Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 200 gr. hard cheese
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 27 pitted olives
  • 2-3 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 250 gr. crab sticks
  • First of all, set the eggs to boil.
  • While the eggs are boiling, finely grate the frozen crab sticks. Of course, you can also rub the defrosted ones, but in this case the beautiful snow-white “crumbs” in which the Rafaelki are rolled in will not be so small.
  • We hide the crab stick crumbs in the refrigerator for a while.
  • Three hard cheese on a fine or medium grater. Edam cheese or any other similar cheese is perfect for this snack. You can also use processed cheese, but with hard cheese the Raffaello appetizer turns out much tastier, and the balls are much easier to mold.
  • Cool the hard-boiled eggs, peel them, and then grate them.
  • Mix grated cheese and grated eggs.
  • Grind the peeled garlic on a fine grater and also add it to the cheese mixture.
  • The main ingredients are mixed, now add mayonnaise. It is better to add a little at a time, mixing everything thoroughly. We should get a fairly dense mass.
