Step-by-step preparation of pilaf with chicken in a slow cooker. Recipe for making delicious chicken pilaf in a slow cooker. The recipe is suitable for anyone who wants to eat healthy, or just watch their figure

Step 1: prepare the chicken fillet.

Wash the chicken fillet thoroughly under running warm water and then place it on a cutting board. Using a knife, we clean the meat from fat, veins, films and cartilage. Then cut the component into small pieces and transfer to a small bowl.

Step 2: Prepare long grain rice.

Pour the rice into a sieve and rinse thoroughly under running warm water until it becomes clear. Next, set the component aside to drain excess liquid.

Step 3: prepare the carrots.

Using a vegetable peeler, peel the carrots and then rinse thoroughly under running warm water to remove any remaining soil and other dirt. Next, place the vegetable on a cutting board and chop. This can be done in several ways. First: using a coarse grater, grate the carrots directly over a free flat plate.

Second method: chop the vegetable into thin slices, small cubes, cubes, strips or crescents. Believe me, the taste of the dish will practically not change. We also pour the crushed component into a clean plate and leave it aside for a while.

Step 4: prepare the onions.

Using a knife, peel the onion and then rinse well under running water. Place the component on a cutting board and finely chop into cubes or quarter rings. At the end, pour the chopped onion into a clean plate and begin preparing the garlic.

Step 5: prepare the garlic.

Place the garlic on a cutting board and lightly press with the tip of a knife. This must be done in order to peel the husks from the cloves without hassle. At the end, rinse the components under running water and transfer them to a free saucer.

Step 6: prepare pilaf with chicken in a slow cooker.

Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the multicooker pan and turn on “Baking” mode for 30 minutes. When the contents of the container are well heated, carefully place the pieces of chicken fillet here. Stirring from time to time with a special kitchen spatula, fry the meat until tender golden brown. 15–20 minutes. Important: At the same time, do not close the multicooker lid.
After the allotted time has passed, place the chopped carrots and onions into the pan. Having mixed everything with available equipment, we continue to fry the components in the same mode 10 minutes more. Attention: If necessary, you can add a little more vegetable oil to the multicooker.

Then pour rice into a container, salt to taste, ground black pepper, ground turmeric, and also lay out the garlic cloves. Using a kitchen spatula, mix everything thoroughly so that the rice immediately absorbs the vegetable juice and chicken and vegetable fats.
Next, pour clean cool water into the pan. The liquid should cover the pilaf by about one finger. Once again, mix everything with the available equipment, close the lid of the multicooker and turn on Pilaf mode. When the appropriate signal sounds, we begin to set the dinner table. Open the lid of the electrical appliance and gently stir the dish one last time using available equipment.

Step 7: serve pilaf with chicken in a slow cooker.

Using a kitchen spatula, transfer the pilaf from the multicooker into a special deep plate and serve it to the dinner table along with various fresh and pickled vegetables. The dish turns out to be so rich, tasty and satisfying that you can easily treat your household to it for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Bon appetit everyone!

In addition to the spices indicated in the recipe, you can add others to the dish to suit your taste. For example, it could be a special seasoning for pilaf, cumin seeds, “hops-suneli” and much more to your taste;

To prepare such a dish, you can take rice such as Basmati, Jasmine, as well as steamed or polished;

If desired, you can also add bell pepper and even 200 grams of champignons to the pilaf;

In addition to chicken fillet, you can put thighs, drumsticks and even wings in the dish. Only in this embodiment, be sure to separate the pulp from the bone in advance. This meat contains more fat, so the pilaf comes out more oily and moist.

With the advent of kitchen appliances, the processes of preparing even complex dishes have become quite familiar and easy for many housewives. Today, using a step-by-step recipe with photos, we will tell you in detail how to cook delicious, crumbly pilaf with chicken in a slow cooker. Pilaf is an ancient dish that began to be prepared from the time of rice cultivation in the East, around the 2nd century BC. Its preparation required a lot of culinary skill and patience. Now modern housewives can easily cook pilaf with chicken in a Redmond, Vitek, Polaris, Mulinex multicooker, as well as in a smart device of any other brand.

Chicken pilaf in a slow cooker turns out very tasty, low-fat and aromatic

In the East, there are many recipes for preparing pilaf, varying depending on life events: festive, wedding, everyday. Usually this activity was entrusted to women, but on major holidays the stronger sex rolled up their sleeves. Modernity has changed everything beyond recognition - now any child can be taught to cook pilaf in a slow cooker. In addition, new recipes have appeared, the preparation of which is no more difficult than elementary truths, especially with the use of innovative technologies.

The smart device produces very tasty pilaf. The cooking features in this miracle machine allow you to cook any of its variants. Although the dish can be prepared in different ways, for example, in Uzbek it is customary to cook it with the addition of lamb. But if sunny Uzbekistan is not your homeland, and lamb fat is not your favorite ingredient, then you can be satisfied with delicious chicken pilaf in a slow cooker. Boring? Not at all! After all, the dish has countless variations: juicy buckwheat pilaf, light chicken neck pilaf, pilaf with chicken legs. The article will also offer both familiar and unusual options. Namely:

  • Pilaf with chicken and raisins.
  • From chicken breast.
  • Pilaf with chicken thighs or stomachs.
  • Children's recipe.
  • Pilaf with chicken liver or hearts.

There are also original recipes, for example barley pilaf. Also an excellent economical option is pilaf with chicken wings. Any of them will definitely suit your taste.

In a word, preparing crumbly pilaf in a slow cooker is a completely feasible and uncomplicated task. It is noteworthy that you can create a delicious masterpiece of culinary art in any model of this device - Polaris (for example, the Polaris 0517 series), Panasonic 18, in the Redmond multicooker, pilaf is no less tasty in the Scarlet, Philips and others.

Nothing complicated or a pot, cook!

A simple step-by-step recipe for a basic oriental delicacy with photographs will greatly facilitate the task of any housewife. In addition, making chicken pilaf in such a functional apparatus is not difficult. We present to your attention several options for the most common dishes prepared using popular models of pressure cookers. Chicken pilaf in the Polaris multicooker begins our review. The following 10 steps will help you create a delicious, flavorful culinary masterpiece.

  • We select the ingredients.

For pilaf in a multicooker you will need the following products: chicken fillet (2 pieces), carrots and onions (large), rice (3 mini-cups), garlic (a head), sunflower oil and seasonings to the hostess’s taste.

  • Slicing.
  • Pilaf with chicken breast in a slow cooker: step 3.

Afterwards, sunflower oil is poured into a dry and clean container. For this purpose, it is better to take a refined product.

  • Chicken pilaf in a slow cooker: bookmark.

The products are laid out and mixed: onions, carrots, poultry fillet.

  • Roasting function.

The frying mode is set, which is provided in this pressure cooker. Vegetables are fried together with the chicken. Ten minutes is usually enough.

  • A small nuance.

Some housewives advise to be sure to close the lid during the frying mode, but first add a little water to the mixture of meat and vegetables. This way the food will simmer slowly, retaining its beneficial properties.

  • The second part of the bookmark.

Pre-washed rice and a head of garlic are added to the dish. Next, everything is seasoned and salted.

  • Water is the head of everything.

You will need a little more than 5 cups of liquid (for the amount of rice indicated above). This way it will be crumbly after cooking. But if the dish is being prepared for a child, then more water can be added.

  • A little patience.

The Polaris 0517 model has a “Pilaf” function, and it should be used. The cooking time is set to one hour. Listen carefully to the signal.

  • All is ready!

After the characteristic sound, the classic version of chicken in a slow cooker is ready. Boiled rice can be served with fresh vegetables.

The next option would be pilaf in the Vitek multicooker from chicken breast with raisins. The preparatory step is washing and soaking the rice and raisins. Cereals remain in clean cold water for 2 hours, and dried grapes - about 5 minutes, but in boiling water. The ingredients are the same as in the previous recipe, except for the raisins. You should take no more than a handful of this healthy sweet, and double the amount of carrots if they are small. A rice masterpiece with raisins in the Vitek (or Scarlet) multicooker is prepared according to the following algorithm:

  1. Heat the oil in a container using the “Frying” mode.
  2. Add chopped onion (1 piece) to hot oil.
  3. Send grated carrots there too.
  4. Place the fillet on almost cooked vegetables and fry in the same mode until browned. For the recipe for this juicy and tasty delicacy, you can use some thighs instead of fillet.
  5. The “Rice” function is set and 3 cups of soaked cereal are added. All the starch has already been removed from the rice, so the dish promises to be extremely crumbly; the main thing is not to forget to drain the soaking water. Everything is poured with salted boiled water (about 4 glasses).
  6. Garlic, cumin, barberry and slightly swollen raisins are added along with the rice. Some housewives do not recommend soaking dry grapes, but this is a matter of taste.
  7. The finished dish (40 minutes – cooking time) should be carefully mixed and served.

Food in pressure cookers is suitable for those who use the principles of PP (proper nutrition). They differ from foods cooked on gas, induction and other types of stoves, since the products are especially tasty and do not lose their beneficial qualities: meat is juicy, cereals are crumbly, soups are like from a country oven, and vegetables can be cooked without a single drop of fat. A smart kitchen device is a reliable assistant that advocates healthy eating.

So in the Philips multicooker it is quite possible to cook, for example, a chicken version of rice delicacy. This delicate delicacy will decorate both everyday and holiday tables. So, we’ll tell you below how to cook it with chicken legs in a slow cooker. The products selected are standard: 2-3 carrots, a large onion, 3 cups of rice, 5 cups of boiled water, sunflower oil no more than 50 g, a head of garlic and half a kilo of drumsticks.

  1. Chop the onion, coarsely grate or cut the carrots into strips.
  2. Lightly brown the washed drumsticks in boiling oil using the “Fry” function.
  3. After 15 minutes, turning off the indicated mode, place thoroughly washed rice, spices and the disassembled garlic head directly with the husk into the container (but wash it well before that).
  4. Everything is covered with water. Philips models have a program called “Pilaf”, which is what they use. This device selects the cooking time independently.
  5. After the signal, some recommend keeping the dish in the heating mode to infuse.

Housewives give the following advice regarding seasonings: dissolve them in water along with salt, and then pour them over rice, meat and vegetables.

Long live diversity!

If you are making an oriental delicacy, then know that in ancient Persia it was prepared completely differently than it is now: they cooked meat with broth and cereals with vegetables separately, and mixed them directly on the plate. But let's return to modern realities. For example, in the Redmond 4502 multi-pressure cooker you can cook anything, including a delicious, aromatic oriental gift. But you shouldn’t think that only poultry loin or drumsticks are used, as well as only rice - the list is much more varied. Below we will propose an algorithm for preparing a dish called “Pilaf with chicken stomachs” in the specified multicooker.

  1. You will need 700 g of washed and cleaned stomachs, 1 onion and carrot (large), 2 cups of long grain rice, vegetable oil and seasonings (cumin, turmeric, pepper and salt).
  2. Prepare vegetables: chop and grate. Set the prepared navels to the “Frying” or “Stewing” mode, adding a little boiling water.
  3. After boiling the water, pour the vegetables into the container with the navels.
  4. Pour rice along with seasonings into a bowl with almost cooked meat and vegetables.
  5. Mix everything and fill the container with the specified amount of water.
  6. In the Redmond machine, the “Quenching” program is suitable for this case, which is set for 60 minutes.

We offer another recipe, which is slightly different from the previous one both in the ingredients and in the nuances of preparation. Each multicooker manufacturer adds its own software to the device, so some stages of the process may differ. Pilaf in the Mulinex multicooker can be prepared with hearts or liver. Some housewives use chicken necks or wings for this.

Pilaf with chicken liver in the Mulinex multicooker is prepared with the same set of products, but with the addition of 300 g of liver. It would be nice if you first soak the offal in milk - this will remove the bitterness. This amount uses 200 g of polished rice. The serving can be doubled depending on the number of eaters. After immersing the rice in a bowl with fried vegetables, meat and broth, the “Pilaf” mode is set for at least an hour. Recommendation: watch the amount of water - there should be delicious bubbles on the surface, if there are none, then the beautiful rice may burn. “Heating” is a program that is available in this steamer model. It should be used literally for 10-15 minutes so that the food “ripens”.

In the same way, pilaf with chicken hearts is prepared in a slow cooker. For 600 g of product, take 2 multi-cups of rice (ideally basmati variety). It is important to remove the veins from the hearts and cut them in half. This dish is especially useful for people suffering from anemia. If the housewife decides to use wings or necks, then the cooking algorithm is the same, but we should not forget to rid the meat of unnecessary inclusions.

This delicacy turns out great in the Supra multicooker. But let’s try to change the vector a little towards alternative cereals. For example, you can offer a wonderful recipe for buckwheat pilaf. For the meat base, any part of the chicken is taken: fillet, drumstick, hearts or navels (other offal). Buckwheat is poured in at the same stage as rice in previous recipes, but the mode in Supra can be set to either “Pilaf” or “Regular”. There is another important point - garlic is not added to the buckwheat and chicken variation in the slow cooker.

Pilaf made from pearl barley or bulgur is also excellent. In the first case, for 800 g of thighs there are two mini-glasses of cereal, 1,200 ml of boiling water, 2 large carrots, onions, and specific seasonings. Of course, if there is no lamb and rice, then such a dish cannot be called classic, but bulgur pilaf with chicken in a slow cooker is very tasty, and this fact justifies the existence of this recipe. For a small amount, take 300 g of chicken meat, a glass of cereal, vegetables and spices. Garlic is also excluded. The modes differ in different models, so if your pot does not have the “Pilaf” program, then you can use “Rice” or “Buckwheat”.

If we talk about other types, then pilaf with chicken and mushrooms in a slow cooker turns out simply excellent. To do this, you can use a Panasonic device. This pressure cooker-multi-cooker will prepare pilaf with chicken, and not boiled porridge. In addition to the main ingredients, which include poultry fillet, vegetables and polished rice, washed champignons are added to the dish. At what stage are the mushrooms placed in the bowl? After using the “Baking” program, the chopped vegetables and meat are fried for half an hour. Then add mushrooms and boiled water with seasonings mixed with natural tomato juice. It is brought to readiness (in this model) using the “Buckwheat” mode.

Pilaf with chicken and vegetables in a slow cooker is no less tasty and very healthy. In addition to the trivial carrots and onions, this recipe contains bell peppers, peas and corn. If the last two components are frozen, then they are stewed along with the rest of the vegetables; if not, they are thrown into the bowl a few minutes before they are ready. The recipe uses fresh fillet, and cook the dish in the “Pilaf” mode for about 40 minutes.

Be sure to prepare this delicious dish. You will not regret it!

Stop! You are on a diet!

To paraphrase the classic, let's say: “Do you love chicken as much as I love it?” This is not a rhetorical question, because chicken meat is a source of protein and iron and belongs to the category of dietary products. There are practically no people who should not eat chicken. It is healthy, lean and very tasty. Of course, poultry is primarily suitable for children - pediatricians strongly recommend including it in the diet. In particular, doctors advise using fillet as the most useful part of poultry. Although, of course, drumsticks and tender hearts are quite suitable.

Also, a recipe for chicken pilaf, especially cooked in a slow cooker, should be added to your repertoire for those who know first-hand what proper nutrition (PN) is. If diet has become your everyday problem, then take a simpler look at life - you shouldn’t torture your body by giving up meat - the calorie content of pilaf with chicken is approximately 130 kcal per 100 g of product (for comparison: the same amount of dish with lamb contains 330 kcal).

This section contains recipes with photos that describe in detail how to cook pilaf in a slow cooker with chicken. Readers are presented with two options: children's and dietary.

PP - proper nutrition is something that should be taught from childhood. The recipe for a child differs from those already indicated in the simplicity of the ingredients and their careful grinding. Add two carrots, a small onion, a large fillet, a tomato and a bunch of dill to a medium bowl. Vegetables, meat and herbs are stewed in a container greased with butter, then well-washed rice is added. If you cook this pilaf in a Panasonic 181 multicooker, then the final stage of cooking is carried out using the “Pilaf” program. The children's recipe does not include spicy, overly fragrant seasonings and garlic.

Finally, we suggest you familiarize yourself with how to prepare dietary pilaf with chicken in a slow cooker. The differences in this recipe are that a minimum of salt and seasonings are added to it, and only completely fat-free fillets are cut from the chicken carcass. First, use two modes: “Frying” for vegetables and “Baking” for meat. Finally, select the “Rice” function. It is allowed to add cinnamon and barberry. The calorie content of such food is extremely low, which does not affect its usefulness.

The video included in this article will clearly illustrate the step-by-step process of preparing this dish using a wonderful pot. Having chosen this dish as an everyday or festive dish, the hostess will definitely not regret it.

I really like to cook pilaf with chicken using a slow cooker, since I don’t have any special utensils for pilaf, in a regular one it either burned or turned out like nothing, but not quite as intended, a little like porridge, homemade ate, of course, but not willingly, apparently so as not to offend me...

When I once had the honor of cooking pilaf in a slow cooker with chicken, I was very pleased with the result. The pilaf turned out to be of excellent taste, just what I needed - rice grain grain by grain, nothing even close to porridge. Since then I’ve only cooked pilaf with chicken this way and in general, I try to trust the slow cooker with everything related to rice.

It’s convenient that the preparation and stewing of the dish takes place in one vessel - the bowl of a multicooker, the time savings is noticeable; you’ve prepared everything, thrown it into the multicooker and you’re free. I prefer to use steamed rice for pilaf, for the reason that it does not boil over like regular rice. I have tomato sauce in my recipe, I like to use it, tomato gives the pilaf a unique taste, but usually it is not included in the pilaf, so, of course, it is not necessary to add it.

This recipe in a slow cooker has no pretensions to true Uzbek pilaf, it is rather an adapted and simplified Russian version, but it turns out very tasty, and is prepared simply and quickly, so I recommend trying to cook pilaf in a slow cooker with chicken.

Ingredients

  • chicken - pulp or leg (300-500 g)
  • small onion (1 pc.)
  • medium sized carrots (1 pc.)
  • long grain parboiled rice (300 g)
  • garlic (3 cloves)
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • pepper, salt (to taste)
  • tomato sauce (1 tbsp)

Wash the rice, chop and fry the vegetables:

1. Wash the rice for pilaf and soak in cold water. Turn on the multicooker in frying-stewing mode, set the time for 1 hour, pour in 1-2 cm of vegetable oil and leave to warm up with the lid open. I don’t close the multicooker lid until I add the rice. We peel all the vegetables, grate or cut the carrots into strips, throw them into hot oil, fry, meanwhile finely chop the onion, send it after the carrots, fry everything together.

Chop and add meat:

2. Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces, you can chop the chicken with bones into pieces, add to the vegetables in the slow cooker, add salt and pepper, and fry. Add tomato sauce, stir, fry for 10 minutes.

Add rice and prepare pilaf:

3. Place rice in the vegetable frying with meat, after draining the water, add salt, pepper if necessary, add water about 2 cm above the rice, close the lid of the multicooker. In the frying - stewing mode, pilaf with chicken should be cooked for 20 minutes; if necessary, adjust the time set in the multicooker.

You can forget about the multicooker for 15 minutes and get busy with other things. After 15 minutes, you need to check the readiness of the dish, carefully, so as not to get burned by the steam, open the lid of the multicooker and check the condition of the rice, taste it for readiness.

If the rice is still hard and there is no water left, carefully push the food apart in the multicooker, freeing the middle and pour in a little water, about half a glass, stick the garlic into the rice, straight into whole cloves, close the multicooker lid and cook further, about 5-10 minutes. When the rice is ready, mix the pilaf, taste for salt, add if necessary, remove the garlic, leave to brew for 20-30 minutes, switching the multicooker to standby mode - heating.

Pilaf with chicken in a slow cooker - recipe with photo

Cooking pilaf with chicken in a slow cooker is pure pleasure! We offer you a recipe with step-by-step photos, according to which you can easily repeat cooking pilaf with chicken in a slow cooker.

Ingredients:

  • 350 grams of rice (I used a mixture of different varieties)
  • 600 grams chicken fillet
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 large onion
  • Pilaf seasoning packet
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying.

How to cook pilaf with chicken in a slow cooker - recipe with photo:

Peel the onions, peel the carrots. Don’t grate the carrots, cut them into small pieces, it will be much tastier. Believe me, with grated carrots the taste of pilaf will be completely different. Cut the onion into cubes. Pour a little vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and place the onions and carrots in it. After the oil is hot, fry for 7 minutes, remembering to stir.

While the vegetables are roasting, rinse the chicken fillet under running water and cut into cubes. Add the chicken fillet to the vegetables and fry for another 10 minutes.

Now let's get to the rice. I bought rice that doesn't need to be washed. If you are using regular rice, first rinse it well under running water until it becomes clear, and then pour it into the multicooker bowl. Steamed rice is best suited for cooking pilaf with chicken in a slow cooker. It doesn’t stick together at all, which means you definitely won’t have rice porridge with chicken. Now add the pilaf seasoning. If you know how to select it, that's good. I don’t know how to pick, so I bought it ready-made in a bag. Seasoning should be calculated based on the weight of rice and chicken and pour the required amount.

Now add water to the rice and mix well. The water should be no more than 3 centimeters above the level of the rice. My multicooker bowl capacity is 5 liters. If the volume of your bowl is smaller, let the water level be 3-4 centimeters.

Turn on the multicooker in the “stew” mode and simmer the pilaf for an hour.

As soon as you hear a beep, which will notify you that the pilaf has been stewing for exactly an hour, do not rush to turn off the multicooker. Let the pilaf with chicken sit on the heat for another 10 minutes. Next, put the pilaf and chicken on plates, be sure to add fresh herbs and cut the vegetables separately.

Olga Schastlivaya prepared pilaf with chicken in a slow cooker.

Chicken pilaf in a slow cooker with ginger added

This is one of my favorite pilaf recipes. Ginger gives it a very interesting flavor. In general, it’s not for everybody, but there haven’t been those who have refused my pilaf with chicken and ginger yet.

Ingredients:

  • Medium size chicken (1.5-1.7 kg weight)
  • Long grain rice – 3 multi-cups
  • 3 large onions
  • 1-2 carrots
  • head of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
  • One and a half tablespoons of dried barberry
  • 6 multi-glasses of water
  • Vegetable oil

How to cook pilaf with chicken and ginger in a slow cooker:

To be honest, I always buy ready-made seasoning for pilaf. A bag costs 10 rubles, enough for 2 times. This is by the way.

Pour some vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Approximately 4 tablespoons. Set the mode to “frying” or “baking” and start preparing vegetables. Hurry up so the oil doesn't just boil. Peel the onion and cut into quarter rings. Place in hot oil and leave to fry for 10 minutes. In the meantime, remove the skin from the chicken, leave it on if appropriate, and cut the chicken into pieces. When the onion turns golden, add chicken pieces to it. Fry for another 15 minutes, remembering to stir.

Now add salt, spices, 3 multi-cups of water, set the “stew” mode and close the multicooker lid for 20 minutes. While the chicken and onions are stewing, let's take care of the carrots and rice.

Peel the carrots and cut into strips. No graters! Rinse the rice well, pour boiling water over it and let it sit. When the meat and onions have been stewed for 20 minutes, add carrots and soaked rice. First we lay out the carrots. Evenly, please. Next, Fig. Do this carefully so as not to overmix the ingredients. Pour 3 more multi-cups of boiling water. That’s it, put the multicooker in the “pilaf” mode for an hour and close the lid. Rinse the head of garlic and go about your business. 45 minutes after starting work in the “pilaf” mode, open the lid and place a head of garlic in the middle of our dish. Add some barberry and grated ginger on top. To begin with, you can add just a little, next time add more if you like it.

When the multicooker informs you that the pilaf is ready, do not rush to put it on plates. Let it simmer for another 30 minutes in the “warm” mode.

Serve pilaf with chicken, seasoned with fresh herbs. Bon appetit!

Pilaf with chicken breast

I don’t really like buying a whole chicken, and I don’t really recognize the rest of its parts. But I love chicken breast. And I know, perhaps, all the recipes for its preparation.

Ingredients:

  • Large chicken breast
  • 2 large onions
  • 3 carrots
  • 500 grams long grain rice
  • 4 tablespoons refined vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Salt, seasoning for pilaf - to taste.

How to cook pilaf with chicken breast in a slow cooker:

I prepare this pilaf a little easier than the pilaf recipe above. Peel the onions and peel the carrots. We cut the carrots into strips or half rings, cut the onion into quarter rings. Fry in heated vegetable oil for 10 minutes until golden brown. Don’t close the lid of the multicooker and don’t forget to stir. Rinse the rice and soak in hot water, let it stand.

While the vegetables are frying, let's take care of the chicken breast. Remove the skin. If you eat it, cut it into cubes. To be honest, I have a hard time imagining what it will look like, but there should be cubes. I don’t eat the skin, so I remove it, wash the breast, cut it into cubes and add it to the fried vegetables. I stir and fry for another 15 minutes. I peel the garlic and add it whole when the time is up. Along with garlic, I also add seasoning for pilaf. I don't pour it in a lot. Fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes. Now drain the water from the soaked rice, place it on top of the vegetables and chicken, level it with a spatula, and fill it with water. Every multicooker is different, you may need more water. The whole point is that after adding water, it should be one and a half centimeters from the surface of the rice. Add some salt. Now set the “pilaf” mode for one hour. If there is no such mode, “quenching” is quite suitable. When the signal sounds, notifying you that the pilaf is ready, stir it and leave it for 20 minutes to brew, in the heating mode.

That's all. Cut fresh herbs, tear lettuce, cut tomatoes and serve pilaf with chicken to the table. Bon appetit!
