  • Tomato - 2 pcs.;
  • Crab sticks - 100 g;

Cooking method:

  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Choose tomatoes that are tight and firm enough;
  2. Rinse each tomato under running water. Cut the tomatoes in half, and then remove the pulp from each quarter, which will prevent our salad from leaking. Cut the fleshy part of the tomatoes into pieces, add the garlic and salt passed through a press, mix;

Corn salad with crab sticks is a very tasty, tender and easy to prepare salad.

Ingredients:

  • Crab sticks - 200 g;
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • Rice - 50 g;
  • Cucumber - 2 pcs.;
  • Canned corn - 200 g;
  • Mayonnaise - to taste;
  • Ground black pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Let's prepare all the ingredients. The sticks need to be defrosted in advance, and to keep them juicy, place them on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator the day before. Eggs must be hard-boiled. Wash the rice, cook until tender in salted water, and then cool. It is better to take long-grain fluffy rice, so it will not stick together and will turn out more airy;
  2. Mix rice, coarsely chopped eggs and cucumbers. To make the salad more tender, it is better to remove the skin from the cucumbers, but this is an optional step;
  3. Drain the liquid from canned corn and add the grains to the salad. Control the proportions: eggs and rice will add satiety, cucumber will add freshness, and corn will add a slight sweetish taste;
  4. We cut the sticks quite large - this way their structure will be beneficial in the salad. Add to the general mixture;

Cooking method:

  1. So, let's start by boiling the eggs. Before cooking, be sure to rinse chicken eggs in running water. Only after water procedures, lower it into the pan. Pour in cold water until the eggs are completely covered. Add a few pinches of salt and place on the fire. As soon as the water boils, reduce the burner flame and cook for 9-10 minutes. After cooking, remove the eggs with a spoon, then immediately plunge into cool water for 10-15 minutes. Afterwards, remove from the water, dip in a towel and remove the shell;
  2. For now, let's continue. Take good quality fresh cucumbers. In no case, not soft or flaccid. Rinse. Cut into small cubes and place in a salad bowl;
  3. We use canned corn. You can use frozen grains, but they must first be boiled until soft. Open the can of corn and drain off any unnecessary brine. Add corn kernels to salad bowl;
  4. Leave the crab meat or sticks, if frozen, at room temperature until completely thawed. It's best to use chilled. Cut into small pieces and add to the rest of the ingredients;
  5. Chop the peeled eggs finely using a well-sharpened knife. Add to bowl. Rinse the green onions well, dry with a napkin, and chop finely.
