Cutlets made from minced chicken always turn out tasty and tender, and in general such meat is more dietary, so I often cook with it. Since this minced meat is not very fatty, you can prepare the dish for a child. Try it and you won't regret it.

For the recipe, I used ready-made minced chicken, but you can prepare it yourself. To do this, you need to take chicken fillet (if you have a whole chicken, then you need to separate the meat from the bones) and pass it through a meat grinder.

Ingredients:

300 grams of minced chicken;

1 small piece of white bread or loaf;

1 small onion or half a large onion;

1 small carrot;

salt and black pepper;

sunflower oil for frying.

Place the completely defrosted minced meat in a deep bowl.

Its price is lower, it usually looks much more appetizing than minced meat, so it is in constant demand among housewives.

Chicken can be cooked in different ways, but its meat is still a little dry, so you have to invent dishes with additives that give it juiciness. Minced chicken can also be refined and given the desired color and taste. To do this, spices, herbs and all sorts of vegetable and cereal additives are added to it. Let's start by preparing minced chicken for homemade cutlets with carrots. I had chicken breasts on the bone, I removed the fillets from them, so that some of the chicken meat remained on them. From these, I quickly prepared noodles with wild mushrooms (I will share the recipe with you soon).

Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces, pass through a meat grinder along with the onion and a slice of bread soaked in milk.

Add grated carrots, a couple of spoons of sour cream, raw eggs, salt and spices to the minced chicken breast.

Mix the cutlet mince with carrots well and form into cutlets.
