Why this dessert is called “Minutka”, I don’t know. Also known as sweet sausage. Some people serve “potato cake” using this recipe. This is the very first entry in my cookbook - but if you think it cooks in a minute, you're wrong.
So, we need the following ingredients:
100 g butter (room temperature)
1 cup of sugar
1 glass of milk
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 eggs
600 grams of cookies
Nuts
We start cooking by grinding warm, but not melted butter with sugar and eggs. It’s better to do this right away in a saucepan, in which we will continue to cook.
Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa to this mixture. It is better to take regular cocoa powder that needs to be boiled, without any additives. Mix well and gradually add milk.
This is the mixture you get, don’t worry if it seems like everything has curdled - the white flakes are pieces of butter, they will melt over the fire.
And here is a saucepan that needs to be brought to a boil over low heat and boiled for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. In winter, I take it out to the balcony in the cold, and in summer I have to stir it.
Now let's prepare the cookies. When purchasing, you need to take a regular, square one, without additives or toppings, and in no case biscuits or crackers. One of the best options are “For Tea”, “For Coffee”, “Yubileinoe” cookies. Break into large pieces and place in a blender. With a few presses, we break the cookies so that there is both “flour” and larger pieces, which will later become “pieces of fat” in the sausage. If you don’t have a blender, grind it through a meat grinder, but again, break it a little with your hands. You can use a rolling pin - but it takes a long time.
So, your cocoa mixture has cooled down and now you can add broken cookies and nuts (if you decide to add them too).

Sprinkle flour on top, then roll it out with a rolling pin into a flat cake, the thickness of which should not exceed one centimeter. After which the cake is folded into four, rolled out again, and folded into four again. The dough is divided in half and rolled out into two equal layers of about 0.5 centimeters.
