Ingredients

For the base:
crab sticks – 200 g
egg – 2 pcs.
mayonnaise – 3 tbsp. l.
flour - 3 tbsp. l.
parsley – 1 bunch
salt/spices - to taste

For filling:
boiled egg – 2 pcs.
cheese – 150 g
garlic – 2 cloves
mayonnaise – 3 tbsp. l.

Preparation

Boil hard-boiled eggs for the filling. Meanwhile, finely chop the crab sticks and herbs. Mix crab sticks, herbs, flour, mayonnaise, raw eggs, salt and spices:

Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the mixture onto it to an even thickness (0.5-1 cm), forming a rectangle or square:

Place in a preheated oven at 350 A (180 C) for 15-20 minutes. Readiness can be determined by easily touching the surface. If it's not sticky/wet, you can take it out.   • If even after all these manipulations they still don’t want to turn around, heat some water on the stove. Dip seafood into boiling water for exactly 30 seconds, this will make it much softer and more pliable.
  • If you can't find the outer layer, hold the stick over boiling water. The edge will be scalded and it will be clearly visible where to make the cut.
