  • 50 g white cabbage;

Ingredients:

  • 250 g cottage cheese;
  • 250 g cream 20?% fat;
  • 100 g raisins;
  • 2 apples;
  • 200 g cherries – frozen or canned;
  • 1–2 tbsp. spoons of sugar;
  • fruit for decoration.

Cooking method:

Grind cottage cheese with cream, add sugar. Rinse the raisins thoroughly, steam in boiling water, and dry. Cut the apples into cubes or grate them on a coarse grater. Thaw the cherries (or remove them from the juice), mix the curd mass with the fruit, place in a heap in plates and decorate with fruit on top.

Orange Bowl Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 oranges;
  • 2 bananas;
  • 1 large apple;
  • 1 pear;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of kefir or natural unsweetened yogurt;
  • powdered sugar.

4. Salad Herring under a fur coat

Ingredients: herring 1 pc. or 200 gr. fillet, onion - 1 pc., vinegar - 1 tbsp., egg - 3 pcs., beets - 1 pc. large, carrots 1 pc., potatoes - 1 pc., apple 1 pc., mayonnaise - 250-350 gr.

Preparation: Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Place the grated potatoes on the bottom of a herring bowl or dish.

Separate the herring from the bones and backbone, cut into small cubes. Place the herring on the potatoes. Peel the apple, remove the core and grate on a coarse grater.

Peel the onions, cut into small cubes, pour vinegar and half a glass hot water. Add a little salt and marinate for 20-30 minutes. Then drain the water and place on the herring. Drizzle with mayonnaise.

Boil the carrots, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Boil the beets until tender, cool and grate on a coarse grater. Drizzle with mayonnaise. Boil the eggs hard, separate the whites from the yolks, grate the whites on a coarse grater. Decorate the salad as in the picture.
