Rarely, but sometimes I get such an appetite that I really, really want to eat some particular dish. So recently I was struck by cutlets, usually we eat meat in the form of meat, for example, in the form of a steak. But then the body began to demand exactly cutlets - I could not refuse him :)
So, for cooking we need the following products:

Just a few clarifications on the products. The meat, if it has been frozen, is better not to the end, so that all the juice does not flow out of it. Parsley greens can be taken both fresh and dried.
Meat, as well as one large, or a couple of small onions with carrots, we cut so that they fit in a meat grinder.

Well, then we turn everything into minced meat, we also grind fresh garlic.


When my son was very small, in order for the cutlets to be very soft, I added a couple more pieces of white bread soaked in milk to the minced meat so that the cutlets were very soft. But now I prefer to do without it.
It turns out such a positive orange stuffing:

Add one chicken egg, herbs, salt to it, if desired, you can also add black ground pepper.

Now we mix everything thoroughly, as if we are going to cook kebab. All components of the meat mixture should fit snugly together. The mixture should not be loose.
