I tried to make a selection of desserts from different directions: here will be puff pastry, sponge cake, no-bake recipes on a quick fix cookies, berry treats in the form of mousses, and caramelized fruits.

We will need:

  • puff pastry – 500 g
  • nutella – 6 tbsp. spoons (maybe a little more or less)
  • egg yolk – 1 pc.

  • powdered sugar - tbsp. spoons for decoration
  • tangerine – 0.5 pcs optional

Preparation:

1. For preparation we will use frozen puff pastry. Today I have it with yeast, but you can also use yeast-free. I usually don’t even specifically choose what’s in the refrigerator, I cook from that.

It needs to be kept on the kitchen table until it can be rolled out.

It is better to roll out the dough on baking paper. Then it will be easier to transfer the workpiece to a baking sheet and remove ready pie it will be easier too.

2. First, roll out one layer.

Outline a Christmas tree pattern on the plate, doing it simply stylistically, that is, drawing a triangle and a trunk. Then cut according to the basting. If you have a special knife that is used to cut pizza, then it will cut very well here too. Such a knife does not harm the paper on which the workpiece is located.


Then proceed in the same way with the second layer of dough.


3. Apply a layer of Nutella to the resulting figure, or you can melt the chocolate and apply it. It took me about 120 - 130 grams. I put it in spoons and spread it in a fairly thick layer.


4. Place a whole layer on top of the first figure and cut off all excess.

That is, the contours must exactly repeat the lower figure. From one of the remaining pieces of dough, cut a star for the top.


The rest of the dough can then be rolled out and made into small puff pastries, with the same Nutella.

5. Make counter cuts on the resulting figure, not cutting 1.5 - 2 cm to the improvised trunk.


Then twist each strip into a spiral, keeping the same direction. Also draw a stripe in the middle with a knife so that the dough does not rise too much here.

6. Attach the star and brush the surface with yolk so that the Christmas tree can brown.


7. Place the workpiece to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Bake until the surface is browned.


Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Then carefully transfer to big dish. If there is no such dish, then you can serve it on cutting board. It, in turn, can be covered with a clean, beautiful napkin.

You can decorate it to your liking. I had rosemary sprigs and made small trees from them. And although there are no leaves on them, it is still winter, I placed tangerines on them.

Sprinkle powdered sugar on top like a snowball and confectionery sprinkles.

I won’t bore you either, and I’ll say right away that such cones can be made on the basis of . Are you surprised?! Everyone is surprised.

We will need:

  • cookies – 300 gr
  • corn flakes (as much as you can)
  • butter – 100 g
  • milk – 200 ml
  • cocoa – 3 tbsp. spoons
  • flour – 1 tbsp. spoon
  • walnuts – 100 gr
  • sugar - 1 - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • vanillin – 1 g
  • powdered sugar, confectionery sprinkles for decoration


From this amount of ingredients I got 10 not very large cones, just enough for a serving. So as not to overeat and get full.

Preparation:

First we need to prepare the base for the dessert. It will consist of two components. So let's start preparing them.

1. We need to grind the cookies into crumbs. It's taken from me regular cookies“Baked milk”, it is tender and tasty, which means our dessert will turn out the same.


Place the cookies in the bowl of a food processor or blender and beat them to the desired state.


2. The same could be done with nuts, but I prefer to chop them with a knife. Still, we fantasize about cones, but as you know, they should contain nuts. So let them be.


3. Combine nuts with cookies.


4. Now we need a stove. We will use it to prepare a delicious chocolate mixture. To do this, mix cocoa, sugar and flour in a saucepan and pour in a little milk. Stir and place on low heat. Armed with a spatula or spoon, start stirring. It is necessary to break all the lumps and combine everything into one whole.

At the same time, slowly add milk.


Just in case, have a whisk handy. If you can’t break up the lumps, then this will help.

At this time, we do not leave the stove and practically do not let go of the spatula or paddle. Stir all the time so that the mixture does not burn to the bottom. The mixture will begin to heat up and thicken. As soon as it starts to boil, turn off the heat and remove the saucepan from the hot burner.

5. Allow it to cool for 5 - 7 minutes, and pour it into the mixture of cookies and nuts in several portions. Mix everything together until smooth.


6. Make blanks in the form of the desired figure. I got exactly 10 of them, which means there will be the same number of cones.

The dough can be placed in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes so that the dough is not too soft. You can leave one of them and start forming the desired figure.


Corn flakes will help us make it.

To make the similarity most obvious, use chocolate ones, or just dark ones. Everything is simple here. We insert the flakes at one end into the formed workpiece, placing them in a circle. Then the second, third and all subsequent rows.


So, the figure we need gradually begins to emerge. And she pleases the eye with her undoubted similarity.

7. In this way you need to make the number of cones and place them on a plate.

To decorate, I took sprigs of rosemary and simply placed them in the empty spaces.

The top of our composition can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. I have it mixed with coconut flakes and therefore large “snowflakes” mixed with small ones look very beautiful.

2. Pour frozen red currants into a mixer bowl.

3. Add half the sugar and egg whites to the crumbs. Continue mixing with the mixer.

The mixture is also slightly compacted, which allows it not to fall off or lose its shape.


This is exactly the state we are striving for. When we put the treat in the bowls, it should not fall off.

This dessert is always a joy, and this applies to both children and adults. I remember when I was a child, how glad I was to receive such an apple on a stick. And now we treat our grandchildren to such delicacies. And I see on their faces the same emotions as on mine.


Previously, it seemed to me that not everyone could prepare such a treat. That's incredible difficult process and repeating the result will not be possible. But that was true until I tried it for the first time. Everything turned out to be as simple as shelling pears.

We will need:

  • apples – 6 – 8 pcs (depending on size)
  • sugar – 400 gr
  • lemon juice – 4 tbsp. spoons
  • vanillin – 1 g
  • dye of any color
  • powdered sugar – 3 tbsp. spoons

Preparation:
