3. Open the bead blank, cut out triangular teeth on the allowance strips, with which the cardboard ring will be attached to the base circle, and bend them at right angles to the bead.
4. Glue the border to the base of the cake, placing its lower end (teeth inward) along the previously marked circle with a diameter of 25 cm.
5. Glue the side edges of the cardboard strip overlapping, thereby closing the vertical side into a ring
Attaching banknotes to the lower tier
1. Take one bill, roll it into a neat, but not tight tube with a diameter of 2.5 cm
2. Attach the money tube to the side so that the outer tip of the bill is adjacent to the cylinder and “looks” to the left.”
3. Use a paper clip to secure the top of the tube to the top of the rim.
4. Fold the next banknote in the same way, place it on the cardboard cylinder to the left of the already attached money tube (close to it) and also attach it to the side with a paper clip.
5. Continuing to work in the same order, moving to the left in a circle, fill the entire bottom base with tubes of banknotes.
6. Set the finished bottom layer of the cake aside for a while and start making the second tier.
Making the second tier of the cake
Make the second tier of the cake according to the model of the first, only cut out the base circle with a diameter of 25 cm, mark a concentric circle with a radius of 10 cm inside the circle, and make the length of the strip for the side 66 cm.

Similar to the bottom tier, fill the second layer of the cake with banknote tubes.
