So. We had a topic on our city forum about fried eggs. I walked in one day and was surprised how people manage to serve and cook ordinary eggs. I decided to add literally a couple of friends to them.

Basically, you can use whatever your heart desires and is available in the refrigerator.

So. I searched through the bottom of the barrel and found:

Sheet of puff pastry;

Leftover cheese;

Some boiled brisket;

Red sweet pepper;

Tomato;

And because I really like olives, so it was decided to use them too;

We cut the tomatoes however you like.

How to make puff pastry pie with egg.

To begin, cut a sheet of puff pastry into 4 squares and roll them out. Make cuts around the perimeter of each square one and a half centimeters from the edge.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Place the dough in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.

Once the dough is lightly browned, remove it from the oven. Flatten the inside with a fork. Then put the filling in the middle: ham (bacon), cheese, mushrooms. Break the egg and pour it into the center of the square. Add half a cherry tomato. Add some salt.

  • Boiled sausage – 70 g.

How to cook scrambled eggs with puff pastry

Cut the sausage and pickled cucumber into oblong strips.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut into two 15 cm squares. Make cuts along the dough at a distance of 1.5 cm from the edge. We often prick the middle with a fork so that only the sides rise during baking.

Transfer the prepared squares to a baking sheet lined with parchment. Place sausage, pickled cucumber and most of the cheese on the dough. Place the filled puff pastries into the oven.

Bake for about 15 minutes at 180°, take it out, place an egg on each puff pastry and sprinkle the remaining cheese around the edge.

Season with salt and ground pepper. Place the pan in the oven again and bake for another 7-10 minutes until the whites set.

Sprinkle the finished scrambled eggs in a puff pastry with chopped onions and serve hot.

Grease muffin tins with a little oil. You can put baking parchment inside.
Roll out the dough, cut into 6 rectangles and carefully fold them inside the molds.
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Cut the onions and green onions into small cubes, and also finely chop the bell peppers and ham or bacon (depending on what you prefer).
Mix the whites with onions, peppers and ham. Season with salt and pepper, and then spread the resulting mass into “nests” of puff pastry.
Carefully place the yolks on top. One for each form.
