Whip the whites into a strong foam, gradually adding sugar.
Continuing to beat, add the yolks, slaked soda and flour. The consistency of the dough should resemble sour cream.
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Pour half of the dough onto a baking sheet, arrange the apples evenly cut into slices and fill with the other half of the dough.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and hold for 3 minutes at maximum temperature, then reduce to medium and bake for 20-25 minutes. If desired, dust the cake with powdered sugar.
2. Charlotte with apricots


Ingredients:

sugar - 1 glass
flour - 1 cup
apricot - 10 pcs.
chicken egg - 3 pcs.
baking powder - 0.5 tsp
vanilla - 1 pinch
Preparation:

Beat the eggs and sugar into a fluffy foam for about three minutes, gradually increasing the speed of the mixer.
Add half a teaspoon of slaked soda (or baking powder), vanilla and sifted flour, mix gently.
Grease the baking dish with butter or vegetable oil. Pour out the dough.
Place apricot halves on top.
Bake for about half an hour in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.

3. Charlotte with apples


Ingredients:

1–2 apples

Preparation:

Sprinkle the cut apple slices with lemon juice and mix.
Separate the whites from the yolks, beat the whites separately with half a glass of sugar and separately the yolks with the remaining sugar.
Combine the whites with the yolks, mix and add flour. You should now have a liquid dough.
Grease the pan with oil, lightly sprinkle with flour, pour half of the dough into the pan, lay out the apple slices and fill with the remaining dough.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
4. Loaf charlotte


Ingredients:

2 tbsp. milk
150 g sugar
cinnamon
10 apples
50 g butter
Preparation:

Whisk the milk with the eggs and drop in the thinly sliced ​​loaf slices.
Grease the cake pan with oil and place the prepared bread slices on the bottom of the dish and on the sides.
Place a layer of apple slices on top, sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon, cover again with slices of loaf.
Alternate layers until the loaf layer is on top. Place a layer of oil on it.
Bake the charlotte in a hot oven until done.
5. Charlotte with apples and bananas

Preparation:

Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer until fluffy. To make the cake rise better, you should beat the whites and yolks separately, like a sponge cake.
Mix flour with baking powder and salt, add to the egg mixture. Pour in the oil.
Cut apples and bananas into cubes and mix into the dough. The mass should be quite thick. Add ground cinnamon.
Grease a baking tray or baking dish with oil and place the dough and fruit in it.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25–30 minutes. If you are using a multicooker, then start the “Baking” mode and wait about 1 hour or more, depending on the device model. To determine the readiness of the pie, it is recommended to pierce it with a toothpick: if it comes out dry, you can remove it.
6. Charlotte with apples and cottage cheese


Ingredients:

300 g cottage cheese
4 apples
150 g butter
1 tbsp. Sahara
3 chicken eggs
3 tbsp. l. sour cream
0.5 tsp. soda
2–3 tbsp. flour
Preparation:

Mash the cottage cheese and beat the eggs with sugar until thick foam.
Melt the butter, cool slightly and carefully pour it into the eggs. Add cottage cheese, sour cream and soda. Mix thoroughly.
There should be enough flour so that the dough has a consistency similar to thick sour cream. Add sliced ​​apples and stir.
Grease the mold with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it. Bake over medium heat for about an hour. It is better to check readiness not with a toothpick, but by the condition of the edges of the pie. If they are golden brown and easily pull away from the edges of the pan, the dessert is ready!

7. Lush charlotte with apples in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

eggs - 4 pcs
sugar - 1 glass
flour - 1 cup
baking powder - 1 teaspoon
cinnamon - 0.5 teaspoon
salt - 0.5 teaspoon
apples - 500 gr
vegetable or butter - for lubricating the multicooker bowl
powdered sugar - for decoration
Preparation:

Beat eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy. The more fluently the mixture is whipped, the better the charlotte will turn out.
Add flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and knead the dough to the consistency of thick sour cream.
Cut 1 apple into thin slices, all the rest into small cubes. Add diced apples to the dough. This will make the charlotte much juicier and more tender.
Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and sprinkle with a small amount of sugar. Place apple slices. Sugar is needed to help the apples caramelize while the pie bakes.
Carefully transfer the dough into the slow cooker and spread it over the surface.
Cook in the “Baking” mode for 60 minutes. Depending on your multicooker model, it may take a little more or a little less time. In any case, periodically check the cake for doneness.
Let the charlotte stand for 5 minutes with the multicooker lid open and then remove. To do this, insert the steaming rack and turn the bowl over.
