I always prepare Coral salad for the holiday table. It is always in demand and is completely eaten. - 1 chicken fillet,
- 5-6 pieces of crab sticks,
- 1-2 eggs,
- half a red pepper,
- mayonnaise (the fat content of mayonnaise can be any).

Boil the chicken fillet in salted water. You can do this in advance.
Cut the crab sticks into elongated circles (but this is not important).




Wash the red bell pepper, cut it in half, and remove the seeds. Then use a sharp knife to cut it into strips.




Place the peppers in a salad bowl.




Cut the boiled chicken fillet into pieces. Place it on top of the pepper.










Boil the egg, cool, peel and chop. Place on top of the meat.




Place chopped crab sticks on top of the chicken egg.

1. If you prepare all the ingredients in advance, the salad will be ready in a few minutes. Let's start with getting everything ready.

2. Crab sticks, which I personally (as it should be) defrost only at room temperature, since after microwave they lose all taste, cut into small arbitrary pieces.

3. Take the egg, like the crab sticks, out of the refrigerator in advance so that it sits at room temperature for at least an hour, put it in a small saucepan, fill it with cold water, add salt and cook for about 8-9 minutes from the moment it boils. Then rinse it with cold water to make it easier to clean. Leave it to cool for a while, then peel it and cut it into small cubes.

4. It is better, of course, to buy shrimp immediately peeled, then you will only have to defrost them. If the shrimp are unpeeled, first defrost them, put them in already boiling water and cook for no more than 2-4 minutes. If you use large (king) shrimp, then the cooking time will be a little longer, about 5-6 minutes. Place the cooked shrimp in a colander and, when cool, peel them. We cut the larger ones into several pieces, and leave the small ones whole.

5. Wash the tomato and cut into cubes. I advise that there is not a lot of juice, either remove the juice along with the seeds or squeeze out the already chopped tomato.

6. Mix all prepared products in a deep bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. Season with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. You shouldn’t add a lot of mayonnaise; the tomato will still give a little juice.

7. Wash the lime (I use lemon) well and cut into slices.
8. When serving, it is best to place the salad in bowls or low wide glasses. Top each with red caviar and lime wedges. I got 1 bowl, so I needed 1 lemon slice and 2.5 tbsp. caviar.
