We take the boiled chicken fillet into pieces and cut it into medium or large pieces. How to boil fillet for salad? It's simple. Rinse the meat, put the whole piece (or cut into 2-4 parts) into water, lightly salt it, cook for about 25 minutes, be sure to remove the foam.

In a salad bowl, mix cabbage, tomato and chicken. We don’t add salt, as a lot of juice will appear immediately, and not all the ingredients have been collected yet.

Fry the pepper in oil in a hot frying pan. About 2-3 minutes and it's ready. Don't forget to stir. Let it cool.

Then we add it to the salad with other ingredients. Now let's add salt. Mix. The dressing for such a dish is high-quality olive oil. You can add herbal oil and balsamic to taste.

Before adding the cottage cheese, place the salad on plates. Scatter the grains randomly on top. Do not mix, otherwise the curd balls will be damaged and “stain” the other ingredients, which will make the vegetable salad not look very appetizing.   • olive oil - 2 tbsp.,

  • Russian mustard - 0.5 tsp,
  • honey - 0.5 tsp,
  • garlic - 2 cloves,
  • salt - to taste

Preparation

- let's start cutting vegetables: cut cherry tomatoes into halves, cucumber and onion into half rings

- put the vegetables in a salad bowl, tear the lettuce leaves and arugula with your hands

— place the grainy cottage cheese in a separate bowl, add chopped herbs and 1 clove of garlic passed through a press

Mix very carefully so that the cottage cheese does not turn into “porridge”, but remains grainy

While the cottage cheese absorbs the aroma of garlic and herbs, let’s prepare.

- in a bowl, thoroughly mix mustard, lemon juice, salt, honey, passed through a press 1 clove of garlic and olive oil


- add the prepared sauce to the vegetables placed in the salad bowl and mix everything carefully
