Mix the sifted flour with milk, sugar and brine. Add eggs and soda (if you cook with milk, first quench the soda with vinegar). Add sesame seeds. Do not knead the dough for a long time; it should not be too stiff or, conversely, watery. Roll out a not too thin layer and cut into squares or diamonds. It is better, of course, to use punchy shaped shapes or a thin glass.

  • caraway seeds, coriander, fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon each.

Preparation

Pour brine over the flakes for an hour or two, let them swell well. If they are not swollen enough, add more brine. Add yogurt, eggs and sifted flour. Knead the dough with the addition of cumin seeds, coriander and fennel. You can add 3-5 drops of anise oil to the dough. You can include a little grated hard cheese in the dough - it will be delicious.
