  1. Chop the poultry fillet into small pieces. Roll each of them in a mixture of black pepper and salt and sauté in a frying pan for 5 minutes.

  3. Drain the liquid from the jar of pineapples. Cut the pulp into small cubes.

  • three slices of prosciutto;
  • 60 g blue cheese;
  • 55 g walnuts;
  • 600 g raisin grapes;
  • a small bunch of basil and celery;
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil;
  • 1 tbsp. l. red wine vinegar.
