Ingredients:


  • Two chicken breasts
  • One hundred grams of parmesan,
  • 1 clove of garlic,
  • Olive oil (can be sunflower)

  2. Take the chicken breasts and remove the fillets from the bones.


3. Sprinkle the resulting fillet with salt and pepper, and fry with vegetable oil and a couple of sprigs of rosemary (or other aromatic herb) in a hot frying pan until golden brown.


4. Then set them aside to cool.


5. Cut the loaf into large cubes.


6. Bake in the oven until it becomes croutons. But not for too long so that they are not very hard. You can instead fry it in vegetable oil in a frying pan with a clove of garlic (I like this option better).


7. Squeeze a few cloves of garlic into the bag through a garlic press, add croutons there and shake. Remove the crackers from the bag and place on a plate to cool.


8. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, tear them by hand or chop them not very finely.

  6. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands, put a little sauce on them and line the bottom of the plate with them.
  7. Place chicken and bread on top, pour sauce over everything and crumble with grated Parmesan.
  8. When serving, the salad is decorated with greens.
