To make amazing homemade truffles that resemble store-bought ones, you will need the following ingredients:

2:1040
  • 500 g chocolate;
  • about 150 ml of cream (at least 32-33% fat content);
  • half a pack (about 100 g) of high-quality butter;
  • 20-30 ml of rum or any liqueur;
  • cocoa powder for decoration.

Preparation:

2:1408
  1. First you need to break the chocolate into pieces and melt it using a water bath or microwave. Next, pour the cream into the chocolate mixture, warm everything up again, and then add softened (not melted!) butter and beat the whole mixture with a blender so that it is more airy.
  2. Then leave the bowl of ganache in a cool place so that the cream hardens a little and becomes thick, but not completely hardened.
  3. Form into balls or cones, roll them in cocoa powder and place in the refrigerator to set completely.

You can use a coffee grinder and grind the nuts to a powdery state. And if you want to feel their taste, then use a blender or knife and do not strive for small pieces.

6:546 6:556

A few tips to help you make perfect truffles:

6:676
  • The first is to use a pastry bag (it is usually used for filling cakes with cream and for decorating pastries). Just pour the slightly thickened but not yet hard filling into it and start forming small cones. The second option is to form the balls with your own hands. In this case, you need to let the filling cool a little and thicken. And to avoid getting dirty, wear disposable plastic gloves. You can also use a spoon.
  • The chocolate filling will be aromatic and tasty if you add ingredients such as cognac or rum, some kind of liqueur, cinnamon, vanilla, and so on.
  • The main ingredient of the dessert is chocolate, and it is best to choose bitter chocolate, then the sweets will not be so cloying and will acquire a refined tart taste. But if you like sweets, then use milk chocolate or a mixture of it and dark chocolate.
  • To decorate the dessert, you can use not only cocoa powder, but also granulated cocoa, coffee (you only need a little of it), waffle or cookie crumbs, ground nuts, coconut flakes or even powdered sugar. And to make the candies look even brighter, cover them with white chocolate glaze rather than dark chocolate.
  • If you want the filling to remain soft, do not let it harden completely. To do this, put the candies in the refrigerator for only twenty minutes so that only the outer shell has time to harden.

Bon appetit!

A recipe for truffles at home will definitely be appreciated by those with a sweet tooth who cannot imagine their life without chocolate. The result will be an amazing dessert, simply amazing in taste, and at a cost, by the way, much cheaper than store-bought sweets!

In general, homemade truffles are prepared even from baby formula, but today we will make it according to the classic recipe - from three main ingredients: heavy cream, dark chocolate and unsweetened cocoa powder. Treat your loved ones with truffle chocolates, prepared with all your heart.

Ingredients:

Cooking step by step:

This recipe for a delicious and fairly quick dessert at home includes the following ingredients: high-quality chocolate (best with a cocoa content of 70-80%), heavy cream (30-33%), a little sugar (you don’t need to add it), unsweetened cocoa powder. If you wish, you can literally add a teaspoon of aromatic alcohol or flavoring to taste - I used Cognac, but Rum or Brandy would be perfect.

Pour the heavy cream into a small saucepan and bring it almost to a boil. Turn off the fire. We put chocolate into the hot cream, which we first break into slices or chop with a knife.

Add a couple of tablespoons of sugar, but you can skip this step - it doesn’t matter. It’s just that my children don’t like dark chocolate, so for them I add a little sugar. Now stir everything until the chocolate and sugar are completely dissolved.

During this time, the chocolate mass will thicken well and can be used to make candies. Only now we beat it a little (a few seconds) with a mixer to get a fluffy chocolate cream. You can form truffles using two spoons or with your hands slightly moistened in cold water. Round candies or with an elongated spout is a matter of taste. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder, let them cool a little and you can treat your loved ones.

Would like to introduce you to another type of chocolate candy, which not only look great on the table and delight with their excellent taste, but are also easy to prepare at home. And this wonderful miracle in all understandings is called a chocolate truffle.

The chocolate truffle first appeared in 1895 in France in the city of Chambery. But it gained wide popularity only a few years later, after a store specializing in chocolate candies, and especially chocolate truffles, was opened in London in England in 1902.

Truffle is a round chocolate candy filled with ganache and sprinkled with cocoa.. These candies got their name from the truffle mushroom, which is slightly similar in appearance due to the cocoa coating. But the chocolate truffle is not only sprinkled with cocoa powder, but also rolled in finely ground nuts, wafer crumbs, coconut flakes, powdered sugar, and also decorated with patterns. And sometimes various additives are added to the ganache itself, from nuts and candied fruits to alcoholic beverages: rum, liqueur, cognac.

In most cases, ganache is prepared using cream, but sometimes they are replaced with milk, fruit puree or juice, then chocolate truffles are not so high in calories.

For chocolate truffles, you can use either dark dark chocolate, milk or white chocolate.

These shavings are added to butter and sauces are created with it.

The simplest dish is an omelette:
