  • Onion - 1/2 pcs

  • Mayonnaise (or sour cream) - to taste
  • Greens - to taste

Preparation:

The recipe is very simple and all you need to do is chop and mix the ingredients. But there is one little trick for beans.

When you take it out of the jar, it's covered in a slimy liquid.


To get rid of it, place the beans in a bowl, pour boiling water over them and stir. The appearance of the beans will improve dramatically.


After this, the beans can be transferred to a plate and used in further cooking.

Use this trick whenever you cook with canned beans.

A teaspoon of hot ready-made mustard;

A bunch of fresh curly parsley;

Fine table salt;

Fresh, crushed peppercorns.

1. Cut the flesh of the sweet pepper into wide strips and chop the onion into thin half rings.

One can of canned large fish with added oil - tuna, pink salmon;

320 grams of canned red beans;

Four boiled chicken eggs;

Half a bunch of young green onions;

Fresh basil;

450 grams of chicken breast;

Two small onions;

Bulgarian (sweet) pepper – two pcs. red and yellow;

300 grams of lightly salted cheese or hard, sharp cheese;

Four small cloves of garlic;

Refined sunflower oil – 50 ml;

320 grams of ham, boiled;

Three hard-boiled eggs;

250 grams of white beans, canned;

Mayonnaise 40% – 300 ml.

Cooking method:

1. Boil the chicken until fully cooked, let cool completely and cut into thin strips.

2. Dip the onion half rings in boiling water for two minutes, quickly transfer them to a bowl of cold water, soak for another couple of minutes and rinse with running water. Place the onion in the marinade for a quarter of an hour. For the marinade, dissolve half the mixture in 2 glasses of cold water. spoons of sugar and half tsp. salt, and pour in 50 ml of table vinegar.

3. The salad is laid out in layers, generously moistened with mayonnaise.

450 grams of fresh squid;

350 grams of shrimp, peeled;

230 grams of mussels;

80 ml sunflower oil, refined;

Cooking method:

1. Cut the fillet from the bone, rinse it thoroughly with water and pat dry with a napkin or disposable towel.

2. Cut the meat into small slices, sprinkle with “Chicken Seasoning” and, wrapped in a plastic bag, put in the refrigerator for 50-70 minutes.

3. Gently mix mustard, honey and table vinegar with vegetable oil. Add crushed garlic, add thyme and, stirring thoroughly, leave to brew for half an hour.

4. Remove the bag of marinated chicken from the refrigerator and fry it until tender and golden brown.

5. Add canned corn and beans, without liquid, to the chilled meat from the jars.

6. Add ripe tomatoes cut into large cubes, medium-sized slices of onions, small pieces of sweet pepper, chopped parsley and, after mixing all the ingredients well, season the salad with the prepared honey-mustard sauce.
