  • Butter – 60 g;
  • Flour – 1 tablespoon;
  • Egg yolk – 1;
  • Grated cheese – 50 g;

How to cook beef with cheese sauce

Boil the beef

  • Boil water in a saucepan and place clean meat in it. Once it boils, remove the foam and add all the pepper, bay leaf and peeled onion. Lightly salt.
  • Cook the beef, covered, over low heat for about 1.5 hours. For the sauce, pour out 0.5 liters of beef broth and cool it.

Prepare cheese sauce using broth

    Melt 2/3 (40 g) butter in a frying pan. Add flour and fry it, stirring.
