  • butter – 150 g;
  • eggs – 4 pcs.;
  • cold water - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • cauliflower - 1 fork;
  • bacon – 200 g;
  • cream – 300 ml;
  • cheese – 200 g;
  • parsley, nutmeg, salt, pepper.

Preparation

  1. Mix flour, butter, eggs and water into a dough.
  2. Place the lump in the cold for 30 minutes, then distribute it in a mold with sides and bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees.
  3. Boiled cabbage is mixed with fried bacon.
  4. Add cream whipped with eggs, seasoned to taste.
  5. Spread the mixture into the mold with the dough and bake the pie for another 30 minutes.

Cauliflower with cheese in a slow cooker


It turns out to be especially juicy and tasty. Even trivial preparation with minimal ingredients gives an inimitable result. Natural yogurt is a worthy substitute for medium-fat sour cream or cream, and instead of fresh cabbage inflorescences, you can use frozen ones.

Ingredients:

  • cauliflower – 0.5 fork;
  • yogurt – 200 g;
  • cheese – 150 g;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • salt, pepper, oil.

Preparation

  1. In the “Steam” mode, the inflorescences are cooked on a wire rack and then transferred to an oiled bowl.
  2. Beat eggs with salt and pepper, add yogurt, pour over cabbage.
  3. Sprinkle the dish with cheese and cook on the “Baking” for 25-30 minutes.
