Almost all children love desserts with jelly. And my child is no exception. Especially if it's jelly with whipped cream and seedless grapes. Well, while it’s warm outside and you can still buy grapes, it’s time to start preparing the most delicate grape dessert.

The dessert is based on jelly. There are a lot of recipes for jelly desserts with gelatin or agar-agar. Most of them are quite easy to prepare and very tasty. Today I propose to prepare another simple option - a delicate dessert with grape jelly, grapes and fluffy whipped cream. If there are no grapes on the market stalls, it doesn’t matter, they can be replaced with other fruits or berries. As you can see, this simple dessert can be prepared both in winter and summer. For example, in winter you can make jelly with tangerine or pineapple, and in summer - with pear or grapes. It all depends on preference and imagination.

In addition, this kind of fruit desserts with jelly and whipped cream will decorate any holiday table. Whether it's New Year's, a birthday or an ordinary weekday, fruit jelly will be an excellent dessert for both adults and little sweet lovers.

Decorating a jelly dessert will also allow you to get creative. They can serve as grated dark chocolate, fruits, berries and mint. The main thing is not to disturb the taste harmony and not to interrupt the taste of the jelly dessert itself.

If you want a light and harmonious dessert, then you will like the dessert that we are about to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g grapes (seedless raisins);
  • 1 tbsp. grape juice + 1/3 tbsp. water;
  • 1/4 tbsp. Sahara;
  • 480 g heavy cream (33%);
  • 20 g gelatin.

Grape dessert recipe

1. First of all, you need to soak the gelatin in half a glass of cold water. Let the gelatin swell.

2. I made jelly from store-bought grape juice. If you wish, you can prepare the jelly juice yourself from fresh grapes using a juicer. Since store-bought grape juice is very sweet, I dilute it a little with boiled water. For 1 glass of juice there is approximately 1/3 glass of water. But this is a matter of taste; you can replace the proportion of water with juice.

3. While I was preparing everything, the gelatin had already swelled.

4. Heat the swollen gelatin in a water bath until the grains are completely dissolved. However, under no circumstances should it boil so as not to lose its gelling properties.

5. Mix the juice with water and gelatin.

6. Pour half of the existing juice with gelatin into molds. For these purposes, you can use bowls, glasses or glasses. Place the glass molds in the refrigerator until the jelly hardens completely. Usually half an hour is enough.

7. Wash the seedless grapes and remove the berries from the branches. Cut each grape in half.

8. Take out the grape jelly and place the sliced grapes on top.

9. Pour the remaining juice with gelatin on top. If you simply pour grapes, the berries in the finished dessert will settle to the bottom. And in our case, they will seem to “float” in the middle of the dessert. And again put the jelly in the refrigerator until it hardens completely.

10. When the jelly has hardened thoroughly, you can start whipping the cream. In order for the cream to whip well, the dishes and whisks from the mixer should be thoroughly cooled. I usually put them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. The cream should also be cold and should be kept in the refrigerator. Pour the cream into a bowl, add sugar.

11. Beat with a mixer until the cream increases in volume by 2-2.5 times. The mass turns out tender, but holds its shape well. But if you overdo it, you'll end up with butter. Therefore, as soon as you see that the cream has become fluffy and does not spread, turn off the mixer.

12. Place the cream into a pastry syringe.

13. Decorate our grape jelly dessert.

A delicious dessert with jelly and whipped cream is ready! Bon appetit!

This is my daughter's favorite dessert; she usually makes it herself. I didn’t find anything like this on our website and I want to offer it to you. This dessert is very popular, especially children love it, and adults don’t mind enjoying it either. The recipe is for 8 people, I cooked for 4.

For this dessert we will need the following products:

Wash the grapes and pat dry with paper towels, it is important that there are no drops of water.

Crush the cookies into medium pieces - this is convenient to do with a rolling pin in a plastic bag.

Beat the cream with a mixer in a tall glass.

Place cottage cheese, mascarpone, sugar and vanilla sugar in another cup. Mascarpone should be at room temperature.

And stir with a mixer.

Add whipped cream to this mixture.

And mix well again with a mixer.

The cream is ready. It can also be used to frost cakes. It tastes like creamy ice cream. Now we begin to assemble our dessert. Place half of the grapes on the bottom of the bowls.

Then half the cream.

Then half the cookies.

Now repeat all three steps again with the remaining halves of grapes, cream and cookies.

The dessert can be made in one deep bowl (as in the photo - for 4 people), I used to do this, but it still looks more beautiful if it is made in portioned bowls. Agree, it’s better if there are a couple of individual servings left over than an uneaten dessert.

The dessert can be prepared a day in advance and will keep well for a day (or more) in the refrigerator. This dessert looks great on any holiday table, especially at a children's birthday.

Bon appetit!
