  3. Mix flour with soda and add to the total mixture.
  4. Stir the dough well until it reaches the consistency of thick sour cream.
  5. Pour the dough into molds. Usually this quantity is enough for 12 small molds. Bake in the oven at 180-200°C for 15 minutes.
  6. While the muffins are baking, you can make the fudge. To do this, you first need to melt the chocolate and butter, then mix the chocolate mass with condensed milk, salt and honey.
  7. When the muffins are ready, they need to be removed and cooled.
  8. Spread the cooled cupcakes with fondant.

  • 1 banana;
  • 2 tbsp. sunflower oil;

  • 1.5 tsp. baking powder;
  • 0.5 tsp salt;
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 tbsp. milk (incomplete);
  • 0.5 tsp nutmeg;
  • 0.5 tbsp. Sahara;
  • 0.5 bars of dark chocolate.

Cooking method:

  1. Break the chocolate bar to form fine crumbs.
  2. Mash the banana until puree.
  3. Stir together fruit, sugar, flour, chocolate, egg, salt, butter, baking powder, nutmeg and cinnamon.
  4. Mix the dough well and pour into the molds, taking into account that the dough will rise to one quarter of the height of the mold.

How to cook:
