If you want something more satisfying and budget-friendly (a legitimate desire during a crisis) or you are preparing a salad not for a holiday, but as a meal (dinner, for example), a salad of potatoes, mushrooms, chicken, eggs and cheese is what you need. what you need.

In addition to the ingredients that we already took for the previous salad, we will take four more potatoes and one carrot. Then you don’t need to add potatoes, this salad includes chicken, mushrooms, pineapple, cheese and eggs, naturally, mayonnaise. Then you don’t need to put nuts, but you should take smoked chicken.

A salad with chicken, mushrooms, cucumber, eggs and cheese allows you to use not only smoked breast, but also pickled mushrooms, it has a sharper taste, but if you want to prepare this salad with tomatoes, then you will have to refuse smoked breast, only boiled or baked. But, if desired, you can take pickled cucumbers.

Recipe 6: Salad with chicken, mushrooms and cucumbers White Royal

  • Chicken breasts 600 grams
  • Mushrooms 500 grams
  • Fresh cucumbers 3 medium

  • Hard cheese 150 grams

My comments:

  • To prepare this salad, Vera used champignons, but you can use any edible wild mushrooms.
  • If you, like me, like foods that are not very salty, then you should not put salt in your salad.
  • A variation immediately came to mind. I will definitely make a similar salad of smoked chicken with prunes, fried mushrooms and pickles. Grate the hard cheese in a separate layer. Spread out and chopped pitted prunes will go on the piano lid.
