Cut the chicken into pieces, size as desired. Salt and pepper. Grease a frying pan or deep baking dish with vegetable oil (do not pour too much), place onion, cut into rings, on the bottom, place chicken pieces on top of it, pour sour cream and place in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30-40 minutes.

1 stack sour cream,
1 stack broth,
1 tbsp. flour,

200 ml sour cream,

Preparation:
Rinse and dry the chicken pieces. Mix salt and spices in a plate, add seasonings to taste (you can use ready-made seasonings for chicken, curry, etc.) and rub the resulting mixture onto the chicken pieces on all sides. Fry the chicken in a frying pan with vegetable or butter until golden brown. For the sauce, melt the butter in another frying pan, add the flour and fry it until light yellow, stirring constantly. Ingredients for 1 pot:
100-150 g chicken meat,
4 potatoes,
100 g mushrooms (can be frozen),
1 small onion
1 small carrot
100 ml fat sour cream,

Preparation:
Pour hot water into each pot to a level of about 1 cm. Place 2 diced potatoes, salt, pepper, place chicken pieces, salt and pepper. Place the mushrooms, the remaining potatoes on top, salt and pepper. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots on a fine grater, mix with sour cream, pour in 250-300 ml of warm water, add salt and pepper and pour the resulting mixture over the contents of the pot. 600 g chicken meat (with or without bones),
400 g oyster mushrooms or champignons,

Rinse the chicken meat, place in a bowl with sides, add 1 tbsp. oil and cover with a lid (or cover with cling film). Place in the microwave, set the oven to maximum and cook for 5 minutes. The meat will give juice. Wash the mushrooms, peel and cut into thin slices. Place in another bowl with sides, cover and cook for 3 minutes at 800 W. The mushrooms will also release juice. Cut the onion into cubes, add salt, mix with 1 tbsp. oil and cook in a separate bowl, covered, for 1 minute at maximum power. Pour the juice from the meat and mushrooms into a separate bowl, add sour cream, salt and pepper, and stir. Combine mushrooms with onions. Place the chicken in an even layer in a microwave-safe dish, place the mushrooms and onions on top, pour over the sour cream sauce and cover with a lid. Cook for 5 minutes on full power, then reduce power to half and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
