  • quail eggs (chicken can be used) – 8 pcs (or 2 chicken);
  • ciabatta or any other wheat bread - 1 piece;
  • lettuce leaves – 50 g;
  • butter – a small piece (10 g);
  • mayonnaise – 20 g or 2 tbsp;
  • boiled or canned tuna – 1 can or 100 g.

This sandwich can be prepared not only by vegetarians, but also by people who are supporters of a healthy diet - there are many vegetables that will benefit the body. In order to start cooking, you will need the following ingredients:

  • bread (whole grain or bran) – 2 slices;
  • avocado – 50 g;
  • sesame (seeds) – 5 g;
  • hummus – 3 tbsp;
  • parsley (fresh plant) – 5 sprigs;
  • radishes (medium size) – 2 pcs;
  • carrots (immediately boiled) – 1 piece;
  • beets (also boiled) – 1 piece;
  • spinach (canned or fresh can be used) – 30 g;
  • cucumber (exclusively fresh) – 50 g;
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Cooking time – 15 minutes.
