Let's prepare the Tenderness salad with mushrooms and chicken. We use fried champignons and smoked chicken fillet, which can be replaced with boiled leg or fillet. Layered salad, prepared in culinary form. There are quite a few options for preparing this salad, but traditionally the salad is prepared from chicken with the addition of eggs and cheese. In our version, we use processed cheese. And for piquancy, we add garlic and pickled cucumber, which we personally replaced with squash.

Ingredients

  • champignon mushrooms (fried) 5 tbsp. l.;
  • chicken fillet (smoked or boiled) 180 g;
  • boiled eggs 2-3 pcs.;
  • processed cheese 1 package;
  • pickled squash or cucumbers 2 pcs.;
  • garlic 1 clove;
  • mayonnaise to taste;
  • salt as needed;
  • tomato or red pepper for decoration;
  • parsley 2-3 sprigs.

Preparation time: 20 minutes. Cooking time: 15 minutes. Yield: 2 servings.


Preparation

For this salad, you need to fry the champignon mushrooms until golden brown. To do this, finely chop fresh champignons (130 g) and place them on the hot surface of a frying pan with vegetable oil (2 tbsp. L). You can also fry onions with mushrooms if desired. Add spices and salt to the mushrooms already at the stage when the mushrooms are already well fried and begin to emit aromas. To cool, pour the mushrooms from the frying pan into a bowl before you start forming the salad.


Cut the smoked chicken fillet into thin strips or cubes. You can use boiled chopped fillet.


Remove the shell from hard-boiled eggs. Grate the eggs on a coarse or fine grater and pour into a small clean container.


Grate one processed cheese and combine with eggs. If desired, processed cheese can be replaced with hard cheese.


Add mayonnaise to cheese mixture and stir. You can also add grated cloves of garlic, chopped parsley or green onions.


To shape the salad you will need a serving ring or square mold. Place the mold on the center of the plate. Place some of the cheese mass on the bottom of the mold and smooth it out with a spoon.


Add fried mushrooms to the pan in a second layer, brush with mayonnaise.

  • salt, pepper;
