How to cook pear pie in a slow cooker. Pear pie in a slow cooker. Making a lush pear pie in a slow cooker

Hello! Today I will share a recipe for a delicious pear pie baked in a slow cooker. Both pears and apples are great for baking. If the apples need to be peeled, then the pears can be left with the skin. These fruits are much softer, and the finished pie has soft and juicy pieces.

To make the cake beautiful and festive, you need to cover the bottom of the bowl with parchment paper. It must be lubricated with vegetable or butter. You can lay out pear slices on the paper. The pieces should not be cut too large. You can sprinkle more slices with sugar. Pear pieces are also added to the dough itself, the pulp can be cut into cubes. It will take one hour to bake the pie. After cooking, you need to open the lid. You can remove the cake using the steam grate.

This makes an excellent pear pie that can be divided into pieces and served. These pies go well with cold and hot drinks. Children can eat this pie with sweet sauces, such as berry jam, caramel, condensed milk.

Ingredients:

  1. Fresh pear – 2 pcs.
  2. Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  3. Butter – 70 g.
  4. Granulated sugar – 2/3 tbsp.
  5. Baking powder – 1 tsp.

Rinse the pears with water. Cut some into slices and the rest into small pieces. Add pear to the dough, mix.

Cut a circle out of parchment paper and grease with oil. Place paper on the bottom of the bowl, arrange the slices and sprinkle with sugar.

Pie with pears in a slow cooker

Time: 80 min.

Difficulty: 4 out of 5

It's hard not to love dishes like fruit pies filled with juicy apples, plums or pears. This pastry is no less popular than cakes (especially in cold weather, when the body lacks vitamins).

Such recipes are also highly respected by summer residents: this is an excellent way to process fruit. Our pear pie in a slow cooker is perfect for cooking both outside the city (there is nothing easier - take your favorite assistant with you to the dacha) and within the city limits.

Our pie will be tender, but at the same time dense, with elastic pear slices and a creamy aroma that will organically complement the sweetness of the fruit.

To achieve such a bouquet, we enriched the recipe with cottage cheese. By the way, fermented milk products go well with fruit and berry fillings.

The entire cooking process is not particularly complicated, and since the baked goods will be cooked using a multicooker, you don’t have to worry about the edges of the product not being baked or the dough rising unevenly: dishes from a multicooker always turn out like in the picture from a culinary magazine.

We will prepare pear pie in a slow cooker from the following products:

Ingredients:

To make the baked goods incredibly fragrant, you can add (optional):

  • Cinnamon - ½ tsp;
  • Vanilla sugar - ½ tsp.

All fruit dishes “love” both cinnamon and vanilla: these spices help bring out the flavor of the fruit. You may need to adjust the ingredient list slightly depending on the type of pear.

Our recipe is designed for fruits that are not very sweet, so if you are lucky enough to purchase (or grow on your property) honey pears, the amount of sugar can be reduced so that the finished baked goods are not too cloying.

Step 1

Dishes such as pies are always prepared with softened butter. Our recipe is no exception. Therefore, make sure in advance that the oil is at the desired temperature - room temperature.

Place soft butter in a bowl, grind with sugar and vanilla sugar until relatively smooth. You don't even need a mixer, just whisk vigorously.

Step 2

The cottage cheese will give the cake a dense texture. However, if you do not grind it first, the dough may not rise: this fermented milk product is quite heavy.

Therefore, we need to turn it into a soft, airy mass that can easily be integrated into the dough without weighing it down.

Ancient recipes suggested using a sieve for these purposes. But you and I are people who know how to use the benefits of civilization, so we will use an immersion blender to bring the cottage cheese to the desired state.

Place the grated cottage cheese (there should be no lumps left) in the butter mixture and mix with a whisk. Now add the eggs one at a time, thoroughly kneading the future cake each time.

Step 3

Be sure to sift the baking powder and flour: this way you will enrich the dry ingredients with air. Some recipes insist that flour and baking powder must be sifted into a separate bowl and then gradually added to the egg and cottage cheese mixture.

It's actually not that important. For our dish it will be enough if you sift the flour with baking powder directly into a bowl with butter, eggs and cottage cheese. If everything was done correctly in the previous stages, the baked goods will rise perfectly.

Step 4

Wash the pears, cut them into halves and remove the cores and seeds. The shape of the cut is not particularly important.

We wanted to cut the fruit into thin slices so that the finished baked goods would look aesthetically pleasing and elegant. In addition, thin slices will definitely bake well.

To peel or not? It depends on the type of fruit and the cutting method. If you prefer thin, elegant slices, you don’t have to cut off the peel: you won’t feel it in the pie. And if you prefer large pieces, and the fruit has a thick skin, then it is better to “undress” it.

Step 5

Grease the multicooker bowl with oil. Place all the dough into a container. Place the pear pieces on top: in a fan, in circles, in a spiral - as your imagination dictates.

The pear pie will be cooked in the multicooker in the “Baking” mode for 50-60 minutes. Like other dishes of this type, we will check the readiness of the pie with a match or a splinter.

The recipe does not limit your imagination. It is not necessary to decorate the pie with pears only on top, as in our photo.

You can mix the dough with fruit (you will get a pastry similar to charlotte) or lay out the dough and fruit in alternating layers.

Once ready, the product should stand in the electrical appliance for about a third of an hour. It can then be removed using the steaming basket. Be sure to wait until the pie has cooled completely: it tastes much better cold!

You can adapt our simple recipe to suit your needs. Sugar is wonderfully replaced with honey - obvious benefits for the body and a unique piquant aroma.

Almonds will be an unexpected note that will transform the pie from a weekend staple into a delicious dessert.

Pie with pears in a slow cooker, recipe with photo

Many housewives are not too fond of fiddling with dough, preferring to buy ready-made cakes, pies and other pastries in the store. Until recently, I was no exception either. Trying to buy ready-made dough products or semi-finished products. But all this lasted only until my husband gave me a multicooker as a gift, thanks to which cooking now takes less effort and time. Believe me, if you are the happy owner of such a modern and very popular culinary appliance as a multicooker, you can be sure that now it will be much easier to prepare various labor-intensive dishes. I suggest you bake a delicious and aromatic pie with pears in a slow cooker according to my step-by-step recipe with photos. Why I love this pie is that it tastes even better cold than hot, right after baking. This juicy, tender and aromatic dessert is easy to prepare and is wonderful for tea with family and friends; it can also be served to guests or treated to colleagues at work.

Ingredients:
– chicken egg – 2 pcs.;
– granulated sugar – 150 grams;
– flour – 150 grams;
– baking powder – 1 tsp;
– pear – 1-2 pcs.;
– cinnamon – 1 tbsp.
– butter – 10 grams (for greasing the mold).

Take raw chicken eggs and crack them into a deep bowl or salad bowl, beat with a fork or whisk. Add sugar to eggs.

Beat the egg-sugar mixture well.

Now pour in the wheat flour (first or highest grade) sifted through a sieve with baking powder added to it.

Mix thoroughly and beat by hand or using a mixer. I prefer the second option, since then the dough turns out more homogeneous, without lumps.

Peel the pears, remove the middle with the seeds using a special culinary utensil or using a teaspoon. Cut the fruit into slices or slices. When choosing pears, try to buy hard varieties so that they do not turn into mush in the pie.

Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and sprinkle with ground breadcrumbs. Pour the batter and place the sliced pears on top.

Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the pear so that it covers all the fruit slices.

Place the bowl in the multicooker, set the appliance to “Baking” mode and leave to bake for about 65 minutes.

The penny pie is ready. Don't be alarmed, those dark spots on the cake are cinnamon. It hasn't changed the taste, it's just as aromatic)

After the beep, open the multicooker, remove the finished pie and place it on a plate, sprinkling powdered sugar on top. When serving, you can also top each serving with your favorite syrup.

This dessert is perfect for tea with your family or for treating guests.

Set the multicooker to “Baking” mode, time 1 hour.
Do not open the lid for the first 30-40 minutes.
Check readiness with a toothpick or other wooden stick. When it becomes dry, the cake is baked.
After turning off the multicooker, do not remove the cake immediately, let it cool, then it will be convenient to remove it.

Pie with aromatic pears and cottage cheese in a slow cooker

It's hard not to love dishes like fruit pies filled with juicy apples, plums or pears. This pastry is no less popular than cakes (especially in cold weather, when the body lacks vitamins).

Such recipes are also highly respected by summer residents: this is an excellent way to process fruit. Our pear pie in a slow cooker is perfect for cooking both outside the city (there is nothing easier - take your favorite assistant with you to the dacha) and within its boundaries.

To make the baked goods incredibly fragrant, you can add (optional):

  • Cinnamon - ½ tsp;
