For chocolate sauce, first of all you need to prepare the chocolate. It is best to use dark chocolate with a cocoa content of more than 50%. A sauce based on dark chocolate will be more aromatic and tasty. Many people don't like dark chocolate because they find it bitter. In this case, you can cook from milk or any other chocolate.

If you melt a chocolate bar, then after a while this mass will still harden. Therefore, to obtain the consistency of the sauce, you need to add some more ingredients.
