The combination of spicy and sweet notes in the aftertaste of dishes has long become a classic, which always reveals a new side.

For 400 g of pork, take:

  • 400 ml jar of canned pineapples;
  • 75 ml soy sauce;
  • 50 ml white wine (preferably dry);
  • 60 g starch;
  • 2 sweet peppers;
  • ginger root size 2*2;
  • 35 ml oil;
  • 2 tbsp. l. with a heap of tomato paste;
  • Art. l. vinegar.

Technology for cooking pork in sweet and spicy sauce with pineapples:

  1. We marinate the prepared pork for half an hour in a mixture of 50 ml of pineapple syrup, 50 ml of soy sauce, white wine and 30 g of starch.
  2. After this time, remove the meat from the marinade (do not pour out the marinade, save it) and dry it slightly so that during the process it is fried and not stewed.
  3. We send the meat pieces to the frying pan, and after 10 minutes add the chopped pepper to them.
  4. Pour the marinade into the frying pan, combining with grated ginger and other spices.
  5. Simmer for another 10 minutes and add the remaining syrup mixed with starch, tomato paste and vinegar.
  6. After bringing the mixture to a boil, add pineapple pieces to the pan. Another 2 minutes - and the excellent delicacy is ready.

Serve with your favorite side dish.

Roast pork with pineapple

Products:

  • 0.5 kg pork;
  • a can of pineapple in syrup;
  • two tablespoons of butter;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • up to 200 grams of broccoli;
  • sweet red pepper;
  • 18 – 20 ml chili sauce;
  • 15 ml soy sauce;
  • 30 g flour.

Step by step steps:

  1. Cut all vegetables, except broccoli, into slices or strips.
  2. Lightly fry the sliced ​​pork in oil.
  3. The following ingredients should be added to the meat: garlic, pepper and cabbage. 3 - 4 minutes of joint frying will be enough.
  4. Pineapple, two types of sauce and onion are laid out in a frying pan one by one.
  5. Lastly, add the pineapple syrup mixed with flour.

Simmer until thickened and serve with a side dish of potatoes or rice.

Hawaiian pork entrecote

And cook again in a frying pan. This time entrecote in Hawaiian style.

What products need to be prepared:

  • pork entrecote – 4 pcs.;
  • pineapple – 4 thin rings;
  • tomatoes - 2 fruits;
  • hard cheese – 100 g;
  • oil for frying.

Prepare Hawaiian pork entrecote as follows:

  1. Cut the tomatoes in half and roll them in flour, fry them in a frying pan. Set aside for now.
  2. Lightly marinate the entrecotes in spices, beat them and fry in vegetable oil for 3 minutes on both sides.
  3. Place pineapple rings and cheese (sliced, not grated) on the meat. We send the resulting preparations to the oven.
  4. Temperature – 180°C. Time until the cheese melts.

Having achieved the desired state, place the meat on a serving plate and decorate with previously fried tomatoes.

With cashew nuts and soy sauce

And again a dish for connoisseurs of oriental cuisine. Thanks to the addition of cashews, the taste of the meat becomes as emphasized and pronounced as possible.

Ingredients for a glass of cashews and 50 ml of soy sauce:

  • 500 g pork;
  • 20 ml apple cider vinegar;
  • pineapples in syrup;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 1/4 tbsp. white wine (dry);
  • 30 g starch;
  • sesame to taste.

Let's prepare it like this:

  1. We start cooking by first chopping the carrots. We cut it into circles, and the pineapple into bars. It is preferable to finely grind the nuts.
  2. We take vinegar, wine, pineapple syrup, soy sauce and starch. Mix.
  3. Cut the pork into steaks and fry in oil until an appetizing crust. Place the meat in a baking dish.
  4. Next, cook carrots, pineapple and nuts in the same oil.
  5. After a few minutes, pour the marinade into the pan and simmer the resulting mixture for 10 minutes.
  6. Pour the prepared mixture over the meat and bake for 10 minutes in the oven at 190°C.

Serve pork with pineapples, sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Recipe for original meat rolls

To prepare 4 servings of the dish, prepare in advance:

  • 600 g pork;
  • 1/2 can of pineapple;
  • 100 g cheese;
  • Art. l. mustard.

In 50 minutes we must complete the following actions:

  1. Cut the pork along the grain and beat it. We beat the meat quite thinly, so that when folding it does not tear. It is also recommended to rub the pieces on both sides with spices before beating: in this case, the pork will have a richer taste.
  2. Rub the chopped meat on one side with mustard. It, combined with pineapple, will add piquancy and a light, subtle aroma.
  3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and place it on the meat.
  4. Chop the pineapple as finely as we can and place it on top of the cheese.
  5. Lightly covering the edges, wrap the meat in a roll (standard, with the filling inside).
  6. We tie each piece with thread, place it on a baking sheet or in a mold and put it in the oven. At 180°C the rolls will be baked for half an hour.

After waiting a little, we remove the threads and begin tasting the simple but spicy dish.

Pork in sweet and sour sauce with pineapples

Once again, the classic recipe for pork in sweet and sour sauce with pineapple is brought to reality.

For preparation you will need:

  • 500 g pork;
  • 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce;
  • 1 tbsp. l. starch and flour;
  • 2 tbsp. l. table vinegar and sugar;
  • tomato;
  • bell pepper;
  • carrot;
  • canned pineapple;
  • tomato paste.

Pork in sweet and sour sauce is prepared as follows:

  1. Beat the pork medallions and marinate for 30 minutes. We make the marinade from soy sauce, starch and flour.
  2. Grate the pepper coarser, carrots a little finer. Remove the skin from the tomato and chop the pulp.
  3. Cut the pineapple into cubes and mix with carrots and sauté in vegetable oil. Next, add the tomatoes and simmer everything together.
  4. In another pan, fry the pork.
  5. While the process is going on, make a sauce for the meat from a mixture of tomato paste, sugar and vinegar.
  6. Place the meat pieces in a baking dish, cover with roasted vegetables and pineapple and pour in the sauce.
  7. Bake the pork at 200°C for 10 – 15 minutes until cooked.

Once again we enjoy the incomparable taste of such unusual pork, transformed together with pineapples.
