I also add 1 clove of garlic, mine is large. I rub it on a fine grater, but you can put it through a press.

I stir the marinade with a spoon, immerse the chicken pieces and stir. It’s better to do this with your hands so that every piece of meat is in the marinade.

Now I send it to marinate in the refrigerator for a day. If you don’t have time to marinate the meat, then leave it at room temperature for 1-2 hours, and then you can bake the chicken pieces in the oven.

I transfer the pieces into a plastic tray and cover with an airtight lid, and put them in the refrigerator to marinate. You can cover the bowl with cling film and place it in the refrigerator.

Place in the refrigerator only in sealed containers. This must be done, otherwise the refrigerator will become saturated with garlic.

The next day, I place the chicken pieces on a baking sheet (I lined it with parchment). Can be baked in glass form.

I put the meat in the oven and baked it for 40 minutes at 200 degrees. You focus on your oven.

I still can’t understand why chicken cooked in the oven is so different from chicken fried in a frying pan. Of course, the point here is not in its appearance, but in some special taste of the meat.
