Grind the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it on each piece, but do not add too much cheese, as it will spread over the baking sheet during baking. The dish, at first glance simple and unpretentious, is prepared very quickly, and the result is a hearty and tasty appetizer that sells, as they say, with a bang. Ingredients:

  • minced meat (I have pork and beef) – 500 g;
  • sunflower oil – 100 g;
  • carrot – 1 pc.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • salt -1/2 tsp;
  • ground black pepper – ½ tsp;
  • loaf of bread – 1 pc.

Cooking method:

  1. To prepare such an appetizer, I usually take either minced pork and beef or chicken fillet. Pure ground beef can be tough and the sandwiches won't be as juicy. Both white and rye bread are suitable for sandwiches.
  2. So, the first thing we need to do is peel the carrots and onions.
  3. Then, grate the carrots on a fine grater (you can also chop them in a meat grinder), and finely chop the onion with a knife, as for frying.
  4. Next, put the minced meat and chopped vegetables into a deep bowl, beat in the egg, add pepper, salt and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Ideally, according to the proportions given in my recipe, the minced meat should be quite thick in consistency. If the minced meat is too runny, it may fall off the sandwiches during frying. You can see in the photo what the minced meat should be like.
  6. We put a frying pan with sunflower oil on the stove to heat up, and in the meantime, scoop up a little minced meat with a spoon and spread it on the bread in an even layer.
  7. As soon as the oil in the frying pan is warm enough, place the prepared sandwiches on it, minced side down, and fry on one side for three to five minutes.

  • Minced meat - 400 g
  • Onion - 100 g
  • Zucchini - 120 g
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc. small
  • Butter - 20 g
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
  • Tomato - 200 g
  • Semi-hard cheese - 150 g
  • Seasoning - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Preparation:

  1. During the season, I most often use leeks for hot minced meat sandwiches in the oven. Of course, a completely worthy replacement is onions. This time I did it with him.
  2. We peel the onion, cut it into a medium cube and start frying - it tastes better with fried, but with raw it turns out quite boring.
    Add oil to the frying pan: butter and a spoonful of vegetable oil, add onion and fry over medium heat until beautifully browned.
  3. About minced meat. I buy meat and only twist it myself, since it is unknown what kind of meat was twisted in the store or at the market. It is quite possible and even probable that it was made from a mixture of stringy and fatty scraps.
  4. Wash the zucchini and cut off the skin. If the zucchini is your own, from the garden, then be sure to leave the skin. Three on a grater (I have a medium-sized one).
    In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the already fried onion, add a small egg and zucchini.
  5. Next are the seasonings. I have a mixture of herbs that I use very often - it is dry oregano, marjoram, thyme and basil mixed in equal proportions. I add this mixture to the minced meat, about a heaped teaspoon. And of course, salt to taste, as well as black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until the minced meat becomes completely homogeneous and slightly viscous.
  6. Take a piece of loaf and apply minced meat on it in an even layer. The layer thickness is about 0.7-1 cm. Place in a row on a baking sheet. Whether or not to cover it with oiled paper is up to you. I always use it. I cooked it, ate it, rolled up the paper and threw it away, and the baking sheet was clean. Comfortable.
  7. I remove the skin from tomatoes, because it then stretches unpleasantly and is completely out of place. Just pour boiling water over the tomatoes and hold in it for 30 seconds. Select, rinse with cold water and easily remove the skin. All maneuvers will take literally a minute. Cut the tomatoes into not very thick slices and place them on pieces of loaf with minced meat.
  8. I turn on the oven in advance and heat it up a little, at least to 120 degrees. I put a baking sheet with sandwiches and time it for 15 minutes. I set the temperature to 180″.
  9. The cheese can be cut into pieces or grated. If you rub, you can safely take a little less.
  10. About three minutes before the end of baking the sandwiches, I open the oven and quickly place pieces of cheese on top. Close the door and you can turn it off.
  11. Wait about 3 minutes for the cheese to melt, and get everyone to the table immediately - hot sandwiches with minced meat are ready in the oven! Mine are topped with ketchup, but for me it’s good to just sprinkle a little fresh thyme or oregano on top, or just green onions.

Quick sandwich for breakfast

Ingredients:

  • Toast bread - 4 slices
  • Ham - 80 g
  • Cheese - 80 g
  • Hot sauce - 40 g
  • Tomato - 30 g
  • Onion - 30 g
  • Butter - 30 g
  • Lettuce - for serving

Cooking method:

  1. A closed sandwich (the filling is between slices of bread) or a sandwich can be served while still soft, immediately after assembly.
  2. Sometimes the bread is pre-dried in a toaster, oven or in a hot frying pan without fat.

  4. To ensure that the bread is evenly toasted, do not heat the butter in a frying pan, but apply a thin layer to the bread slice itself. Leave the surface of the frying pan clean and well heated.
  5. To prepare homemade ham and cheese sandwiches, we will take the products from the list. The filling is your choice, but always with cheese, some sauce, and meat products.
  6. Grease the toast bread with soft butter without spaces. Turn it over.
  7. Spread the sauce on the reverse side.
  8. Cover with melted cheese and ham.
  9. For freshness and spiciness, add onion rings.
