  • Wheat sprouts – 170 grams;

  9. We assemble our salad: add wheat sprouts, pineapple pieces, strawberry and banana slices to the apples, and also add black currants. Pour fruit yoghurt over everything, mix;
  10. The treat is ready, all that remains is to arrange it into portioned plates and decorate with whatever your heart desires. Or don’t decorate at all, but eat it quickly!

Tip: For fruit salad, it is better to use black currants of the Mordovka variety - they are sweeter, larger, and this makes the process of sorting them easier. As for wheat sprouts, they should not exceed 1 cm in length, since overgrown ones will be too tough for treats.

Fruit salad dessert with cottage cheese and yogurt

We will need:

  • Sweet apples – 2 pcs.;
  • Marel (sweet and large variety of cherry) – 200 grams;
  • Cherry – 200 grams;
  • Grapes – 100 grams;
  • Strawberries – 120 grams;
  • Sweet tangerines or oranges – 2 pcs.;
  • Fruit yogurt - 190 grams (2 cups);
  • Low-fat cottage cheese - 100 grams;
  • Cream – 50 ml;

  1. First, wash all the fruits that are in the peel and dry them;
  2. Then let the gelatin swell in 40 milliliters of water, mixing it well. To avoid lumps, you must first pour it into a cup, and only then pour in the liquid;
  3. While the gelatin reaches the desired state, we will sort through the gauze and cherries for the presence of bugs, branches and leaves. We will also discard rotten and wormy berries. Rinse everything else thoroughly, and then squeeze out the seeds. This process is not quick, but you can involve the whole family or use a special device;
  4. Peel the apples and cut them into cubes;
  5. Divide the strawberries into quarters. If the berry is too large, then cut into more pieces;
  6. We sort the grapes in the same way as cherries, rinse them a couple of times, then cut each berry into 2-3 parts;
  7. We strip the citrus fruits from the skin, remove the white layers. Then carefully chop the resulting slices into pieces. We try not to press, otherwise we will lose a lot of juice;
  8. We wipe the cottage cheese on a sieve, several times until the mass is homogeneous and airy;
  9. Now let's prepare the salad dressing: Beat cottage cheese, cream and yogurt in a blender, add powdered sugar;
  10. While we were working on other ingredients, the gelatin had already swelled well, we sent it to the fire to melt until liquid;
  11. Pour hot gelatin into the sauce in a thin stream, while still beating with a blender. We continue to do this for another 5 minutes;
    Now quickly assemble the salad before the dressing has time to completely harden. We combine pitted cherries and gauze with apples, strawberries, citrus fruits, and sliced ​​grapes. Pour in the curd and yogurt sauce, mix everything evenly;
  12. Place the finished salad-dessert in molds or small portioned salad bowls (it’s better to take wide ones to make it easier to get out later). Place in the refrigerator for 5-7 hours;
  13. We remove the frozen fruit treat and place it on flat plates with the slide up. Decorate and serve immediately so that the jelly does not melt in the warmth.

Pineapple is a product that can be found on store shelves all year round, which means it can always be cooked. You can often purchase the fruit even fresh. If this is not possible, then you can add canned pineapples.

  • When you try a piece of cottage cheese, you should feel the sourness. If it is not there, it means the product was made poorly and quickly. Good cottage cheese must have a hint of acid;
  • if the cottage cheese is too sour or even sweet, then, most likely, citric acid or sugar was added to it in order to “buy” the buyer with a pleasant taste;
  • sellers often add starch to cottage cheese to increase the volume of the product and sell it at a higher price. Unfortunately, this can only be determined at home. If you drop a little iodine on cottage cheese, it will turn blue;
  • When buying a product in a store, you should definitely choose packaging with a more recent date.

Sweet fruit salad

There are quite a lot of ingredients in this recipe. We did this to make it even brighter, richer and tastier.

Fruit salad composition:

  • 300 grams of strawberries;
  • 2 kiwis;
  • 300 grams of pineapple;
  • 1/2 lime;
  • 1 orange;
  • 3 tangerines;
  • 15 ml honey;
  • 2 bananas.

How to assemble the salad:

  1. Cut the pineapple in half. Remove the flesh from one part and cut into cubes. There is no need to throw away the remaining peel, as it will be useful to us in the future.
  2. Cut off the bottom and top of the orange, and then peel it like an apple. Cut off not only the thick peel, but also the white film.

  • Sometimes sellers add chalk to honey to make their product thicker and create the appearance of a natural product. To check this, just drop a little vinegar on the product. If the composition contains chalk, the honey will begin to fizz like soda from vinegar;

It seems that the dish contains quite ordinary and familiar products to us. But despite this, the overall taste is more than unusual. It's tastier and sweeter than you can imagine!

What you will need:

  • 2 kiwis;
  • 6 pineapple rings;
  • 115 grams of sugar;
  • 300 grams of strawberries;
  • 120 grams of milk chocolate;
  • 2 bananas;
  • 30 grams of any nuts;
  • 3 plums.

Fruit salad with pineapple:

  1. Chop the chocolate or at least break it into cubes to make it easier to heat the product in a water bath. Once the pieces have melted, cool to room temperature.
  2. The nuts need to be fried in a hot frying pan and then chopped.
  3. Peel the kiwi and cut the pulp into cubes.
  4. Wash the plums, cut them in half, remove the pits and chop the pulp.

How to prepare salads with fruits:

  1. Wash the apples, remove the peel and cut the pulp into cubes.
  2. Wash the bunch of grapes and remove the grapes.
  3. Open a can of pineapples, drain the syrup, place the pieces in a separate plate.
  4. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, cut the berries in half.
  5. Sort the blueberries and rinse with water.
  6. Arrange in layers in a transparent dish: pineapples, strawberries, grapes, blueberries and apples.
  7. Season the salad with yogurt, garnish with lime and you can serve it.

To do this, mix 20 ml of water and 30 g of sugar in a saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, cool the syrup to room temperature and add half a teaspoon of vanilla extract or 1-2 teaspoons of orange liqueur. Place kumquats in syrup for 10 minutes. The syrup can be used to dress fruit salad.

Wash the orange and squeeze the juice out of it (for salad dressing).
Place pieces of fruit into the pineapple halves.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint leaves (sprinkle with a little coconut if desired).
Pour orange juice over the salad (you can add a little flavored sugar syrup to the juice if desired).
Place in the refrigerator and let steep for 30-60 minutes.
