Quick recipes have a huge number of advantages, so I have a lot of them in my arsenal. Today I made my friend's favorite treat - delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies. A friend called unexpectedly and said that she would come to visit in 15 minutes. I didn’t waste this time in vain, but prepared simple but very tasty chocolate cookies with cocoa, having managed to take step-by-step photos to illustrate the recipe. And all this in 15 minutes. So we need:

- chicken egg - 1 piece;
- cocoa powder - 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
— butter or vegetable-butter spread — 50 grams;
- sugar - 1/2 cup;
— premium wheat flour — 1 cup;
- vanilla - on the tip of a teaspoon;
- milk (3.2%) - 1 tbsp. spoon.

How to make delicious chocolate chip cookies in 15 minutes

Place the butter in a water bath or microwave for 50 seconds. It will acquire the desired consistency. Instead of butter, you can use vegetable-cream spread. It is perfect for this baking.

Add to melted butter or spread: sugar, chicken egg, vanilla.

Mix well with a spoon. Add cocoa powder. The amount of cocoa depends on how rich the chocolate chip cookies you want to end up with.

Mix. Add premium wheat flour. Before adding it, you need to sift it a couple of times to saturate it with oxygen. This will make the baked goods more airy.

While kneading the elastic dough, add a spoonful of warm fat milk. I have homemade milk, which I buy from trusted friends.

Knead until the dough reaches the consistency shown in the photo.

Pinch off pieces of dough and form into balls. Flatten the balls.

Line a baking sheet with baking parchment. Place the cookies and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake for exactly 10 minutes.

During the baking process, the cookies will develop small cracks on top, which will further decorate them.

Let the cookies cool slightly and place on a plate.

  2. Remove from heat, add sugar, stir until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add eggs. Add the eggs one at a time, beating the mixture thoroughly with a mixer after each egg. Add vanilla essence.
  4. Mix flour with salt, baking powder and cocoa powder, sift through a sieve into the prepared mixture, mix. Cover the saucepan with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 1.5-2.5 hours until the dough hardens.
  5. Pour the powdered sugar into a cup. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  6. Take out the dough (the dough should be cold and dense), take a piece of dough the size of a teaspoon. Roll it into a ball about 2.5 cm.
  7. Roll in powdered sugar; the ball should be tightly covered with a layer of powder. Make balls from all the dough. Place the chocolate balls 4cm apart on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake chocolate cookies in the oven preheated to 160 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

  1. Place butter (50 g), sugar and milk in a thick-bottomed pan. Over medium heat, bring the mixture until the sugar and butter dissolve.
  2. Add cocoa powder, stirring, bring the mixture to a boil and continue cooking it over low heat for several minutes. Stir the mixture constantly and watch carefully. because it might burn.
  3. Remove the chocolate mass from the heat and let it cool.
  4. While the mixture is cooling, let's make flour.
  5. Sift wheat flour with salt and combine with 150g. butter and egg. Quickly rub the dough with your hands into coarse butter crumbs.
  6. Now add the prepared chocolate mass to the butter crumbs and knead the dough. The result should be a smooth chocolate shortbread cookie dough. The dough turns out very tender and soft, so it should be left for 1 hour in a cool place. Cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate for one hour.
  7. Once the dough becomes dense and can be worked with, we begin making shortbread cookies. You can use molds, you can cut the dough into squares or make it in the form of circles. That is, we act at our own discretion.

8. Bake the prepared cookies in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes (the time also depends on the size and thickness of the cookies).

Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 190°C until a golden crust forms around the edges of the products. Leave the finished cookies on the baking sheets for 10 minutes, transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely. Store in a tightly sealed container for 3-4 days.

Cookies – mint hearts with cocoa, whipped cream filling, white chocolate and “Work of Art” icing

Ingredients: 3/4 cup flour, 1 tbsp. spoon of cocoa, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon mint extract, 100 g butter or margarine

For filling: 175 g quality white chocolate, 20 ml whipped cream, 1 teaspoon mint extract

For the glaze: 150 g of any chocolate, 40 g of butter.

Preparation: Before making these chocolate chip cookies, beat the softened butter and sugar with a mixer for 3 minutes. Add the egg and beat for another 2-3 minutes until fluffy. While continuing to whisk, add the mint extract.

Sift the cocoa and flour into a bowl and gradually fold into the butter mixture using a wooden spoon. Place the resulting dough on cling film, spread it out thinly, wrap it and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Divide the chilled homemade chocolate chip cookie dough in half and place one half in the refrigerator. Roll out the remaining half of the dough to 3mm thickness on a lightly floured surface.

Using a 5cm heart-shaped cutter, cut out as many pieces as possible and place them on greased and floured large baking trays. Repeat the procedure with the second half of the dough, adding trimmings.

Bake in the oven for 7-8 minutes at 180°C until the cookies are dry around the edges. Do not overcook in the oven as the cookies will burn quickly!

To make the cream filling, bring the cream to a simmer over low heat, remove from heat and stir in all the white chocolate. Stir the resulting mixture until the chocolate is completely dissolved.

Add mint extract, pour into a bowl and refrigerate until pliable, about 1 hour. Then beat the mixture with a mixer for 30-45 seconds until it becomes more fluffy.

Lightly grease the product with the finished filling and immediately cover it with another product. Combine the pieces in twos and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Melt any chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring occasionally, remove from heat and cool for 15 minutes until mixture thickens slightly. Brush each double piece with the resulting glaze, not allowing the glaze to drip. Place the finished cookies in the refrigerator until the glaze hardens completely.

Ingredients: 7 tbsp. spoons of oatmeal or rye flour, 250 g of dark chocolate, 150 g of honey, 4 eggs, liquid caramel mass and powdered sugar - to taste, 125 g of butter or margarine.

Ingredients: 2-3 cups flour, 3 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1-2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream, soda slaked with vinegar, cinnamon and vanilla - to taste, 200 g margarine, 1 pinch of salt.

For the glaze: 4-5 tbsp. spoons of cocoa, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, 1 tbsp. spoon of milk, 100 g butter.

Preparation: Beat eggs with sugar, softened margarine, cinnamon, sour cream, flour and soda. Knead the thick dough and form it into flat cakes. Make a niche on the side of each of them and place a folded piece of paper with a wish or prediction in it. Pinch the edges of the niche.

To make this chocolate chip cookie recipe, bake in the oven until golden brown at medium temperature. Grease the cooled cookies first with cocoa glaze, then with sugar glaze, depicting Christmas trees, snowmen, snowflakes, etc.

Ingredients: 2 cups oatmeal, 3 cups chopped dried fruit, 2 tbsp. spoons of honey, 4-5 tbsp. spoons of lemon juice, grated chocolate and pieces - to taste.

Ingredients: 500 g almonds, 450 g powdered sugar, 100 g dark chocolate, 4 egg whites, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tbsp. l. cherry liqueur.

Cooking method: Before making chocolate cookies, almonds need to be doused with boiling water, peeled, dried and ground in a food processor until flour is obtained. Grate the chocolate on a fine grater (first put it in the freezer for 20 minutes). Beat the whites with powdered sugar into a strong foam. Continuing to beat, add cherry liqueur, almonds, chocolate and cinnamon, quickly knead the dough. Place it on a board sprinkled with flour, roll it out into a layer 0.5 cm thick, and cut out shaped cookies with a notch. Mix flour with granulated sugar, soda, quenched with vinegar, vanilla sugar, add softened butter (margarine), beaten eggs and knead stiff dough. Cut out 2x7 cm rectangles from the dough rolled out in a thin layer (3 mm).

Place the cookies on a baking sheet greased with butter (margarine) and bake for about 25 minutes until they are golden brown.

Ingredients: butter or good margarine – 120 g, white sugar – 1 cup (150–170 g), brown sugar – 1/3 cup, egg – 2 pcs., baking powder (baking soda will also work) – 1 tsp, flour – 350 g, salt – 3\4 tsp, vanillin – 2 tsp, chocolate chips – 2 cups (you can also use chocolate drops, the result will be a little more beautiful).

Preparation: Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Mix sugar. Warm the oil to room temperature and wait until it cools. Then beat it with sugar until a homogeneous, fluffy mass is formed, then add vanilla and eggs. Add flour to the resulting mixture and knead the dough, the main thing is that it is not very thick.

Or chips are not very common here, so we arm ourselves with a knife, take a chocolate bar and make crumbs. The pieces should be made as small as possible. Then add the crumbs to the prepared dough. Don't overdo it with chocolate if you don't want to increase the calorie content of the dessert.

Place the dough in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180–190 degrees. Place baking paper on a baking sheet (if you don't have paper, just grease it well) and start spooning out the dough by the teaspoon. The pieces of dough should be at a sufficiently large distance from each other.

Place the pan in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown. The edges of the finished cookies will harden, the main thing is not to overbake them, unless, of course, you want to make them harder than stone. Let the finished cookies cool for 5-10 minutes, it all depends on your patience.
