Advice! To prepare this dish, you can use cottage cheese of any fat content, but it is best to use cottage cheese with 9% fat. If there is only skim cheese, you can add a little butter to the filling.

Unwrap the crab sticks, being careful not to damage them. Lubricate curd filling and roll it up again. Place the stuffed sticks in the refrigerator for several hours. To prevent the food from drying out, cover the dishes with them with cling film.

You can use it as a filling for crab sticks. It is best to choose canned food prepared in own juice. You can use saury, pink salmon, mackerel.

  • 10-12 crab sticks;
  • 1 can of canned fish (250 gr.);
  • 1 onion;
  • 3 eggs;
  • sprigs of herbs for serving.

Opening canned fish from the jar, mash it with a fork, selecting large seeds. Boil the eggs hard, cool, grate. The onion needs to be chopped very finely. Mix the prepared products, season a small amount mayonnaise.
