Mix everything well and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spaghetti must be boiled according to the method indicated on the package. Boil the prepared squid carcasses in salted water for 2-3 minutes from the moment of boiling. Drain the water and cut the squid into thin half rings. After all the ingredients are ready, all that remains is to mix the spaghetti with vegetables and squid in a saucepan. There is time!

You can eat it raw, add it to salads, stew it, fry it, add it to sweet and non-sweet pastries, fry pancakes, there are a million recipes!
But when it’s zucchini season, they fill the entire refrigerator and you can’t help but wonder where to dispose of it so safely that it’s both tasty and healthy for your figure. You're damn tired of stewed vegetables and you can't eat much baked goods with zucchini, and the minimum amount of zucchini goes into it.

And I came up with a light salad for myself that matches all the ingredients! It cooks incredibly quickly! The main component of the salad is, of course, Zucchini.

So, the recipe:

Two medium zucchini
3-5 pieces of raw squid (more is possible if desired)
One large tomato
3 boiled eggs
Natural yogurt
Basil (I have dried, fresh will be better)
Dill
Garlic clove

Peel the zucchini (if it’s from your garden, you don’t have to peel it), cut it into small cubes and quickly fry it for no more than 3-5 minutes in a non-stick frying pan with a drop of olive oil. You can cover it with a lid during the process, but make sure that the zucchini does not lose its shape and not overcooked, add salt before turning off.



Scald the squids with boiling water and clean them under running water, then put them in boiling water for 2 minutes (no longer, otherwise they will be rubbery). Cut into small pieces.
Peel the tomato, cut into cubes. Add fresh to salad.
Cut the eggs, I crumble them with a fork, so it turns out smaller.
I use either store-bought yogurt without additives or prepare it in the Redmond Multicooker.


I have dried basil from AUCHAN, I get all the seasonings there. Add it to taste.
Cut the greens as usual, cut the garlic through a garlic press.

Mix everything and the salad is ready! You can add pepper and other ingredients according to your taste. Thanks to the zucchini, the salad turns out light and very tender. My three-year-old kid devoured it on both cheeks! By the way, you can make it without squid, then you will get an excellent side dish for fish or chicken.
