Now we will share with you some kitchen tricks that will help you cope with your morning routine. With these tricks, you will have a few extra minutes left, which are sometimes so lacking in the morning.

The first and most important trick is never skip breakfast.

This is the first commandment you should know. Breakfast is a sure way to start your day on the right note. The hunger pangs may not hit you right away, but trust me, they will come. When you skip breakfast, you inevitably become very irritable and your stomach starts making terrible noises. If you're so busy that you can't spare a minute to prepare breakfast, at least pack some fruit or granola to tide you over until your next meal.

Freeze bread and fry whenever you want

A huge number of people are faced with the problem of spoiled bread. If you like toast in the morning, then freezing bread will be your salvation if you never eat all the bread you buy on time. Just put the bread in a bag and freeze. Now you won't have to throw away uneaten bread, and you can always make your favorite toast.

Cook bacon in the oven

Most people cook bacon on the stove. Cooking in the oven will help you avoid shrinkage and easily get rid of excess fat. The result is crispy, delicious bacon. Use baking paper and place the bacon on it in a single layer. It takes approximately 20 minutes to cook. This is time you can use to make coffee or watch the news.

Use a butter pot

If you like to spread soft butter on your toast or sandwiches but don't have time to take it out of the fridge a little earlier, then an old-fashioned butter pot is a worthwhile investment. Place a stick of butter in it, add about a quarter cup of water to the base. The “closed” water will prevent the butter from spoiling, and you will have wonderful soft butter that is always on hand for your toast or pancakes.

Prepare cocktail ingredients in advance

If you like breakfast smoothies, you can speed up the preparation process by simply preparing all the ingredients and putting them in special bags. You can do this on the weekend when you have more time and prepare the ingredients for all your smoothies in advance.

Then you won't have to waste time on this in the morning. You can make three bags, store fruit in one, greens in another, and a mixture of dry ingredients (chia seeds, flax seeds, nuts, etc.) in the third.

Now, whenever you want to make a smoothie, just mix the contents of the three packets and you're done!

Add an egg to last night's leftovers

If there is something left in your refrigerator from yesterday's dinner, then this may well be a good breakfast, especially if you add an egg to the food. Whether it's rice, chicken breast or pasta, a great option is to heat everything in a frying pan and pour in an egg. If you have some salad left, just boil 1-2 eggs and freshen it up. Eggs are very nutritious and easy to digest, so instead of inventing a new breakfast dish, simply "upgrade" last night's dinner.

Stock up on hard-boiled eggs in muffin tins

Making a small batch of hard-boiled eggs is a great way to save time on hectic mornings. Store them in the refrigerator and use them every morning. In addition to simply boiling eggs, you can try baking them in a muffin tin. Moreover, this can be done without violating the integrity of the shell; they will taste very similar to boiled ones.

Save pancake batter in a bottle

You can get rid of misshapen pancakes by pouring the batter into a bottle similar to a ketchup or mayonnaise bottle with a narrow tip. This will allow you to have maximum control over the situation and squeeze out exactly as much dough as you need. Perfect pancakes guaranteed.

After 4 minutes, remove and hang to cool. Just a minute is enough and you can serve the eggs. French toast. They can be prepared with milk, fermented baked milk or buttermilk. Beat the egg with milk. You can add grated cheese or seasonings: cinnamon, vanilla or ground pepper, depending on the taste and what you will serve the toast with, berries or vegetables.
  13. Fruits in batter. Juicy fruits in a delicate batter - you'll lick your fingers! For the batter: flour - 150 g, egg - 3 pcs, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, salt, milk - 5 tbsp. Second option without eggs: 1 tbsp. wheat flour, 1/4 tbsp. rice flour, a pinch of salt, 1 glass of water, zest of one orange.

Another minute to mix the mass with ½ cup of flour and 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder. This must be done carefully, using a spoon, to maintain the airy structure. Everything is in shape and after 25-30 minutes - the most delicate pie is ready! It can be served with bananas and yoghurt, Nutella or peanut butter.
