  2. Pour baking soda (or baking powder), sugar, salt into flour and mix.
  3. Then pour the flour mixture into the milk-sour cream mixture and knead into a soft dough. Flour should be added little by little and kneaded, carefully breaking up all the lumps. The dough should be homogeneous, smooth, soft, not sticky.
