Pour gelatin with water in a 1:1 ratio. When it swells, heat it in a water bath, but be careful not to let the liquid boil. Add sugar. Heat the yogurt (maximum 30 degrees). Stir the dairy product with a whisk and gradually pour in the gelatin.

Pour the dish into molds and place in the refrigerator. After 10-15 minutes, decorate the jelly with fruit and refrigerate again. The dessert will be ready in 3-4 hours.

Homemade yogurt with gelatin and fruit

Place orange slices in the bottom of a round bowl. When the fermented milk mixture begins to harden, fill the container with oranges, then add strawberries. Place the dessert in the refrigerator until completely frozen.

To remove the jelly from the bowl, plunge it into hot water for 2 seconds. Cover the container with a flat dish and turn it over quickly. The orange layer will be on top.

Yogurt Jelly Cake Recipe

For a holiday or no reason, treat yourself to a jelly cake. It is prepared on a sponge cake with yogurt jelly.

Grocery list:

  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • condensed milk – 350 g;
  • sour cream – 200 g;
  • yogurt – 500 ml;
  • sugar – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • flour – ¾ cup;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • soda – 0.5 tsp;
  • vinegar – 0.5 tsp;
  • gelatin – 20 g.

Grind the egg with salt and sugar, add half the sour cream and condensed milk. Gradually add flour, beating with a mixer. Make sure that no lumps form. Suppress the soda and add to the dough. Bake the cake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

Soak the gelatin in water. Mix yogurt with the remaining sour cream and condensed milk. Heat the swollen gelatin in the microwave or in a steam bath until it melts. Add it to the yogurt in a thin stream, stirring with a mixer or whisk. Pour the mixture onto the cooled crust and place in the refrigerator until the jelly is completely set. Decorate as desired.

2) After this time, the entire mass must be poured into a small saucepan and heated on the stove. Don't forget to stir constantly. Please note that you do not need to heat it too much, otherwise the gelatin will lose its properties. As soon as you see that all the lumps in the gelatin have dissolved and the liquid has become homogeneous, it’s time to remove the gelatin from the heat. Cool it a little. Photo 2.

3) While the gelatin is swelling, you can start preparing the berries. Which berries to choose - decide for yourself. It depends on your tastes and availability)) In our example, we used a preparation for the winter - strawberries twisted with sugar. It is very tasty in itself, and the dessert from it will be just as delicious! Photo 3.

4) Preparing twisted berries is as easy as shelling pears - just dilute it with water and add sugar to taste. Photo 4.

5) Whole berries can be boiled a little with sugar, then grind them well or beat them with a blender. The already ground berries, diluted with water, should also be beaten well. Photo 5.

  • instant gelatin – 2 tbsp. l;

  • kiwi – 1 piece;
  • vanilla sugar – sachet (or 2-3 drops of vanilla essence)
  • orange, grapefruit or tangerines;
  • coconut flakes of any color - 1-2 tbsp. l.

How to make jelly from yogurt - recipe

Powdered gelatin (instant) is filled with ordinary cold tap water (or filtered). It will immediately absorb water, swell, but will not be ready for use yet; we need liquid gelatin. You need to dissolve it in a water bath. After about five minutes, when the powder has completely swelled, place the bowl with gelatin in a water bath. As it heats up, the jelly-like mass will begin to spread and turn into a liquid substance, cloudy, whitish or yellowish in color. This completes the heating.

Pour yogurt at room temperature into a blender glass, add white sugar mixed with vanilla sugar. Beat for three minutes until the mixture becomes foamy. We taste it, then begin to pour in the dissolved gelatin in a thin stream. In order for yogurt jelly to thicken quickly, you need to distribute the gelatin mass evenly throughout the entire volume. To do this, whisk the yogurt and gelatin thoroughly.

Pour into beautiful glasses, glasses, bowls. Leave about 3-3.5 cm from the top, then add fruit and pour another layer. Place the yoghurt jelly in the refrigerator. There it will freeze for about two hours until it hardens well. Make a shallow cut in the hardened jelly and insert an orange slice into the slot. Add the remaining yogurt and gelatin (beat with a whisk before pouring), return to the refrigerator for another hour or two.

Method for making colorful jelly

This recipe is subject to many variations. For the holiday table, you can prepare multi-colored jelly. You will need a beautiful form. Muffin tins or ice cream cups are suitable. But you should not use aluminum forms. Aluminum tends to oxidize, which has little effect on all dishes, but can dramatically affect the taste of a delicate dessert.

Any yogurt is suitable, with one flavor or with different, combined ones. For example, creamy, apricot and caramel. To get brighter colors, use food coloring or natural juices of berries, fruits and vegetables.

Using the basic recipe, you need to prepare each colored layer separately, pouring the top one over the frozen bottom. Each layer takes about half an hour to harden, which increases the overall cooking time. But each subsequent one will harden faster than the previous one.
