And when I was already full, they brought us a huge dish with crabs in an original sauce. With beer, which in Singapore is very, very good, the end of the meal was simply magnificent...

Of course, this is not quite a classic recipe. I saw this recipe in one of the programs, but changed it a little to my taste. I didn't add sugar because... For me, the sweetness of the pepper is enough and I added wine vinegar, although it is better to add Chinese wine. In addition, ingredients like ginger and hot pepper appear differently in different recipes. Usually hot peppers are taken dried.

Heat the oil high and fry the chicken fillet until lightly browned, add a little salt. Place the fillet in a bowl and leave in a warm place.
