Times have changed, but the idea remains the same - a quick and tasty dessert that does not require an oven to prepare.

No-bake cookie cake with condensed milk and sour cream

When choosing boiled condensed milk, carefully read the information on the packaging. The natural product contains only whole cow's milk and sugar, and no other additives. Its shelf life is no more than 12 months. We will need thick sour cream. Choose square or rectangular cookies.

  1. Place 400 g of sour cream, a can of boiled condensed milk, and 2 heaped tablespoons of cocoa powder into a bowl.
  2. Mix with a mixer until smooth. The cream is ready.

  3. Prepare a rectangular or square dish. Take the first cookie, grease the top surface with cream and cover with the second one.

  4. Apply a layer of cream on top of the second cookie and place the third one. Place the assembled workpiece on a dish.

  5. Glue the next 3 cookies together in the same way.

  6. We put both pieces together, greasing the top of one of them with cream.

  7. Place the prepared cake fragment on a plate so that the cookies are positioned vertically and glue the next 6 pieces together.

  9. We form the cake in this way to the required length. Grease the remaining cookies one by one with cream and glue them to the sides of the cake.



  10. Sprinkle with a mixture of chopped walnuts and crumbled cookies. Place the finished cake in the refrigerator to soak. The most impatient can start tasting after 3 hours, but it is better to hold out longer, 5-6 hours.

Grind 300 gr. cookies in a blender. Place a layer in the mold. Prepare the cream from condensed milk and butter. It should not be thick, but the consistency should resemble sour cream. Take 1 pack of butter 200 g and 1 can of condensed milk, chopped nuts. Place a layer of cream on top of the cookies, then another thin layer of crushed cookies, a layer of cream, a layer of cookies, a layer of cream. Depending on the volume of the cake pan, you may end up with a lot of these thin layers. It is better to choose a shape that is not large in radius and tall. Decorate the cake to your liking and place it in the refrigerator for soaking.

Using this technology, you can make a cake with another thin cream - sour cream, custard, chocolate.

Fruit and berry cake with cookies

Pour 25 g of gelatin with water and prepare it according to the instructions. For 1 cake of 1-1.5 kg you may need 3 bananas, 3 oranges, 3 large apples, 3 pears, berries.

We clean most of the fruits and cut them into 0.5-1cm pieces. Leave a small portion of fruits and berries to decorate the cake. Mix 0.5 l. fat sour cream with gelatin, 200 gr. sugar, fruits and berries.

Dip each cookie in the sour cream mixture and place in the cake pan in a single dense layer. Spread the remaining mixture onto the formed “cake”. Decorate to your liking.

Chocolate cookie cake

We will prepare a chocolate cake with icing based on cookies and cottage cheese. You will need 400-500 gr. cookies. We dip it in milk and lay out the first layer. 500 gr. Grind the cottage cheese with butter and sugar, divide into 2 parts: add cocoa to half the cottage cheese, and raisins to the other part.

We spread the second layer of our cake - on top of the cookies we spread the prepared curd mass with raisins. Then repeat the layer of cookies. Now lay out the curd-chocolate layer with cocoa. Another layer of cookies, lightly dipped in milk.

Now we are preparing. Cover the cake with frosting and place it in the refrigerator to soak.

Curd cake with marmalade

Making this cake will take you 15 minutes. The amount of ingredients can be determined “by eye”; it all depends on the size of the output product.

We take beautiful dishes with a wide bottom and high sides. This is what we will put on the table; the cake will not be removed and rearranged. Place a layer of whole cookies in the wide bottom.

From square or rectangular cookies, an almost solid “crust” is obtained. If the dish has a round shape, then crumble the cookies along the edge of the “crust” to form a solid layer.

Place a layer of cottage cheese mixed with sugar and sour cream on top.

Then lay out a layer of marmalade. It should be cut into slices 0.5 cm thick.

Then repeat the layer of cookies, curd mass, marmalade layer, thin layer of curd mass and sprinkle with cookie crumbs, pieces of marmalade, and grated chocolate.

Let it brew in the refrigerator. The cake is ready to eat in just a few hours. But it’s better to do it on the eve of the holiday. This way the cookie layer will be better saturated and become a real cake layer, and the marmalade layer will turn into colored jelly.

Place a layer of unleavened (not salted, without additives) cracker into the mold. Coat with a layer of sour cream whipped with sugar. Lay out a layer of bananas, cut into slices.

Repeat layers: cracker, whipped sour cream with sugar and bananas. The bananas should lie on the crackers without getting caught between the cookies. The last layer is crackers covered with whipped sour cream.

Decorate to your taste - cookie crumbs, grated chocolate, coconut flakes, nuts. Place in the refrigerator to soak for at least two hours.

Tiramisu

Melt 100 grams of dark chocolate, add 2 yolks, 150 grams of Mascarpone cream cheese (or regular thick sour cream) to the hot chocolate and stir until smooth. On top we place a layer of Savoiardi cookies dipped in brewed coffee, dipped side up, then a layer of cream, a layer of cookies, a layer of cream. If you don’t have Savoyardi, any biscuit will do, and in the cheapest version, plain oatmeal. Place in the refrigerator for soaking. When the cream has hardened, you can sprinkle cocoa or chocolate chips on top. After 5-6 hours, or better yet, after a night in the refrigerator, the cake can be carefully cut into pieces and served.

Cake made from semolina, condensed milk and cookies

Pour 500 ml of milk into a saucepan, add 1 can of boiled condensed milk, put on fire and stir constantly until completely dissolved. When it boils, add a whisper of salt and slowly introduce 150 g. semolina, stirring constantly so that there are no lumps. Add 100 gr. butter. Cook until thickened, stirring all the time.

Cover the cake pan with foil. Iron out half of the semolina porridge. Place a layer of cookies on top (for example, “Sugar”), then repeat the remaining layer of porridge and a layer of cookies. Let cool and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. When the cake has hardened, you can begin production. Let the glaze harden and put it in the refrigerator. Serve sliced.

Bounty cake made from cookies

To make a cake, the simplest “Soviet” cookies that crumble are suitable. Grind 200 gr. cookies in a blender, add 2 tbsp. cocoa powder. Dissolve 2.5 tbsp. sugar in 100 grams of milk, add vanilla sugar.

Pour the sweet milk into the dry cookie mixture and mix. We get a thick viscous dough.

We combine 80 gr. softened butter, 60 gr. powdered sugar and 80 gr. coconut flakes.

Spread a layer of cookie dough evenly on cling film. This is best done with hands soaked in cold water. Spread the coconut oil layer. Make it thicker on the side that you first begin to roll into a roll. Using film, carefully roll up our cake roll.

Wrap the finished dessert in film. Place in the freezer for 1.5-2 hours, then just in the refrigerator for a few hours. Coconut cake roll is ready!

Snickers cookie cake

Line the bottom of the cake pan with foil. Pour in some melted dark chocolate. Place in the refrigerator to harden.

Prepare the cookie dough: beat the contents of 1 can of condensed milk with 100 g. butter. Pour 800 g into the cream. cookies crushed in a blender (you can use budget cookies - “For tea”, “Sugar”, “Jewelry”, etc.). Mix the dough with a spoon.

Place the cookie dough in the cake pan, on top of a layer of frozen chocolate. Place a layer of nuts on top. Coat it with boiled condensed milk. Let it brew in the refrigerator. Cookie cheesecake

Cheesecake can also be made without baking. To do this, we grind 150 grams. cookies (preferably shortbread) and grind with 100g. butter. Place the resulting “dough” in a tall pan. Using the bottom of the glass, press the dough tightly, making high edges. Place in the refrigerator to take shape.

Melt a bar of white chocolate, add 240g. cream cheese, whipped cream - 240 g. Stir well.

Pour the creamy mixture into the mold with the cooled cookie-based crust. Cover with cling film and leave in the refrigerator overnight. Decorate with white chocolate, almond flakes, caramel.

"Anthill" made from cookies

To produce the sweet “Anthill” we need 600 grams. Baked milk cookies. Break the cookies into small pieces of 1-1.5 cm.

Beat 500 gr. boiled condensed milk with 2 tbsp. sour cream, add 100 gr. softened butter and beat again. Add chopped nuts to the cream and mix. Combine the cream with the crushed cookies and stir until smooth. Place in a heap on a plate. Decorate our sweet anthill with grated chocolate.

Cake “Monastery Hut” without baking

To quickly prepare the cake, you need to buy crispy tubes with fruit filling in the confectionery department. It's better to take it with cherries. Soak the tubes in warm milk for 3-5 minutes. If you don't do this, the cake will be dry.

Beat 500 gr. thick sour cream with powdered sugar, add chopped nuts.

Now let’s move on to building the “hut”: grease the bottom of the plate with sour cream, lay out 5 tubes, a layer of cream, 4 tubes, more cream, 3 tubes, cream, 2 tubes, cream, 1 tube. That is, our cake in cross section resembles a triangle.

Coat the base of the cake with cream, sprinkle with grated nuts and waffles. We put it in the refrigerator overnight, and in the morning the cake is ready!

Oat cake

Grind 500 gr. oatmeal cookies. Baked milk cookies - several pieces - break into pieces approximately 1 cm in area. Mix cookies. Add chopped nuts. Add 150-200 gr. strong brewed coffee - pour in gradually so that it does not turn out to be a batter, leaving the excess liquid. Add 300 ml of sour cream whipped with sugar (2 tbsp) to the cookie dough.

Cover the cake pan with cling film or foil. Smooth out a layer of cookie dough (take half).

The next layer is bananas, cut into slices. Then the remaining layer of cookie dough. The next layer is square cookies. Then we put the workpiece in the refrigerator overnight.

When the cake is ready, place it on a flat plate “upside down”, that is, so that the layer of square cookies is at the bottom. Decorate the cake to your taste - with icing, cookie crumbs, oatmeal, nuts.

Waffle cake for those with a sweet tooth

For a waffle cake you will need 9 ready-made waffle cakes, 2 cans of white condensed milk and sweet fillings. You can choose them to suit your taste.

Grind three waffle layers in a blender. We will need them for “collapse”.

Grind 100 gr. wafer rolls (or Savoyardi cookies), 5 pieces of meringue (or marshmallows), mix the ingredients, add condensed milk. Mix and get a “modeling mass” from which we make balls with a diameter of 3-5 cm. Roll them in wafer crumbs.

Grease three prepared waffle layers with condensed milk and fasten them together.

Place the prepared sweet balls on top, alternating them with marshmallows, meringues, wafer rolls, soft candies, and soft cookies. The layer should be dense, without voids. Pour condensed milk over everything.

Prepare a mixture of the remaining wafer crumbs and condensed milk, cover the entire cake with it, and the sides too. To level the cake, cover it with parchment paper and adjust. We decorate the cake with fresh berries, meringues, marshmallows, candies, wafer rolls, chocolate drops, etc.

Cornflakes Cake

Melt 200 gr. butter. Add 500 g to the hot mass. "Iriski" sweets. Mix thoroughly over heat until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Turn off the fire. If you have ready-made thin pancakes, then it is very easy to prepare a pancake cake by simply coating the layers with boiled condensed milk, cream, sour cream with sugar, cottage cheese and jam, and decorating it in an original way.

But we will give a more interesting recipe for a pancake cake, where the layers are intricately tangled.

For the cream, mix cottage cheese or cream cheese (you can use cottage cheese with sour cream) with jam or preserves. We make 2 types of cream. For example, mix 150 gr. cream cheese and 1 tbsp. currant jam. In another cream, similarly put another type of jam - raspberry, strawberry.

Line a collapsible cake pan with several pancakes. Place a thin layer of currant cream on the bottom of the pancakes - 2 tbsp.

Apply to three pancakes - just grease with 1-2 tbsp. cream - currant cream. Roll each pancake into a tube and place in the cake pan with the next layer - in the form of a spiral.

Now fill everything with raspberry cream. Level the top layer, cover with foil or cling film, and put in the refrigerator for several hours.

1. Mix half the cottage cheese with half the condensed milk and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
