Daria Chernenko menu. How to cook quickly, easily and tasty. Interview with Daria Chernenko. Honey cake in medical practice

Customer: My name is Daria Chernenko. I am the creator and director of the popular Internet project “Menu of the Week” and the Good Housewife Cooking School. This is not just a culinary site with recipes. I created and promote a home food organization system: from menu planning and grocery shopping, to cooking, freezing and storing.

I help women who cook for their families reduce the time, effort and money they spend on cooking and everything that comes with it.

I need a logo and corporate identity that I could use on all project sites: website, groups on social networks, in educational materials (webinars, video tutorials, presentations, books, etc.). Something that would unite all sites and all materials with a single style and concept.

Now the site is united by the name “Menu of the Week” and similar content. The visual content is different everywhere.

Request: use white and green colors (preferably #d6ee96). Associations with health, proper nutrition, cooking + time management.

Designer: A customer makes refrigerator magnets with quick recipes.

Designer: More food for thought.

Designer: Such a logo, and show the development on an interactive “fortune teller”.

Art Director: 12 chic! But 24 is more suitable.

Designer:

Designer: You can also file the outline under the cloud.

Art Director: It’s better to make the overall shape more cloudy to make it easier to make stickers/magnets. And in the sign, let’s replace the book (which reminds me of a patch on a school uniform) with seven rectangles (like a card).

Designer: Got it with the cloud. But it doesn’t work with cards. Either they blend into the background or get lost. Maybe try a different form instead of a book spread? Cutting board, napkin? Further in the style, you can put photos and texts for social networks in this field.

Art Director: You didn't number it. But the second one from the top and to the right is about what you need.

Designer: Hop.

Art Director: Everything is ok, just give the cards to the whites, otherwise it turns out to be a complete mess. And give me a chicken leg from somewhere, otherwise it turns out to be a vegetarian set.

Designer: Cards with different angles and overlaying products on them.

A good steak starts... That's right, with good meat. ⠀ Remember when I went to the market? Jabbar @piterskiymyasnik taught me wisdom. We took 5 lessons, mastered the entire alphabet of meat and now we know how not to run into a hard mark, but only the juicy pulp. ⠀ I am happy to share the lesson that you voted for a few posts ago. ⠀ It seems to me that if you watch all the lessons about meat, you can go to the market with your eyes closed. And in 5 seconds you understand that a splint is hidden under the expensive cut. ⠀ This week girls at Culinary School are learning to choose poultry, fish, vegetables and laurel, of course. So I’m thinking, shouldn’t I make their task more difficult? Hello girls! Since childhood, we remember that “cheating is not good”😊 But the kitchen has its own laws - that’s right. If you can’t, but really want to, then you can – that’s two. And three - let's quickly cook “mushrooms in sour cream” from eggplants 👌 ⠀ Total cooking time - 35 minutes Active cooking time - 20 minutes Calories per 100 g - 85 kcal Number of servings - 6 servings ⠀ 📝Ingredients: ⠀ Eggplant - 3 pcs. Onions - 4 pcs. Chicken egg - 3 pcs. Sour cream - 4 tbsp. Garlic - 2 teeth. Butter - 50 g or vegetable Salt - to taste Spices - to taste (mushroom seasoning) ⠀ 👉 Preparation: ⠀ 🍆 Wash the eggplants and cut with a side of about 1.5 cm. ⠀ 🍆 Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add salt. ⠀ 🍆 Pour beaten eggs over the eggplants, mix well and leave aside for 10 minutes. ⠀ 🍆 Cut 4 medium onions into medium cubes ⠀ 🍆 Put a piece of butter in a frying pan and melt it. If you want to slightly reduce the calorie content of the dish, then use vegetable oil instead of butter, but during cooking you will have to add a little water so that the eggplants stew and do not burn. ⠀ 🍆Fry the onion until golden brown. ⠀ 🍆Make low heat under the frying pan and pour in the eggplant mixture. For the first 3-4 minutes, the contents of the pan must be constantly stirred so that the eggs are evenly distributed over the surface of the eggplant pieces and an omelette does not form. ⠀ 🍆Add a little boiled water (2 tbsp) and simmer over low heat under a closed lid for 15 minutes. ⠀ 🍆Add spices to the eggplants. You can use mushroom seasoning, then there will be a more mushroom taste and aroma. ⠀ 🍆Add salt to taste, add spices. Squeeze the garlic through a press and stir. ⠀ 🍆Add sour cream, mix and simmer for 2-3 minutes. ⠀ 🍆The dish is ready and really tastes like mushrooms. You can cool the eggplants completely, refrigerate them, and serve them as a cold appetizer.

All friends. It's time. Let's reveal the cards! ⠀ Put everything on the table that will make you smile from ear to ear or make your hair stand on end 😊 ⠀ Eating habits, strange taste preferences. Your own, your mother-in-law, or, if you are afraid to touch something sacred, just a distant friend. ⠀ I won’t go far, I’ll take my cousin out of my sleeve. ⠀ He has a wonderful soul, but he constantly spoils a barrel of honey with a cucumber. He dips it in vain, and crunches it with his eyes closed. ⠀ This, Dasha says, is like a watermelon. Only better. ⠀ I nod and look at the other uncle. He believes that eating a watermelon without a hefty crust of bread is a real crime! ⠀ How I grew up in such a family and still eat borscht with sour cream, and not with yogurt, I can’t imagine 😊 ⠀ Talk about what’s painful - who eats whom and with what, but it seems strange to you. ⠀ Friday is the best time to whisper 😉

Evening. Around 20.00. . An ordinary apartment. Hungry children, tired mom and dad. He is just like children, only his stomach growls louder. To heighten passions, we’ll add an hour and a half before lights out😱 . Sounds like a drama script, right? . Superman appeared in the background in his courier uniform. On Friday he brought pizza, on Saturday - sushi. What to do from Monday to Thursday? . Write your own script! . At first glance it seems fantastic: 3 dishes in 30 minutes. . Yogurt parfait with caramelized bananas, chicken paprikash and salad - are you kidding me? . Noooo😊 . If you're tired of daily drama, be a screenwriter! . Create your own 3 for 30. As a guide, watch the full video on YouTube - link in the profile header ⬆️ . The magic is not in the quick recipes that are full of them on the Internet, the magic is in you. And in organizing the process, too 😉 The Culinary School has a block “3 dishes in 30 minutes”. There we throw down the gauntlet to alarm clocks and put couriers out of work. Sorry, couriers! Everyone who likes ❤️ this video will see a good onion - not a single tear, only the joy of peeling off the husks :)

PP pizza without turkey flour. Not a recipe, but a holiday for those who have sworn off eating flour and sweets since Monday 😊 The base is not flour, but... meat. This pizza replaces a full dinner and a personal trainer in the gym 😉 . 🍕For the base: Turkey fillet – 500 g Salt – to taste Black pepper – to taste Garlic – 3 teeth Chicken egg – 1 pc Oat bran – 1.5 tbsp. . 🍕For filling: Sweet pepper - 1 pc. Olives – 70 g Champignons – 100 g Tomato – 1 pc. Hard cheese – 100 g Ketchup – to taste. 🍕Cut turkey fillet (I take @indilight_official) into small pieces. . Place them in a blender bowl, add salt, ground black pepper, garlic cloves, a medium chicken egg, and oat bran. . Grind everything until minced. While the base is being prepared, you can start filling the pizza. . Chop the champignons, olives, tomatoes and bell peppers. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. . Remove the base from the oven, coat it with ketchup or tomato sauce, and add the filling. . Here you can experiment and add any ingredients to your taste: corn, onions, pickles, pineapples, etc. Sprinkle the future pizza with grated cheese and spices to taste. . Place in the oven again for 15-20 minutes. . Remove the finished pizza from the oven and decorate as desired, for example with basil. . Bon appetit!

Take dishes and food with you. From me - rum and music 😉 . Who hasn't signed up for our team yet? The last ship sails today! “Dasha, I was really looking forward to discounts on courses from you. That’s what all course organizers are doing now, it’s called dumping. You wrote that you won’t give discounts. That’s why I went to those courses that had discounts, albeit on a different topic.” . . This question from the comments hurt me so much that I will answer @toyvik separately. . There is such a marketing trick: first raise the price of a product, and then lower it to the real cost and call it a “discount”. . Do you know how to find out the real cost of any course? See how much it costs on sale. No one works at a loss, and even on a sale with 90% discounts the seller makes a profit. . And in this scheme, everyone is happy. Except for those people who first bought the course at an inflated price, and then found out how much they overpaid🤬. They feel that they have been deceived. . Yes, whatever they feel, that’s how it is. . I myself have been deceived in this way more than once, so I know how unpleasant it is. . I treat you, my friends, the way I would like to be treated. That's why I don't make discounts or hold sales. . In my understanding, a fair price is one that does not change. An honest seller is one who keeps his word. . There are two cases when I make discounts. . 🍎The first one is when I create a new training. Until I received feedback from students, I am not sure of its value. Therefore, I set the minimum price for the first sale. But if the training is successful and everyone is delighted, then the price goes up. . For example, this was the case in the spring when I launched the “3 dishes in 30 minutes” training. I gave a temporary discount and it cost 3900 rubles. And now it costs full price - 5900. . 🍎The second is a discount on the Culinary School for those who have already completed any of the trainings that are included in its program. For example, you can buy “Menu Management” training and, if you like it and want to continue studying at the School, then I will completely deduct the cost of the training from the cost of the School. . In my trainings and programs, the price corresponds to the value. The best thing I have is Culinary School. That's why she's the most popular. She has a fair price, which, if it changes, will only go up.

I teach my daughters that the most important question in life is not “How to get married successfully👰?”, but “What can I do for you?” ⠀ Everything good in my life happens when I stop thinking about myself and start thinking about others: what can I do for them? ⠀ And then the magic happened: the whole Universe 💫 turns towards me with the right side of the hut and begins to blow into the sails. Immediately there are people, money, opportunities, interesting projects 😊 ⠀ Girls, I want to ask you this question: what can I do for you? ⠀ You follow me, read my blog. What topics are you most interested in? What problems would you like to solve? Can I help you with this? ⠀ Ask any questions (and not only about cooking). Write any problems, expectations and dreams that concern you right now. ⠀ I promise that I will not leave any of the questions unattended! I will answer everyone. If there are many questions, I will answer live 😉

For the question “Dasha, how long will it take me to do my homework?” I see a drama with thriller elements☺️ . The scenario is this: a girl has been juggling pots and bags all day. In one hand there is a screaming baby, in the other hand there is a laptop💻 and a burning customer. In the third hand (don’t ask where it came from) is a craft made from acorns🍂 for a senior in kindergarten. . Everyone is running, not a moment of rest. And finally, all the household were fed and put to sleep with lullabies. Hurray 🎉, long-awaited sofa, tea and laptop. She opens the Culinary School lessons, and from the screen I appear, in the pose “Have you signed up to volunteer?” . - Darling, why are you lying there? I quickly got up and went to the kitchen to cook borscht! Homework doesn't wait! . Do you think this will happen? Relax 😊 . I don’t have a budenovka on my head, but I have a whip in my hand. My goal is not to overwhelm you with homework, but on the contrary, to free up your time⏰ . Yes, there will be homework. But not in addition, but instead 👌 . Those who come to study at the School and those who do not - you will all be preparing for the coming months, right? . Even if you didn’t really want to 😊 You will still spend 1 to 3 hours a day preparing food 🥕 . But those who will study at the School will spend less and less time on it every week😊 . And the result will be noticeable immediately, after the first week, when we learn how to create a menu. And every week it will become more interesting and easier. And after freezing you will experience zen 😉 . Remember the bird from the cartoon “Wings, Legs and Tails”, which convinced: “It’s better to lose one day so that you can fly in five minutes?” . This is about homework at Culinary School. Yes, you will have to invest time in communication. But at least you will learn to fly!🦋 . You will spend much less time, effort and money on cooking and everything connected with it! Who is taking off with me on September 9?😉

Girls, I need your help in finding treasures😊 . I asked two different artists to make a pirate map. Both did a great job, but now I can’t sleep at night, tormented by the choice😅 . My idea is to turn training at the Culinary School into a game - a treasure hunt💎 . Imagine you are taking an online course. But instead of the usual and boring sections and topics you see... treasure map! Your task is to go on a journey and find the treasure😉 . Each circle on the map is one of the themes of the School program. Click on it and you will be taken to the topic. Magic tools await you there. No, not seven-flowered flowers, but educational materials, homework and a test🤓 . After passing the test, a new “secret room” will open - a new circle. To get the TREASURE, you need to go all the way👌 . Believe me, you won't be bored. Near each “island” I hid a small treasure: a bonus that everyone who reaches it will receive. Let's make ourselves happy throughout the marathon, and not just at the finish line😊 . The idea seems to have been explained. And now my request: . Please look at the cards (scroll through the gallery). Which ones are they?

Friends, happy holiday 🎈 . Down with boring lessons, grades and heavy portfolios😊 Let's study easily and joyfully🔥 For 7 years now, my students have not left after the bell rings and are reluctant to go on vacation😉 . The plan for a fruitful autumn is as follows: . ❗️"Culinary school of a good housewife"❗️ In terms of the volume of knowledge, this is a university. After your diploma, you will have 90 hours of free time, and the kitchen will look like a Swiss watch factory. All processes from menu planning to freezing are streamlined, and the family is happy 👍🏻 . ❗️Trainings are bouillon cubes. Concentrate of taste in a small volume ☝🏻 . Choose from three: . ✅ "Menu management" from September 9 to 22 ✅ "Frozen: cooking for future use" from September 23 to October 6 ✅ "3 dishes in 30 minutes" from October 7 to 20. You can find out about each course via the link in my profile header☝🏻 . Or put a plus sign in the comments if you want to accompany yourself to school😊 . And I will send you details and answer all questions 😉

The word “cook” does not evoke positive emotions, admiration or desire in everyone. For many, this is more a necessity of life than a favorite activity and manifestation of creativity. And when you have children, especially small ones, you want to learn how to cook quickly, easily, tasty and with pleasure. Today we are visiting Daria Chernenko - creator Menu of the week project (http://menunedeli.ru/), author of an original method for creating menus, editor of the magazine “Menu of the Week,” author of the training book “Menu of the Week: 5 steps to create a menu for the whole family.” Happy wife and mother of two daughters. Daria will give us some tips on how to turn cooking into a creative and enjoyable process.

Good afternoon, Daria! Thank you very much for coming to visit us. Tell our readers a little about yourself. Tell me, have you always loved to cook? Did you learn to cook somewhere or is it a natural gift? And how did you come to open your “Menu of the Week” project?

I will say on my own behalf (Mama Alena:)), that I really like the project and have known it for a long time. It’s nice and valuable that this site contains not only recipes, but also a lot of useful materials. The motto of the resource: “Everyone talks about what can be cooked, and we will tell you how to bring it to life!”

Hello, Alena! I love and hate cooking at the same time. I like to cook something new, in a relaxed atmosphere, slowly and with pleasure experimenting. For example, I like to cook complex dishes with unpredictable results, when, even reading the recipe, I can’t imagine what the dish should taste like. Then cooking for me is not just the process of preparing food, but creativity, play and a source of good inspiration.

But I haven’t cooked like this for five years now. Guess why? Because that’s how old my eldest daughter is. And then there is the youngest, who is 2 years old. Can you imagine what it’s like to “cook slowly and with pleasure” when two small children are hovering under your feet, one of whom is constantly asking to be held, and the second needs to either draw a princess, or give him some water, or read a fairy tale…. I think you can imagine. That is why my approach to cooking has radically changed: now the main task is not to enjoy the leisurely creative process, but to feed my family: quickly, tasty, healthy. And at the same time, do not stand at the stove all day long, but reduce cooking to the necessary minimum, so that as much time, effort and energy as possible is left for other things.

Often you want to cook like in the picture from glossy magazines, where everything is beautiful, elegant and looks delicious. But the reality is completely different: there is little time, many other worries, you need to cook a lot, often and inexpensively. How can you really cook in such conditions?

The answer to this question is very simple: plan. Plan the time that you can spend on cooking, plan the dishes that you will prepare, plan the cooking process itself, plan purchases and allocate time for them, or delegate this task to your husband. It’s good if a mother can involve her children in the cooking process - this is an educational moment. The little ones can be occupied with playing (you can use improvised means and materials - lids, rolling pins, cereals...), older children can be involved in the process - even a 3-year-old child can help mix and clean something.

Learn a few secrets about how to make cooking a creative and enjoyable process.

It seems to me that for this it is enough to treat cooking as creativity. Even if you are preparing ordinary borscht, you can cook it automatically, or you can add something of your own - a spice, a favorite product, even just the mood. And prepare a dish with soul. And it is this borscht that your children will remember when they grow up and leave their parents’ home.

How to spend minimal time preparing food?

Again, plan. And then you won’t have to agonize over an open refrigerator. Plan what you will cook. Or go the opposite way: figure out what you can cook from the available products. Now smile, put on an apron and start cooking without being distracted by thoughts of “what if...” Treat cooking as an assignment from your highest authorities – your family.

Tell us a little about how you organize the cooking process in your family?

In my family, everything is simple: once a week, on Friday, I make a menu and a shopping list. On Saturday morning, my husband buys everything on the list and all week I prepare what is already planned. I very actively use homemade semi-finished products, I freeze a lot, I cook almost everything (except for dishes made from fresh vegetables or fruits) not for one, but for 2-3 meals. Our whole family spends the whole day at home: the children do not go to kindergarten, and my husband and I work from home. Accordingly, I need to prepare not only breakfast and dinner, but also lunch, an afternoon snack and, as a rule, a late dinner for the children. Therefore, menu planning and planning is simply a vital necessity. Otherwise, I would have to spend literally half the day at the stove, and I don’t want that at all.

Can you tell us in more detail about the menu for the week and the features of its preparation? Do you teach this to the readers of your project?

The point is to create a menu for the week, spending an average of half an hour on it once every 7 days. And in the next days, just look at the menu and cook without thinking too much. I cook two meals every day for two days. Let's say on Monday I prepare breakfast and afternoon snack for 2 days, on Tuesday I prepare lunch and dinner, also for 2 days. This is exactly what I teach my readers in the Menu Management training - creating a menu for the week, planning the menu, shopping and budget.

Can you also tell us about the benefits of freezing products? And about some of the secrets of this process?

I am very friendly with the freezer. I think that this is a lifesaver for every housewife. First of all, I freeze a lot of fruits, berries, vegetables, herbs, and mushrooms in the summer, when they are in season. This saves time, effort, and budget (especially if you have your own garden). I also freeze a lot of semi-finished and ready-made meals. Therefore, in the most unexpected situations (guests, lack of time, etc.), I always have something to feed my family and guests. And I am confident in the quality of these semi-finished products, which is important.

You can freeze not only dumplings and minced meat. You can freeze almost anything: soups, main courses, ready-made meat and fish dishes, some vegetables, mushrooms... and even baked goods. Believe me, a properly frozen cake tastes no different from a fresh one. You just need to know how to properly freeze, store and defrost food and prepared meals. Here are some basic principles: only fresh products, freeze semi-finished products in portions, the main dish together with a side dish, use the quick freezing function. And we already teach all the other subtleties of the technology in our master classes.

Do you cook for the whole family at once or cook for the children separately?

The children are old enough to eat from the common table, so I don’t cook for them separately. On the other hand, I try to prepare food that is healthy for both children and adults. That is, if it’s soup, then without frying. If the cutlets are not fried, but baked. If there is meat, then the only spices are salt and herbs, etc. So it would be correct to say that my husband and I switched to the “children’s table”, and at the same time to proper nutrition.

Often parents are faced with the fact that children refuse to eat well. How is the situation in your family? What is the key to a good appetite in children? I know that you have developed a program “How to teach a child to eat healthy” and teach parents?

Yes, we have such training. On it we solve nutrition problems in children. We come up with new interesting ways to serve dishes, “hiding” healthy foods that the child refuses to eat. And the key to a child’s good appetite is, of course, his health, activity, the number of hours spent in the fresh air and children’s curiosity in general :). For a child to eat well, he must have an appetite. And this is achieved by correctly building a daily routine, consciously organizing physical activity and consciously avoiding snacking in any form. A child should be fed when he is hungry, and not when his mother or grandmother thinks it is time for him to eat. Then there will be no problems with appetite.

What recipes can be found on your “Menu of the Week” project. Can you give me a recipe for a delicious and nutritious breakfast?
