The bags are closed with a metal bracket, thread or thermal method. The latter method uses special filter paper containing thermoplastic fiber. Typical tea bag filter paper is 65-75% wood fiber, 15-23% thermoplastic, and 10% abaca fiber. The advantage of such paper is that it allows water to pass through well without absorbing it or dissolving. At the same time, the drink remains chemically neutral and its taste is not distorted.

If tea bags are made from premium raw materials (coarsely chopped leaves), a fine-mesh plastic mesh is used for packaging. If you will be producing expensive tea, it is advisable to additionally pack each bag in a sealed envelope made of foil or paper. This will preserve the tea for a long time, and it will not absorb foreign odors or lose its aroma.

3. Next comes the blending process, in which different varieties from different batches are mixed. Mixing occurs until the desired color, aroma and taste of the drink is obtained. The blend is carried out by professional tasters using organoleptic analysis and special equipment.

4. Now comes the process of packaging the tea crumbs. The machine dispenses 2 grams of crumbs per serving and pours it into bags.
