It is best to use silicone molds; any baked goods come out of them easily and do not need to be greased with oil or sprinkled with semolina.

Bake at 180* until brown edges appear. If you see that the top remains damp, turn on the convection setting on your stove.

This is what this delicious thing looks like in cross section. You can add any fruit and top it with syrup, but for me the original tastes best.

Recipe 8: PP cottage cheese casserole with apples and cinnamon

Cottage cheese casserole with apples is an excellent delicacy, a tasty and aromatic dessert for the whole family. And if you cook it without sugar, you will get a completely dietary dish, which is suitable for people who count calories in food. I would call the recipe for cottage cheese casserole “couldn’t get any simpler.”

You can use cottage cheese for the casserole of any fat content - I use 5% (this is the average). Take juicy, sweet and sour or sweet varieties of apples. Irishka, who shared this recipe with me, recommends choosing Antonovka. Chicken eggs need medium size, and adjust the amount of cinnamon to your taste.

  • cottage cheese - 500 gr
  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs
  • apple - 3 pcs
  • ground cinnamon - 3 pcs

Immediately turn on the oven to warm up to 160 degrees, after which we proceed to preparing the base for the cottage cheese casserole. In this recipe, it is very important to achieve complete homogeneity and smoothness of the mass, so I advise you to use a submersible blender. Of course, you can punch the mixture in a food processor (metal knife attachment), but first you will have to rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Thanks to a handy blender, this step is skipped. Place 500 grams of cottage cheese and 3 chicken eggs in a bowl.

We punch everything with a blender - in just half a minute you will get a smooth curd mass without a single grain. The consistency is similar to very soft butter.

Now let's deal with apples - we have three of them in total. We wash the fruit, dry it, remove the skin and remove the seed pods. Grind one apple on a coarse grater, and cut the second into small cubes. Let the third one wait a little.

Mix everything carefully but thoroughly - the mixture for the casserole is ready.

We take a silicone mold of a suitable size and put the curd mass with apples into it - there is no need to grease the mold. Level with a spoon or spatula.

We clean the third apple, cut out the seed pod, and cut the pulp into beautiful thin slices. Place them on top of the curd mass in any order.

We will prepare the dietary cottage cheese casserole in a water bath. To do this, place the form with the future dessert in a larger deep dish (mold or baking sheet). Pour boiling water into a large mold so that the water level reaches the middle of the height of the dessert mold. Cook the casserole in a preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes at medium level at 160 degrees.

Take the finished cottage cheese casserole with apples out of the water bath and let it cool completely. In fact, you can eat it warm, but then it will not hold its shape well and you won’t be able to cut the dessert into portioned pieces.

Remember that this is a dietary casserole made from cottage cheese with apples - there is no sugar in it. That is why ladies can safely eat such a dessert even at night. For other sweet tooths, I recommend serving this delicate cottage cheese casserole with natural honey, condensed milk, jam, preserves or custard.

Recipe 9: PP children's cottage cheese casserole (with photo)

  • pasty cottage cheese 18% fat – 250 g;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • semolina – 50 gr.;
  • milk - a third of a glass;
  • sugar – 3-4 tbsp. (taste);
  • salt - a pinch;
  • vanilla sugar – 0.5 tsp;
  • butter - for greasing the pan.

Soft, homogeneous cottage cheese without lumps does not need to be kneaded. Immediately put it in a bowl and combine with the egg. If the cottage cheese has a different consistency, rub it through a sieve or grind it with a submersible blender. Add a spoonful of sour cream to thick or grainy ones to obtain a smoother curd mass.

After mixing or whipping, you should get a homogeneous thick mass without lumps, reminiscent of cream.

Pour in warm or cold milk, but not boiling, so as not to overcook the cottage cheese and egg.

Stir, combining all the components of the casserole. Add salt and sugar to taste. You should not make the casserole very sweet; it is better to serve it with sweet sour cream sauce or condensed milk. Along with regular sugar, add vanilla for flavor.

Add semolina a little at a time, stirring after each serving. Make sure that the semolina does not form lumps, rub the curd mass with a spoon or beat it again with a blender.

Preheat the oven in advance before we start preparing the curd mass for the casserole. Bring to a temperature of 180 degrees, no more. We take a mold that is not very deep, grease the bottom and walls with a piece of butter. Pour the curd mass, distribute evenly and level the top. Place in the oven on the middle tier.

Before moving on to recipes for dietary cottage cheese casseroles, it’s worth talking about the main ingredient of this dish - cottage cheese. Cottage cheese is a product made by heating kefir and then removing the whey from the resulting mass. Today there are several varieties of cottage cheese, which differ in their fat content. So, there is fatty cottage cheese (the mass fraction of fat in which is 18%), medium (9%), low-fat cottage cheese (from 1 to 3%). As a rule, cottage cheese with a fat content of 1 or 9 percent is used to prepare dietary casserole. As for the beneficial properties of cottage cheese, there are a lot of them:

  • It contains such an important amino acid as methionine. Thanks to its action, it can significantly reduce cholesterol levels in the blood, help in the treatment of muscular dystrophy, and cleanse the liver of harmful substances resulting from the effects of toxins on the body
  • It contains a lot of vitamins necessary for the body, such as A, E, B vitamins
  • There are a huge amount of minerals such as copper, zinc, fluorine, iron, phosphorus
  • Cottage cheese is an excellent source of folic acid
  • Excellent for helping to restore bone tissue after damage, especially in children and the elderly
  • It alleviates the condition of many diseases, such as gastritis, stomach ulcers, pancreatitis, etc.
  • Strengthens the nervous system

Of course, the most important value of cottage cheese is its balanced content of minerals and calcium, which makes this product indispensable, especially during pregnancy and lactation, as well as for feeding young children. Many doctors recommend eating cottage cheese and prescribe it for consumption while following special diets. For example, even those who suffer from diabetes are allowed to eat dietary cottage cheese.

If the cottage cheese is ground and specially prepared, it will be very easily digested by the stomach and intestines, and therefore such cottage cheese is recommended for consumption by those who suffer from diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.
Absolutely everyone is recommended to eat it, as it is a storehouse of nutrients and vitamins.

In addition, the calorie content of casseroles varies from 100 to 180 calories per hundred grams of product. You can reduce calorie content by using less fatty cottage cheese. Also, you can add various ingredients (fruits, some vegetables, nuts) to it, which will significantly change the taste and add variety.
