The flakes do not need to be crushed. In the following recipe they remain in their original form, and the dough is bound by “white” flour. For banana pancakes you will need:

  • flakes - 35 g;
  • bananas and eggs - 1 pc.;
  • wheat flour - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • oil for frying (butter);
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • salt - 1/4 tsp.

Cooking method:

  1. Pour boiling water over the flakes in a ratio of 1:2. Cover with a lid and leave to soak for 10 minutes.

Banana pancakes with kefir can be considered a classic breakfast recipe. Take 3 fruits, a couple of eggs, a glass of kefir (an alternative is curdled milk or yogurt), half a glass of flour. You also need sugar (1 tsp) and slaked soda (0.5 tsp). The recipe allows for salt to taste.

The procedure for preparing pancakes is simple. Mix the crushed pulp with kefir, eggs and other ingredients. The fermented milk product should not be too fatty or thick. It should be warmed until slightly warm before use. Make the dough uniform and thick. Bake the pancakes as usual in a greased frying pan.

The recipe is variable. It is allowed to take 1 egg, but then you should increase the volume of kefir. You can add apple chips or a little cottage cheese to the banana filling, and diversify the aroma and taste of the baked goods with cinnamon, ginger or nutmeg. Be careful with sugar.
