They differ mainly in fillings. Therefore, I think that everyone will be able to choose their favorite recipe.

But I want to warn you right away: when you start cooking, you can safely vary the ingredients. For example, I love mozzarella, but you can use another cheese for the filling if you wish. I like the Lyubitelskaya sausage, but for you, maybe the Doctor’s sausage is better.

Hot baguette sandwiches with goat cheese and sausage

Personally, I generally love the flavor combination of sausage and cheese! Do not agree? Then you can remove one of the products.

You will need:

  • baguette (or any other small loaf)
  • soft goat cheese (replace with any soft cheese if desired)
  • sausage “Amateur” (but this, I repeat, is not fundamental - if you like another one, take it)
  • tomatoes
  • butter (a little to grease the pan)
  • a little parsley
  • a little salt

The cooking procedure is as follows:

  1. Cut the baguette lengthwise and remove the crumb.
  2. Cover the inside of “boats” made from baguette with soft cheese.
  3. In a mug, beat the egg with salt and pour it into 2 pieces of baguette directly on the cheese.
  4. Place sausage on top and tomato on top.
  5. Place everything in a mold greased with butter.
  6. Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.


Clue! Don't throw away the crumb. You can dry the bread a little, and then use it when you prepare minced meat for the cutlets - they will become much softer.

When you take it out of the oven, immediately sprinkle with chopped parsley - while the sandwich is almost hot, the parsley will better give it its aroma.

Delicious hot sandwiches with mozzarella and leeks on a rye baguette

Leeks are a wonderful green vegetable, healthy and tasty. If you don't know what it is, definitely try it!

For sandwiches take:

  • rye bread (remember that the base of the sandwich can easily be replaced)
  • butter (this is for brushing the top of the bread)
  • tomatoes
  • mozzarella cheese (can be replaced with a simpler version)
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic (if guests are not afraid of the smell!)
  • leek (or onion)
  • I really love olive oil! And here I advise you to use it to lubricate the mold (or you can use simple sunflower oil, just without the smell)
  • ground black pepper

You will need as much food as the number of servings of sandwiches you will make.

Do this:

  1. Slice the rye baguette diagonally to make the pieces longer.
  2. Spread each one with butter.
  3. Place finely chopped garlic, pieces of mozzarella, and tomato slices on top of the oil.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Top with leek rings (or any onion).
  6. Place everything on a greased pan and place in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

For those who love fish - excellent hot sandwiches with herring on baguette

Ingredients for 2 sandwiches:

  • piece of baguette 20 cm (you can take any white or rye bread)
  • 1/2 part herring fillet (or 1 herring, which you cut yourself)
  • table mustard 1 tsp (to taste)
  • yolks from 2 eggs
  • milk 1/2 cup
  • sunflower oil 1 tbsp. l.
  • some greens for decoration - parsley, dill.

Do this:

  1. Cut the herring into 2 fillets, thoroughly removing the seeds (you can buy ready-made fillets)
  2. Soak the fillet in milk for two hours.
  3. Cut a piece of baguette lengthwise into 2 pieces.
  4. Mash the yolks and add a little mustard, mash well with a fork, gradually adding sunflower oil.
  5. Spread the bread with this mixture.
  6. Remove the herring from the milk and cut it into pieces.
  7. Place the herring on pieces of spread baguette.
  8. Place in the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
  9. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with herbs.

Clue! In general, sometimes I cut up herring in the evening, pour it with milk and put it in the refrigerator, and in the morning I make sandwiches.

If you are afraid that the herring in the oven will smell strong, you are in vain. Verified.

What you need to buy:

  • wheat bread for toast (you can take any bread or just a sliced ​​loaf)
  • butter (preferably better quality - don’t skimp on your health)
  • parsley, garlic, leek or shallot (it is juicy and, in general, not evil)
  • black pepper, freshly ground to taste
  • garlic.

The number of components depends on the number of sandwiches.

Now let's get started...

  1. Chop the garlic (you can use a crusher or the flat side of a wide knife).
  2. Combine it with oil.
  3. Finely chop the parsley and onion.
  4. Add these greens to the oil and mix well.
  5. Spread the mixture onto toast (bread).
  6. Place the sandwiches on a greased baking sheet and place in a preheated oven for 5 minutes at 180-190 degrees.

Try it - it's incredibly delicious! And the smell from the oven is simply mesmerizing!

Hot chicken sandwich on baguette from the oven

For this sandwich you will need:

  • baguette or other white bread,
  • 1 egg,
  • a piece of boiled or smoked chicken,
  • a piece of any cheese,
  • ketchup or paste,
  • a piece of MAGGI golden broth (I sometimes add it for flavor),
  • butter to grease the pan.

Clue! You don't have to buy chicken specially - you can use pieces from chicken soup.

The procedure is as follows:

  1. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise.
  2. Again, as in the already written recipe with goat cheese (see above), we take out the crumb so that the edges remain.
  3. We tear the chicken (this is better than cutting it - there won’t be a lot of “meat waste”) into fibers.
  4. Place the chicken stock in a cup, break the egg into it and finely chop a piece of the bouillon cube.
  5. Mix everything well with a fork.
  6. Coat the bread with ketchup and place it in the form in which you will bake.
  7. Place the chicken and egg on it (it’s easiest to do this with a spoon).
  8. Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  9. Take it out, sprinkle it with cheese and put it in the oven until done for 5 minutes.
  10. We put the pieces together and it turns out to be such a delicious pie!

We start cooking as always - take 2 pieces of sliced ​​loaf or baguette...

Clue! Once I had neither a sliced ​​baguette nor a baguette; there was only a wicker baguette with poppy seeds in the house. Nothing! I just cut the pieces a little thicker so they wouldn't fall apart.

  • I took the middle out of the bun and put it in olive oil (1 tbsp) in a frying pan (well, I love olive oil!)
  • Lightly fried one side, turned it over to the other and carefully broke an egg into each piece.
  • When the egg set at the bottom, I pulled the croutons with the egg into the mold.

I laid it out like this:

  • Toast with egg + Lyubitelskaya sausage + a piece of Parmesan cheese (or any) + again toast with egg.

  • 4 slices of French baguette,
  • 1 jar of sprat (you can do it easier and more economically - sprat pate),
  • mayonnaise for greasing baguette (or roll),
  • cheese (a small piece) exclusively for sprinkling sandwiches (I ended up with Parmesan),
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic (but you can do without it),
  • well, and, of course, greens (onions, parsley and dill).

CLUE! It’s easier to just take sprat pate, but not everyone likes it...

If you still have a jar of real sprats, then:

  1. You need to thoroughly mash the sprats with a fork in some bowl,
  2. Squeeze 1-2 cloves of garlic (to taste) and stir.
  3. Cut pieces of baguette about 3 cm thick and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise (or whatever you like) on top of each piece.
  4. Spread the sprat pate in a thick layer and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  5. Place in the oven for 8 minutes at 180 degrees.
  6. Take out the finished sandwiches and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.

CLUE! I have an electric oven, so I put the sandwiches in it right away. If you have an ordinary gas one, it’s better to use a heated one. Well, look periodically...

Italian holiday croutons with fish and cheese

Recipe for 3 servings:

  • 3 slices of wheat bread,
  • 3 tsp. butter,
  • any fish fillet (I had perch),
  • 1 yolk,
  • 2 tbsp. l. grated cheese (I used Parmesan),
  • 1 tbsp. l. bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of tomato (ketchup is fine).

Are you ready? Begin:

  1. Cut the crusts off the bread slices and spread a thin layer of butter on one side.
  2. Place on a baking sheet, buttered side down.
  3. Mix the egg yolk with cheese and bread crumbs.
  4. Spread the mixture onto slices.
  5. Place fish fillet on top and spread with tomato puree or ketchup.
  6. Bake the sandwiches in a hot oven for 5-6 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.

Any bread is suitable for hot sandwiches: white, rye, regular loaf, baguette, etc. The main thing is to cut the bread into equal, even pieces. Nowadays, stores sell industrially cut loaves, so it is, of course, better to use such bread. The pieces do not fall apart during the cooking process, and the sandwiches themselves turn out identical and beautiful. You can buy special “toast” bread for hot sandwiches in the store.

As for the filling or “topping”, there are no restrictions! Hot sandwiches can be made with almost anything: sausages, sausages, ham, minced meat, smoked ham, mushrooms, eggs, pate, onions, herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, fish, seafood, etc. In almost every hot sandwich recipe cheese is used. Even those who don't like regular cheese and butter sandwiches will certainly love the delicious hot sandwiches topped with melted, gooey cheese.

Hot sandwiches will turn out even more appetizing and juicier if you grease the bread with sauce. This could be regular mayonnaise, ketchup or mustard. This is, first of all, a frying pan or oven tray (those who have a microwave can do without these items), you will also need a bowl (if you need to prepare sauce or filling), a cutting board and a knife. Hot sandwiches are served on regular flat serving plates.

Before preparing sandwiches, you need to cut the bread into slices (it is better to use ready-made sliced ​​bread for toast - all the pieces are even and of the same thickness) and prepare the filling. This means that vegetables need to be washed and chopped, meat fried, herbs chopped, etc.

Hot sandwich recipes:

Recipe 1: Hot sandwiches in the oven

The most delicious hot sandwiches are made in the oven. They bake evenly and cook very quickly. Hot sandwiches from the oven are ideal for breakfast or a snack, but you need to remember that you shouldn’t overuse them.

Required ingredients:

  • Hard cheese - 150-160 g;
  • Smoked chicken leg - 150 g;
  • Sour cream - 2 spoons;
  • A small head of onion;
  • 1/4 tsp. chili pepper;
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper;
  • 1/2 tsp. curry and basil;
  • Parsley;
  • White bread.

Cooking method:

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. It is better to use ready-sliced ​​bread, but if this is not available, cut regular white bread into neat square slices 1 cm thick. Cut the ham into small pieces, chop the onion and parsley. Mix cheese, onion, ham, sour cream and seasonings in a bowl. Spread the mixture onto the bread and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Bake in the oven for about 15-17 minutes.

Recipe 2: Hot cheese sandwiches

Hot cheese sandwiches are easiest to prepare in the microwave, but you can also make them in the oven or in a frying pan. Cheese sandwiches can be made with a minimum of ingredients, for example, this recipe uses bread, mayonnaise, cheese and tomatoes.

Required ingredients:

  • A few slices of bread;
  • Tomato;
  • Cheese - 150 g;
  • Mayonnaise;
  • Greenery.

Cooking method:

Grease the bread with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Cut the tomato into thin slices. Cut the cheese into slices. Place the tomatoes on the bread first, then the cheese. Cook in the microwave for one and a half to two minutes. When serving, decorate hot sandwiches with sprigs of herbs. You can also prepare the snack in the oven. Bake the sandwiches in the oven for a few minutes.

Recipe 3: Hot sandwiches in the microwave

Housewives who have a microwave at home don’t have to worry about what to cook for breakfast or a snack. You can make very simple and delicious hot sausage and cheese sandwiches in the microwave. It turns out to be an original snack made from the most ordinary ingredients - much tastier than just boiled sausages!

Required ingredients:

  • A few slices of bread;
  • 280-300 g sausages;
  • 100 g cheese (preferably semi-soft);
  • 2 eggs;
  • Butter - 50 g;
  • 1 tsp. mustard.

Cooking method:

Make mustard sauce by mixing soft butter with mustard. Spread this mixture onto pieces of bread. Cut the sausages into slices and place on bread. Grate the cheese into a bowl, break 2 eggs into it, mix thoroughly. Cover bread with sausages with cheese and egg mixture. Microwave the sandwiches for 3 minutes.

Recipe 4: Hot sausage sandwiches

When you have sausage at home, instead of the classic combination of “bread and a slice of sausage,” you can make hearty hot sandwiches. Any food will do for this, but most often cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, etc. are added to the sausage.

Required ingredients:

  • Raw sausage - a few pieces;
  • White or rye bread - 3-4 slices;
  • Tomato;
  • Cucumber;
  • Mayonnaise;
  • Ketchup;

Cooking method:

  • Eggs - 3-4 pcs.;
  • Onion;
  • Baguette;
  • Meat or minced meat;

Cooking method:

Hot tomato sandwiches are a classic Italian snack. To prepare it you will need ripe tomatoes, onions, garlic, mozzarella cheese and seasonings.

Required ingredients:

  • Baguette;
  • Mozzarella cheese - 200 g;
  • 3 ripe tomatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • Garlic clove;
  • 0.5 tsp. dried basil;
  • Dried oregano - 0.5 tsp;

  • sliced ​​loaf - 2 pcs.)))
  • sausage, ham, sausages (in general, what is available) - 250-300 g
  • tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.
  • any cheese (but not processed) - 100-150 g
  • green onions or any other greens - 20 g (small bunch)
  • mayonnaise - 1-2 tablespoons
  • vegetable oil - a little to grease the baking sheet

Cooking method

Finely chop all the sausage ingredients into a deep bowl. Anything left in the refrigerator is suitable for these sandwiches; if you combine, for example, half-smoked sausage with sausages or with smoked meat or chicken, it will turn out even tastier. I had the rest of the smoked carbonate, some half-smoked sausage and some sausages.

Add finely diced tomatoes to the sausage. If the tomatoes are fleshy, you can take 3 of them, but if, on the contrary, they are juicier, two will be enough.

Finely chop the greens and add to the sausage and tomatoes. I usually add finely chopped green onions, but you can do it with parsley, it’s also very tasty. In general, you can add greens to suit any taste, depending on what you like best.

Three cheeses on a coarse grater.

Season with mayonnaise and mix. You don’t need to put a lot of mayonnaise, otherwise the very liquid filling will make the bun soggy. If the tomatoes have given a lot of juice, add less mayonnaise; in general, adjust the thickness of the filling so that it doesn’t turn out to be a porridge.

  • Cooking time: 25 minutes

Now the interesting part:

  1. Grease the baking tray a little with vegetable oil. You don’t have to use oil at all if the baking sheet has a non-stick coating, but out of habit, I grease it anyway. I think it tastes better this way.
  2. Spoon the filling onto the pieces of bread, distributing it evenly throughout the piece.
  3. Place future sandwiches on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven for about 7-8 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. I have an electric oven, with heat on top and bottom, so this time is enough for me, but, remembering from past experience, when I used a gas stove and oven, in a gas oven I put a baking sheet with such hot sandwiches on medium heat and on the very top, at 12- 15 minutes was just enough time for the bottom to brown and the cheese to set in the filling.

  • hard cheese – 150-200 g;
  • large chicken eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • green onions - 4 feathers;
  • ketchup – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • pickled cucumbers – 2-3 pcs.;
  • sour cream – 2-3 tbsp. l.

Method for preparing hot sandwiches with boiled sausage:

Cut the cucumbers and sausage into small cubes. Finely chop the onion. Coarsely grate the cheese. Mix it with the chopped cucumbers and sausage in a small bowl. Add eggs and sour cream there. Add onion. To prepare these (and not only these) sandwiches, I categorically do not recommend using mayonnaise. At least store-bought. But it's the owner's business. Instead of sour cream, you can put this famous sauce. Stir. Grease bread (white, black or loaf) with ketchup. Place the filling on top. Place the future hot sandwiches in the oven, preheated to 180-200 degrees. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the egg is set and the cheese is melted.

How you can diversify the taste:

  • tomatoes, uncut into small cubes;
  • pickled mushrooms, chopped in any convenient way;
  • 5-8 pickled capers;

What we do:
