  • Garlic – 1–3 cloves;
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices: ground red pepper.

Preparation:

  1. After peeling the tubers and cutting them into strips, beat the egg white (without spices) and mix it with the potatoes.
  2. Place the resulting product on parchment paper and place in a very hot oven for 10 minutes (during this time the potatoes should brown).
  3. Prepare a special mixture: lard ground in a meat grinder and garlic passed through a press should be mixed.
  4. When the potatoes are browned on one side, turn them over to the other and leave them in the oven for another 7 minutes.
