Salad cucumbers tomatoes fetax cheese olives. Salads with Fetax cheese. Recipes. Salad "Vitamin mix" with mango and Fetax cheese

Just recently, we perceived omelettes as a separate, self-sufficient dish, into which, if desired, various ingredients could be added. However, now they are firmly established in culinary fashion as components in various salads. Fetaxa cheese has long been accepted into the “family” of salad toppings. Many housewives and their households have come to love it for its delicate taste and pleasant consistency. However, both of these ingredients are extremely rare in cold mixed dishes, where they are combined into one recipe, but in vain, because they go well together.

The only condition for salads with omelet and ham is to prepare them immediately before consumption, since when stored in the refrigerator, these components get wet and can simply become limp and lose their shape.

Salad with fetax, omelette and vegetables

An original, juicy and unusual dish is an excellent treat, both for a family feast and as a light and at the same time satisfying summer breakfast. Chicken egg omelettes and meat ingredients will provide satiety, crispy vegetables will add brightness to the taste, and soft fetax will add a touch of tenderness to the salad. Try making it for your family.

We will need:

  • Fresh cucumber – 150 grams;
  • Bell pepper – 1 pc.;
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • Boiled pork – 230 grams;
  • Fetaxa cheese – 100 grams;
  • Sweet tomatoes – 230 grams;
  • Vegetable oil – a couple of drops;
  • Salt.

Preparation:

  1. We wash the pepper, dry it to add excess water to the salad, then divide it into halves and get rid of the seeds and tail. Cut the vegetable pulp into strips;
  2. We wash and wipe the cucumber. Then we cut it into smooth, beautiful pieces of 1.5 cm in length. It will be easier to do this as follows: first cut the vegetable crosswise into 3 parts. Then we divide each slice into a couple more parts, and then into even slices. Large seeds, if any, should be removed. They will ruin the dish and the overall impression of it;
  3. For the salad with fetax, cut the cheese into medium pieces or crumble it with your hands;
  4. Wash the tomatoes and dry them with a napkin. Cut each into quarters, from which we remove the liquid center (seeds and juice), leaving only the fleshy part. Otherwise, the salad will be soggy and the omelettes will fall apart. We cut it into even strips, approximately the same parameters as cucumbers;
  5. Break one egg into a cup, add some salt and beat with a fork. Heat a frying pan, grease its surface with vegetable oil and fry the egg mixture like a pancake on both sides. We will prepare the second omelet in the same way. Set them aside to cool and then cut into strips;
  6. Cut the boiled pork into the same slices as the vegetables, after removing the fat and veins;
  7. We assemble the salad with omelette and fetax, as required by the recipe, namely: combine cucumbers, peppers, omelette, tomatoes, boiled pork in a deep bowl. Mix and season with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately, not forgetting to decorate as you wish.

Tip: if you wish, you can replace the pork in the dish with boiled chicken fillet, the salad will become more tender, but less piquant. In addition, the meat component can be replaced with any type of smoked meat or poultry.

Salad with mushrooms, omelette and fetax

The recipe for this dish combines unusual ingredients - mushrooms, omelets, fetax and ham, which gives it a special tenderness and piquancy. In addition, the salad is original enough to be considered festive. Fans of mushrooms and cheese will certainly appreciate it and demand more.

We will need:

  • Ham – 230 grams;
  • Marinated porcini mushrooms - - 230 grams (1 jar);
  • Soy sauce – 2 tsp;
  • Egg – 4 pcs.;
  • Onion – 1 small;
  • Fetaxa cheese – 180 grams;
  • Lemon juice – 1 spoon;
  • Salt;
  • Mayonnaise – 80 grams.

Tip: White pickled mushrooms can be replaced with similar champignons. The taste of the dish will not suffer at all.

Preparation:

  1. Since we have a salad with an omelet, we’ll start by preparing it. For the convenience of dosing the egg batter for pancakes, we will prepare each of them separately. In a small cup, combine one egg and ½ tsp. soy sauce. Add salt and beat with a fork or whisk. However, do not forget that soy sauce is very concentrated. So before adding the cooking crystals, taste the egg mixture first to avoid ending up with an over-salted omelet. So, the dough is ready, now heat the frying pan and bake the pancake, frying on both sides. Let's prepare three more of these in a similar way. Let them cool and cut them into halves. Then we chop each of them into thin ribbons;
  2. Free the white mushrooms from the marinade, then cut into thin slices;
  3. We chop the ham into strips or ribbons, similar to an omelette. The thinner, the better, more beautiful and aesthetically pleasing our salad with omelet will look;
  4. Don’t forget to deal with the fetax: cut it into small cubes or simply crumble it with your fingers;
  5. Peel the onion, wash it and cut it into halves. Then we chop each one as small as possible. Shake your hands a little, then pour in lemon juice and mix;
  6. We assemble our salad with omelette, mushrooms and fetaxa. Combine all ingredients except cheese, add mayonnaise, mix. Place on a nice plate and sprinkle with cheese cubes or crumbs. You can decorate with herbs or cherry tomato slices. Serve to the table.

Salad with fetax, omelette and sun-dried tomatoes

This combination of products is considered classic and is known to us from some filled omelettes. However, this recipe involves a new interpretation of already familiar ingredients in the form of a salad. Try it and you might like this option more, especially since it can be served not only for breakfast on weekdays, but also as a holiday dish.

We will need:

  • Fresh or sun-dried tomatoes – 4 pcs.;
  • Lettuce leaves (mixture) – 80 grams;
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • Fetaxa cheese - 70 grams;
  • Basil (dried herbs) – ½ tsp;
  • Oregano (dried herbs) – ½ tsp;
  • Mayonnaise – 50 grams;
  • Lemon juice – 10 grams;
  • Olive oil – a few drops;
  • Pepper;
  • Salt.

Preparation:

  1. The salad recipe assumes that it is based on an omelette, so we’ll start cooking with it. Combine eggs with salt and pepper and beat well. At the same time, place a pancake pan or other thin frying pan on medium heat, into which, after heating, pour a little oil. Then fry two thin pancakes until golden brown, let them cool and cut into ribbons;
  2. In addition, the recipe suggests using sun-dried tomatoes. You can take them ready-made, or easily prepare them yourself. To do this, wash the tomatoes, cut them in half, then into quarters. Let's remove the juiciest part and seeds, as well as the stalk; we won't need them. Cut the remaining pulp into several slices, without chopping too much. They should be crescent shaped. Season lightly with salt and place in a hot oven to simmer for a while. At medium temperature, half an hour or 40 minutes will be enough. Let the tomatoes cool and set aside;
  3. We have a salad with fetax, we just drain the brine from it and chop it into cubes;
  4. Divide the greens into leaves, wash each one and dry on a towel so that the salad does not wilt too quickly. Then cut or simply tear into pieces, leaving 3 leaves for decoration;
  5. Let's prepare the dressing: mix light mayonnaise and lemon juice, dried herbs, lightly beat the mixture;
  6. In a deep bowl, combine the following ingredients: torn lettuce, sun-dried tomatoes, omelette. Pour the mayonnaise-lemon mixture over everything and mix.
  7. Assembling the salad with omelette and fetax. We place whole leaves, which we set aside separately, on a wide dish. We spread the salad mixture on them, and scatter pieces of cheese on top. Let's decorate at our discretion and go impress your loved ones with a new original dish.

Tip: This omelet salad can be made a little spicier and piquant by adding crushed garlic cloves to the sauce. The recipe will only benefit from this in taste.

  2. Remove the cheese from the brine, crumble it with your fingers or chop it into cubes. Both options will do;
  3. Thaw the seafood from the glaze and rinse thoroughly. Boil water, salt it, add spices and a little bay leaf. Throw in the shrimp and boil for 3 minutes; if they are large enough, you can add a minute more. Cool and remove the shells, remove the intestines by cutting the body along the back. For large shrimp, this must be done, otherwise bitterness will be present. As a result, we will get about 250 grams of the finished ingredient;
  4. We wash the salad and dry each leaf. Then we tear it into pieces;
  5. We also wash the onion feathers, dry them and cut them into thin rings;
  6. Crumble or cut the fetax into cubes;
  7. We wash the radishes, cut off the tails and finely chop them into circles or halves of circles;
  8. Prepare the sauce as required by the recipe: mix sour cream and mayonnaise, season with pepper;

An ideal option for a quick, but restaurant-style dish in its presentation and taste is Greek salad. The recipe for a classic Greek salad with fetaxa is inexpensive to prepare and amazingly tasty.

Refueling:

  • Olive oil – ½ cup
  • Oregano or Italian dry herbs – ½ tsp.
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp.

Tear the lettuce leaves into the salad bowl with your hands. A knife will oxidize them and make them limp, so it’s better to chop them this way. As salad leaves, you can take lollo rossa lettuce, lettuce, and even Chinese cabbage leaves.

Cut the vegetables into cubes - bell peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes. Try to make large cuts, otherwise the juice will quickly leak out of the vegetables and the Greek salad will look stale. Don't salt the salad!

Make Greek salad dressing. The classic recipe with fetax is usually seasoned with a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice. Add herbs and spices to them to taste.

If your fetaxa has been left open in the refrigerator for a long time and has become dry, it can be resuscitated. To do this, pour kefir into the cheese at the rate of ½ cup of kefir per 100 g of fetax, leave for 20 minutes and then drain the kefir. Cut the cheese into cubes and the onion into thin half rings. Mix with vegetables.

Take a serving plate. Place the salad on it, place a few black and green olives on top and pour 2-3 tablespoons of dressing on top.

Recipe 4: Greek salad with Chinese cabbage and fetaxa

  • Fetax cheese or salted feta cheese – 150 grams,
  • tomatoes – 200 grams,
  • sweet pepper, red – 1 pc.,
  • large fresh cucumber – 1 pc.,
  • onion – 1 pc.,
  • black olives – 150 grams,
  • Chinese cabbage – 200 grams,
  • real olive oil – 3-4 tables. l.

I shred the Chinese cabbage into thin strips, using the white part minimally, as it is a bit thick and not so tender. I use the green part, which is best suited for this salad.

I cut the tomatoes, which I washed and dried, into medium-sized slices, since my tomatoes themselves are small. If the tomatoes are large, then it would be more advisable to cut them not so large, for example, into cubes.

I get to work on the rest of the products, there will be no problems with them: I chop a fresh cucumber into slices, chop an onion into thin half-rings, cut washed red and sweet peppers into squares (removing the seeds and tail), cut the olive into halves lengthwise.

I put all the ingredients in a bowl and add coarsely diced feta to them.

In the salad I use real olive oil, preferably unrefined and cold-pressed.

I lightly mix the Greek salad with Chinese cabbage so that each vegetable gets oil, transfer it to the bowl in which I will serve it. It will be convenient to serve this salad in portions to each guest.

Immediately after cutting, after pouring oil, I serve the salad to the table.

Recipe 5, simple: salad with red onion and fetaxa

  • tomatoes 6 pcs.
  • red onion 1 pc.
  • cucumbers 3 pcs.
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • fetax packaging
  • olive oil for dressing
  • greens (we have parsley, you can also use dill and cilantro)
  • balsamic cream for dressing

Cut the tomato into pieces. Drain off excess liquid so that there is not too much water in the salad.

Cut the cucumber into pieces.

Mix tomatoes and cucumbers.

Peel the red onion and cut it.

Add to the vegetables in a salad bowl.

We cut the greens and put them in the salad.

Cut the fetax into pieces.

Add fetax to the salad. You can also put olives in the salad, but there are those among us who don’t like them, so we do without this ingredient.

Now it’s time for the Greek salad dressing. Add olive oil.

And balsamic cream (Italian sauce, which is boiled balsamic vinegar with and without various additives).

Add spices (we used salt and a mixture of peppers).

Serve the chilled salad with the meat and enjoy the wonderful combination of flavors!

  • Cucumbers - 200 gr.;
  • Onions - 70 gr.;
  • Fetax cheese - 100 gr.;

Cut the tomatoes into cubes.

Crescent cucumbers.

Pepper strips.

Cut the onion into half rings.

Mix olive oil and lemon juice.

Cut the cheese into cubes.

Recipe 7: salad with olives and Greek cheese

  • Tomatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Cucumber – 2-3 pcs.
  • Fetax cheese – 250 g
  • Pitted olives – 1 jar
  • Onion (sweet) – 0.5-1 pcs.
  • Olive oil (or sunflower) – 2 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice or apple cider vinegar – 2 tbsp.
  • Oregano, ground pepper - to taste

All ingredients need to be cut into large pieces, since initially it was a simple village salad and the vegetables were cut into large cubes, and the cheese was put in as a whole block, because it crumbles easily and everyone mashed it themselves with a spoon.

Chop the tomatoes. By the way, there should be no bitterness in the salad and all vegetables should be sweet, even onions.

Cut the cucumbers into cubes or slices. If they are not young, be sure to clean them of seeds and, especially, of the bitter peel.

Then chop the onion.

The cheese should also be cut into large cubes.

We do not mix all the ingredients, but simply put them in a salad bowl in the order in which we chopped them.

Place olives on top.

Now let's prepare the dressing. In a glass, mix olive oil, vinegar or lemon juice, oregano and ground black pepper. Pour it over the top of the salad. There is no need to add salt, as fetaxa is very salty.

Recipe 8, step by step: sweet cheese Greek salad

  • fetax – 200 grams,
  • black olives – 150 grams,
  • cucumbers – 100 grams,
  • tomatoes – 100 grams,
  • red, sweet pepper – 150 grams,
  • onion - 1 pc.,
  • lettuce leaves - 1 bunch,
  • lemon juice – 2 tables. l.,
  • olive oil – 3 tables. l.

I wash fresh cucumbers with water, cut off all the tails, chop them, cut them into crescents to make it easier to eat the salad.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices. My tomatoes are not very large, so the slices turned out to be small in size.

I chop the red sweet pepper into squares, removing the insides, partitions, seeds and tails. Red color goes well with the green color of cucumbers, the black color of olives and the white color of cheese.

Thinly chop the onion; it will give the salad some spiciness.

I cut the fetax coarsely so that it comes out into squares. The cheese is soft, so I slowly press it with a knife.

I take a deep bowl and put vegetables into it: cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, peppers.

I water the vegetables with olive oil and add lemon juice. When I use lemon juice, I don’t add salt, but you try it to your taste and, if necessary, add salt to the salad. I stir. Why do I dress a salad without cheese? Because if you mix the salad often with the cheese, the cheese may disintegrate and it will become small crumbs, but this way I will keep it in the maximum possible shape.

Attention, TODAY only!

Summer is a benefit for vegetable salads: they prepare not just a lot, but a lot of them, rushing to take advantage of the opportunity to fully enjoy the gifts of summer. Cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce leaves - all this is used. And yet, it happens that such vegetable salads get a little boring. In this case, fetax cheese can save the situation: with it, familiar dishes will sparkle with new colors and will pleasantly surprise you with notes of Mediterranean cuisine. Like a regular vegetable salad, vegetable salad with fetax also goes well with many dishes: meat, fish, chicken...

And it may well perform solo: it is so bright and interesting that in itself it can serve as an excellent breakfast or dinner. The recipe for salad with fetax is very simple and very quick, even a child can handle it. I will be happy to share with you how to prepare a salad with fetax cheese and vegetables, so that you will certainly prepare it in the very near future and love it, as my family loves it.

Ingredients:

For 2 servings:

  • 1 small bunch of lettuce;
  • 1 medium sized tomato;
  • 1 medium sized cucumber;
  • 100-150 g fetax cheese;
  • olive oil;
  • salt to taste.

How to prepare a salad with fetax cheese and vegetables:

Bright, juicy lettuce leaves are an excellent basis for any salad, including the one we are preparing today. The best option is young, medium-sized leaves. We wash them, dry them and tear them into small pieces with our hands. Let me draw your attention to the fact that it is really better to tear salad leaves with your hands rather than cut them with a knife - this way they will look more natural.

We cut the tomato into cubes with a side of 0.7-1 cm. The tomatoes should be ripe, but dense enough so that they do not lose their shape when cutting.

We cut the cucumbers into pieces, focusing on the size of the tomato cubes. Be careful, the peel of cucumbers sometimes tastes bitter, in which case it is better to cut it off before slicing. Otherwise, this bitterness can ruin the taste of the salad.

And our main character is fetax cheese. It is very delicate in taste, but has a thick enough consistency that it can also be cut into cubes.

We have all the ingredients ready, it’s time to start assembling the salad. Combine lettuce leaves, tomato, cucumber, fetax cheese.

The best dressing for this salad is olive oil. It goes perfectly with tomatoes, cucumbers, and, of course, fetax cheese.

Mix the salad and decorate with herbs if desired. That's all, our delicious fetax salad is ready.
