Combine sugar, soda and kefir, mix, leave in a warm place for 30 minutes so that the reaction occurs and bubbles appear. This is necessary so that the soda is extinguished, which will make the dough soft, tasty, and airy.

While the kefir is quenching, let's start preparing the filling. Peel the washed potatoes and boil them in salted water until fully cooked. Cool the cooked potatoes a little.

Let the potatoes cool, let's get on with the onions. Peel the onions, chop finely, fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil until transparent.

Mash the potatoes until they become mashed potatoes, add finely chopped herbs (I sprinkled them with spices - herbes de Provence), combine with fried onions, mix well.

Turn on the oven and preheat it to 200 degrees.

We are kneading the dough. Beat chicken eggs into kefir, add salt, and beat with improvised means (fork or mixer). Add flour in small portions, after passing it through a sieve.

Pour one part into a greased form, put the puree filling on top, pour the rest of the dough on top, bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • kefir – 250 ml;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • slaked soda – 0.5 tsp;
  • potato tubers – 3 pcs.;
  • spices, salt - to taste;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • flour – 180 g.

Cooking method:

  1. Shake the eggs with kefir, add salt and soda. Add flour in portions, knead the dough, the consistency of which will be similar to sour cream.
  2. Take a deep baking dish, line it with parchment paper, grease it, pour half the dough.
  3. Spread raw grated potatoes with chopped onions on top.
  4. Pour in the remaining dough.
  5. Cook at 170 degrees for half an hour.

Ingredients:

  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • flour – 2 tbsp;
  • puff pastry dough – 0.5 kg;
  • ground black pepper – 2 small pinches;
  • salt - to taste;
  • spices for chicken - a small pinch;
  • chicken – 0.5 kg;
  • onions – 1 pc.;
  • potato tubers – 3 pcs.

Cooking method:

  1. Take the dough out to defrost immediately.
  2. Boil the chicken or fry in oil, then cool, and separate the meat from the bones.
  3. Wash the vegetables, peel them, finely chop the onion into half rings, and the potatoes into slices, which are also cut into strips. Sprinkle them with spices and salt.
  4. Divide the dough into 2 parts in a ratio of 2:3. Roll out a larger piece to the size of the baking dish and place it in it.
  5. Place onions and potatoes evenly, and pieces of meat on top.
  6. Cover with the remaining piece of dough. At the same stage, you can make decorations in the form of flowers, leaves or braids, as shown in the photo.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes. at 200 degrees, and then another half hour at 180.
