Add pumpkin puree and vegetable oil to them. Mix. Sift flour, starch and baking powder and combine with the yolk mixture. Mix carefully.

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and, without stopping whisking, add 30 g of sugar. Beat the whites until stable soft peaks form. In three steps, combine the whites with the total mass, each time gently mixing from bottom to top. Line the bottom of the mold with baking paper and lay out the dough without greasing anything. Bake at 170 degrees for 40-60 minutes. Cool the finished biscuit directly in the pan, turning it over onto a wire rack. After cutting the sides of the biscuit in a circle, remove from the mold. Let the biscuit stand for 5-6 hours.
